They are very helpful and nice. I am so happy I came and I will return when in Salem NH. It's at the Rockingham Mall so theres plenty of parking. Lots of shops and some restaurants. I brought it home and put it in my garage as I was going to be traveling. I went to use it yesterday and the rear tire was completely flat. I tried to pump it up but the air was seeping out. I brought it back up to Buchika's today and the service guy put a new inner tube in and gave me the package from it with $10 marked on it. I went to the register and told the person there what had happened and they proceeded to ring up the register for a $17 charge. I asked him why I would have to pay for something that was obviously defective as I hadn't even put my ass on the bike seat yet. He proceeded to tell me that if you leave a bike sitting too long the tires will get flat. I reiterated that is was less that a month since I bought it. He was not interested in discussing it at all. Needless to say I am very dissapointed in the customer service and will not be recommending anyone buy from Buchika's.

Not only is David a master of his craft, but he also shared a lifetime's worth of knowledge throughout the process. His passion for what he does is unmatched. In my opinion, he's the best boot fitter in New England, if not the entire country. They simply don't make people like him anymore, and no one will ever be able to replace the level of care and expertise he brings.
