Avoid this Printhouse at all costs! I had an order of 200 units and roughly half of the order was…read moreunusable. Took it up with claims and they did not want to remedy the situation. 40/40 of the white tees I ordered arrived with the wrong color printed on them. Emulsion took responsibility and said it was there lack of attention to detail that caused the error, they reprinted and did the right thing. It only goes down from here. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness continued when I opened the box of hoodies. The embroidery on the front center was left of center and inconsistent through out the 40 units And I was able to use 5/40. 12/40 were the complete wrong color hoodie, and emulsion blames the distributor ( but how do you not make your customer more aware of this besides in the fine print ?) another 8 or so all had the threads pulling on them on the embroidery. 4 or so had blue die sneered on them that I was unable to remove with standard cleaning products. Chris from emulsion claims office declared that only 8 of the hoodies had issues and would reprint them. Now I'm left with more than 20 hoodies that I can't sell and scammed out of $600 (roughly). Additionally 30/80 crew necks I ordered are misprints and don't have full coverage from the screen printing. haven't heard back from them on this but assuming they'll take no blame once again. Chris is miserable to work with and actually said he didn't know why I was so upset. Maybe because my $4,600 order arrived in the worst condition out of any print shop I've worked with? The day that Alex guaranteed my items would be ready for pickup I had an email at 1pm from a production employee asking me to resend my files of the artwork (even though I had over a month ago and they were approved) safe to say my items weren't ready that day. Don't trust their guarantees on when your items will be ready for pickup or when they will return calls or emails. Scammy and sleezy team and company who takes no pride in their work!

Plus, it doesn't help that half the drivers in NH evidently can't park for shit. And as a New Hampshirite, I am embarrassed to say that. But, I digress. If you've been here before, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. More than once, I've had to drive right into Popeye's parking lot just to circle back around and find a parking space that didn't have some idiot ostensibly double-parked. I could go on and on and I understand the actual business themselves has little power over this ridiculous situation. But, it is what it is. And I think people should know what they're getting themselves into. Fine for all your UPS needs, but painfully vexing for parking. I'm giving this UPS 4 compact parking spaces out of 5.

Would have left a zero star rating if I could. Don't make the same mistake I did. I have since messaged with corporate and fielded calls from this business and nothing has happened for resolution. I would skip this store if you have anything at all of importance or value to you.

I made the mistake of going to a big box retailer for the last minute print, and when they brought it out... Oh, it was terrible. Oversaturated colors. The print itself was too dark. The material they called "photographic paper" was cheap and thin. It had smears and scrapes on the print surface. The black ink looked matte while on a glossy surface, and everything looked blurry. I was totally at a loss, so I paid and left, but ended up asking a client who referred me to Print NH who then took the job so close to them being closed for the day. Also, the print quality was phenomenal compared to that big box retailer -- the colors were on point, and everything was crisp. I was happy, and so was the client. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Plan ahead and you won't have problems. This was the first year that we had to buy uniforms. The owner helped us for about 3 hours even after the store was to close. She advised on how to purchase the first year so we would not have to repurchase everything due to our child's growth the 2nd year which I thought was very helpful. We ordered everything in late July. Yes, they did have issues returning people's calls when things came in but things DID come in because we didn't wait until the last minute. I read the reviews where people are complaining. You have some responsibility if you waited too long so it is not really fair to blame the store completely. I also just ordered 2 more shirts. They took the order over the phone and will mail them to me. Great customer service! read more

I've been to this store 3 times now to buy boy scout items, and the service is excellent. The merchandise is always impeccably displayed and they have what I need each time. The man that helped me this last time (I wish I knew his name) was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. To top it all off, it was 30% cheaper than I would have gotten the item on the boy scout website. On previous occasions I've had to exchange some pants because they were too small for my son and they gave me absolutely no problem. I will be coming back here for any scouting needs and will recommend to everyone I know. I wish all stores were like this one! read more

We use Educational Outfitters for all of our custom logo embroidery. Mike has helped us develop our logo by adjusting colors to better go with clothing color choices. We order in very small batches only when one of our groups members places an order. Mike's custom shop allows our members to fully customize their logo colors and are able to select from thousands of quality items from t-shirts to luggage to promotional items. His turn around time is generally a week or less, fantastic for custom work. Mike stands by his work and products and provides professional and friendly service at an affordable price. read more

We had a gentleman help us who was completely knowledgable about everything we needed, walked us over to the items and picked our sizes for us, but not in a pushy way, in an awesome customer service way. He also helped us save some money by recommending a less expensive alternative. We just purchased several embroidered shirts and Girl Scout patches for our business and we couldn't be more thrilled. We have utilized Educational Outfitters before for various things and always have had a wonderful experience. Ruth and Dio go above and beyond to try to make the customer happy! We also got trophies for an entire veterans organization this past year from them. They double and triple checked to be sure all the customization was accurate. Mike and his staff are wonderful. They always go out of their way to make things both affordable, good looking and great quality for our NHS South athletes. The response to email is great. Turn around time on products is very speedy. If the athletes come in and want to work up a design for the team they are always given great service and respect as well. With Covid-19, we weren't allowed to have measurement/ordering time at the school so I personally had measure myself and order my own lab coat/scrubs/patches etc. They were very open to me coming to the store to pick up my uniforms instead of me having to pay the shipping charges. The woman on the phone was very thorough and helpful. She made the transaction seamless (I wish I got her name). All my items were ready for pick up within 7 business days. Very impressed. I called to say I'd pick up within the hour of them letting me know they were available for pick up and they accommodated to that. I knocked on the door when I arrived and she double checked everything was correct in the bag and off I went! I can't express enough at how impressed I am with their customer service.
