Went to Dr. Papazian for my root canal since my brother recommended him at first. However, my brother got his root canal done there as well and his crown came off within a few weeks even though he avoided all types of foods that could cause this. Then, when I went there and got my root canal done, the same happened with me. I even informed the dentist that my brother's crown came off but he gave no response. It was overall a bad experience. They never even provided me my whitening kit that I was told I would receive with the voucher I had given them. Honestly, no more going back there! I've been coming to this dentist for years now. I got my braces done a couple years ago with Dr. Papazian and have been coming ever since but unfortunately the staff is just awful especially since Brisa left. I called to make an appointment for a dental cleaning and everything looked good. The receptionist even told me the procedure would take an hour so I planned accordingly. I had taken some time off work and school to make sure I didn't miss my appointment and I didn't even get a dental cleaning in the end. First of all, you will always wait apprx. 20min even with appointment to get called. I waited about half an hour before I was called in and by the time they did xrays and a check up I was about 45 min in. After I was waiting for someone to do my cleaning the receptionist comes in saying "you're done for today we'll schedule an appointment for a cleaning another day".....Excuse me?! After I had explained to her that it was the only reason I was there she said they DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR ME! So after I miss work and make an appointment for a cleaning you don't have time? She said she was going to make time but it would be a while and I said okay because I didn't want to miss another day of work. In the end I waited and I didn't get my teeth cleaned. All I got was my teeth brushed and I could have done that at home myself. And yes I'm 100% sure they still charged my insurance for a deep dental cleaning. I found it funny how on the phone she explained the dental cleaning would be an hour long but then once the day came she said I was only coming in for a check up... maybe you should have mentioned that on the phone, don't you think? Extremely unorganized and you can tell this place is all about the money now and not their clients. I'll be going to another dentist from now on. You definitely lost a client. read more

Dr. Papazian is an amazing and talented doctor. I had 5 fillings and 4 wisdom teeth extracted all at once, went home and felt nothing. The following day of my extractions I received a call because they were concerned on my well being which was very thoughtful. The staff is very helpful and caring. The financial staff came in and spoke to me personally and we settled on a payment process. Also I had braces about 3 years ago and my teeth are as straight as can be I am very satisfied. Honestly Dr. Papazian has been super helpful for me and my difficult schedule. He and his team has offered assistance in multiple ways and even helped during the more emergency times I've had. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Dr. Papazian and found his staff (except for the male dental assistant - I don't remember his name) to be cold. The worst part was I came and was discharged with untreated tooth pain AND Dr. Papazian couldn't give me a clear diagnosis. Also, I had brought my kids into his office the week before and despite having just filled out numerous forms with my kids' full dental history, he walked in the exam room and knew NOTHING about my kids' history. I had a concern about my youngest son's teeth and Dr. Papazian gave me ambiguous answers. It was like 'pulling teeth' ;) trying to get a thoughtful diagnosis and some guidance as to what to do! Furthermore, most dentist who see children will offer some preventive care encouragement to the kids ( i.e. "be sure to brush twice a day!"..."this is how to brush..." etc.). Dr. Papazian never said a word to my kids (other than "open your mouth")! He didn't even introduce himself when he walked in the room! He walked in, said "hi" looked at the xrays, and started giving his impression of them. I interrupted him and said "Excuse me, but you are...?" (it was our first time there and there are several dentists names listed in the practice). He looked shocked like I should have KNOWN who he was! And even if I did - who starts touching people (and their kids) without AT LEAST introducing themselves? I wouldn't dare go so far as to expect handshake (he could wash his hands after extending basic curtesy). Bottom line is he and his staff lacked BASIC curtesy and Dr. Papazian couldn't (or wouldn't take the time to) give 2 of the 3 of my family members a diagnosis and instructions without my pressing and pressing him. AND he didn't offer to do a single thing about my tooth pain - which was the reason that I came. I saw an Endodontist the following day, who saw a crack in my tooth that Dr. Papazian either didn't see, or (giving him the benefit of the doubt) wasn't there the day before when I saw him (but how likely was it that it wasn't there 24 hours earlier?). It turns out I had an infection too. A cracked tooth and an infection, and Dr. Papazian never commented or treated either. And on top of that I didn't appreciate to attitudes of he and his staff (except for the very friendly male DA). I wish I could be able to give a better review. I'm not even sure why I'm giving a 2nd star. I guess I'd like to give these folks the benefit of believing that they are better in general than what was show and some to me and my family. read more

I came to the Drs as I was terrified of dental work and had been recommended to him by a friend with the same fear. The Dr along with his staff were nothing but kind, patient and understanding. They all took the time to explain procedures and what would happen, even using my own X-rays at times to show me what would be occurring. The staff explained billing and costs before anything was done (something my last dentist liked to neglect to do) and we're always available for questions and to address worries I might have. Horrible experience! If I could, I would leave zero stars. When I walked in Dr. Papazian looked at me and was clearly upset as he immediately told his receptionist "Why did you overbook?!?" I should have known to take a hint and walk right out. They make you wait for an hour because they overbook in case someone cancels. Of course with my luck, no one cancelled and I had to wait almost TWO hours. I could hear other patients complaining as well since they had to take time off of their jobs to just sit there. All they had to do was a cleaning and remove the stitches from a previous tooth extraction and after having me wait 2 hours, Dr. Papazian informs me that it is now closing time (As if it is my fault) and that he can only remove the stitches. Completely disregarding that I had taken time off of my job to be there and that it will be very difficult to have my boss approve I take time off again for another dentist appointment (Which will be with another Dentist of course). He hadn't even reviewed my file and was asking me what he was supposed to do to my mouth. After he noted he was supposed to remove the stitches, he was in such a rush that he removed them quickly without checking if it had healed or not and after removing the stitches he realized the horrible mistake he had made because the wound had not healed yet and literally I have a piece of bone sticking out as well (Which I realized when I got home) so he just tells me oh btw there's a hole in your mouth still, food will get trapped, rinse all the time to get it out. He didn't mention anything about the bone sticking out or the enormous size of the hole because he was in such a hurry he didn't want to deal with having to extract the piece of tooth that is still there and having to restitch. He then rushed to get me out of there as quickly as possible and didn't even check to see how the other surgeries to my other teeth had gone. I am now concerned the wound will not heal correctly and I have to find another dentist and take additional time off of my job. read more
