He came out to our home to determine if the house had separate lines for the house and the yard, (in which case it does). He also determined the house used to have a system and told me it would be a reletvely easy install as the regeneration waste drain was right on the other side of the wall of the garage where the soft water and chlorine filter tanks will sit. I also got a Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink. A tech came out to install that. That took 30 minutes. Another tech was scheduled to install the garage tanks, but could not make it. Oscar kept the schedule promise and came out himself for the scheduled time and happily installed the system. What a fantastic team to keep the scheduled install and have the Sales Person, Oscar, come out to do the install, even though he has "retired" from installs and moved into sales. Everything was installed with professionalism and cleanly done. I had a lot of question for Oscar during the install, and he took the time to answer them.

A couple of weeks later, I noticed that a screw from the installation had penetrated through the back of our kitchen island. This is sloppy workmanship and now requires another repair. We have young children in our home, making this a safety concern that should never have occurred. These issues could likely have been avoided if the installation had not been rushed. While the initial problem was eventually corrected, the damage to our kitchen island raises serious concerns about the quality of the work.

I have an Ecowater ECR3500R20 tank I bought through Costco about 10 years ago. I called many times…read moreby phone concerning the white hard water stains and the green mineral deposits on my appliances. All I received was that they can't diagnose the issue over the phone. I had no choice but to make a service appointment. Jordan came to my home and spent 10 mins during the service visit. He showed me the water drop test and told me I had hard water. I already knew that. I can also do the water test myself. He open the unit and just took a picture telling me I needed a new unit due to it being 10 years old. That could have been done over the phone. He didn't look at any hardware, the connection or the O- rings. He told me he had 2 units in his van. One was $5000 plus and the other is $7000 plus. I didn't like this upsell. Then Jordan told me he could rebed the resin for $1200. I told him to rebed the unit. He told me he didn't have the resin. I had another company tell me that the rebed package is the size of a salt bag. Obviously, there's enough room in his van to be prepared for a rebed. He forced me to pay the $149 service fee for his water test. I eventually talked to Liz Hudson the billing manager. I explained to her about Jordan's visit and she verbally told me twice she would refund the service fee of $149 since Jordan didn't even examine the unit at all or refill the salt which is at level 1 to a level 10. Now, I agreed to have a senior tech make up for Jordan's visit. I cancelled the visit 3 days prior and now Ecowater won't refund my service fee in which Liz agreed to do so on a recorded call. They are a bait and switch company. Don't trust them.
