I switched and after a year with this new company I can say this is not normal. They overcharged for everything. They destroyed plants breaking branches, lawn - pouring pool water on it (still can't grow back) and when the pump broke they said they'd maintain the water while we waited for repair. They not only didn't maintain it but I had to drain it 3 times in 2 months because they could even get the water balanced from scratch. They were also dishonest on occasion about repair and showing up. Nice people but not acceptable service. I caution anyone from working with these guys. It's expensive and the damage is even more expensive.

Ongoing investigation with Palm Springs PD. Highly suspect. Rodolfo was always trying to upsell us as well. I did not fall for his $3,500 "salt water" upsell as it was not necessary. Some people below who have also left reviews, however, were not so lucky. There was always a large bill that was on top of the monthly bill, which at one point for a simple 1960s pool was over $400! I had MULTIPLE BAD complaints from people that stayed with me. The final straw was that Rodolfo left nasty mildew and residue from a previous person in the hot tub and took off to go out of the country. He was totally unreachable for over a week. If you have any type of a property that needs to have somebody on top of it, our experiences says LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
