We bought a new 2020 Jeep last year; it only has 3,xxx miles on it now. When we picked it up there was a sizeable nick in the paint and the trunk door latch came off on the first pull. Sinclair said bring it back in and we'll take care of everything. They didn't do the jobs right and insisted they did. 2 days ago I had a tire blowout. I took it to their service department. They kept me waiting 6.5 hours for the repair. The whole while the men in the service area were looking me over, learing, undressing me with their eyes and laughing and telling jokes regarding my sexuality. I felt like I was being sexually assaulted. They sent me home with a bill for $480! During my 6+ hr. wait (ordeal) I took pages of contemporaneous, copious notes of their insults and affronts.. They sent a wrecker to get us and take us to their shop about a mile away. The tire was ruined. They did not have a Bridgestone and called several other tire stores, finding none. We asked if anyone nearby had Michelins - someone did. (Aside: we did not like the Bridgestones -- too noisy.) The owner drove 13 miles to get tires, and installed them right away. Bottom line: we were back on the road 2 1/2 hours later - on very quiet tires! Thank you guys for excellent service!
