After graduating, I attended (and also graduated from) a masters program at a Brand X university and found that Evergreen had prepared me far better than my peers had been at their respective schools. Many of them had a lot of catching up to do with regard to seminar skills and writing. If you want to go to college simply to be able to make more money, or if you don't want your thinking challenged, you may not like Evergreen. However, if you're willing to keep an open mind and to work for the sake of learning rather than for a grade or other extrinsic reward, then you're bound to come out ahead.

My son started going at 10 months old and I was SO nervous for his transition to daycare. They reassured me constantly, and consistently sent pictures/message updates. They've become like family and I'll be so so sad to leave them (so will my son!). They have cameras in the classroom so I can check in anytime, and an app that tells you what/how much your kid has eaten, their diaper changes, etc. The tuition is the same as other daycares in the area as well, and it includes diapers and wipes. I also have to give a shout out to his teacher, Ms. Sinai for taking care of my crazy toddler like he's her own!
