Came here for a pop-up with Diaspora Co and they had this incredible pita-dilla, which featured the spice blend that made for tangy and warm flavors. The portions were enormous and it was so well-cooked. Pastries are delightful. The honey biscuit with everything seasoning on top is delicate and pillowy soft on the inside, crusty on the outside. The Pride month special (biscuit au chocolat) is similarly soft and melt-in-your-mouth worthy. There is a wide selection of spices, Lebanese groceries, merchandise (it's real cute!), and food/coffee options. Highly recommend if you're looking to cook anything that requires spices like shawarma or kebabs. They sell spices and olive oil in jars that you can bring back for a refill at a discounted price. The inside is small and cozy but so well arranged and decorated. It can comfortably seat 9 people inside, with some outdoor seating as well.

A new favorite Greenpoint spot! I visited in person once and ordered delivery once (got the same thing both times) and everything was super delicious. The shawarma chicken lavash wrap is fantastic, and the pistachio baklava is perfect. Love that they give you two pieces for $3.50. Just note that if you're ordering the wrap online, the "small" is a half sandwich and the "large" is the full sandwich.

What a cute place!!! I'd met the owner when he was on his cookbook tour so I was excited to see his place in person. It's quite small but is packed with all kinds of yummy things to eat. The refrigerator case is stocked with spreads and munchies to take home. There are shelves of canned, boxed and bottled items. And they have a menu of delicious things to eat on site. We had the lunch special ($16) which allowed you to pick two things from the menu. We also grabbed a couple of dips to try. The Chicken Shawarma wrap was outstanding and the Tahini Caesar was excellent. They delivered delicious little round breads that were fresh out of the oven to go with the dips. The Baba Ghanoush was nice and chunky with smoky bits of eggplant. But the Muhammara was our favorite. It's is made with roasted red bell peppers and spices, and we ate every bit of it. We brought a local Brooklynite with us and she can't wait to come back. Kudos Edy!!!

We came for dinner at Edy's last night and had a fantastic time. The space is cute, love the pink decor and lemon theme. It's not large however so I would suggest booking and definitely call ahead if you are a large party. The build your own Mezze Board is generously portioned with lots of options. We also had the Lahm Bi Ajin which was very light and tasty. The Chicken Shawarma was on the smaller side, but it was very tender and I really loved the Harissa/Tahini dipping sauce it came with. The cookie plate was a great way to round off our dinner and I had a fantastic glass of Lebanese red wine, very smooth with a rich cherry taste. Our second version was very sweet and attentive and the prices are good especially considering the quality of the food which is simple but well executed. We will definitely stop by again for cakes and coffee and lunch, and we plan on picking up some of their custom spice blends and Lebanese ingredients to use at home. Overall a great experience!

The food is good, but as others have said, sheesh it's pricey!! I got a chicken shawarma wrap advertised as $9. She asked if I wanted a whole or a half so I assumed a whole was $9 but after leaving and doing the math (I bought a few more things) I realized it's $18! Wow, what a sneaky way to overcharge. This is the size of the $9 sandwich. Nice cute store otherwise.

Ricotta and spicy fig jam - amazing

Popped in here while in the area and so glad I did!! The server we had was super friendly and helpful in advising what to order. We also had the ricotta and fig jam bread that was bomb it was so flavorful every single bite was loaded and just delicious. It came out hot and we got it to go but couldn't wait and ended up eating on the walk. We also got the everything honey biscuit and that was amazing, my bf thought we should wait and add some butter at home but I couldn't wait it was too good. Would be back for truly anything on the menu and would love to try the marinated olives and other refrigerated items.

An absolute delight and gem in this neighborhood. It's simply adorable inside- filled with lovely decor, warmth, and delicious flavors, and foods. If you're in the area it's a must! The menu is one of the best i've seen- something for everyone- Cannot wait to try everything on the menu!

I first ordered a chai latte and he said I could do two different syrups so I got the pumpkin and salted maple, though I was worried about it being too sugary so he suggested I could just do half a pump of each. He asked me what the name of the order would be and I said "Aida" (the phonetic spelling is ah-EE-dah). And then I heard the other barista say something along the lines of, "oh Aida, how about 'Aida' rather not be here", pretty rude if you ask me. And then I ordered the spicy nook sandwich. And when another server called my named to grab it she didn't even knowledge me when I tried to thank her and instead she talked to her coworker while I was right in front of her. The sandwich was really good, so was my chai tea. I really like the pumpkin and salt and maple syrups too. I did like all the options for seating although it was pretty packed. I'd say if you have a big party get there early. By 7pm the whole place was filled. There was a huge majong club that came in and took the whole back area, it was so crammed there were lines for the bathroom. Over all I had a good time. I really like the music too just know it gets very busy in there. The employees I would say were hit or miss. The ones that were great though I really liked. Just seem like the ones who didn't really give attention to customers or were kind of rude seemed like they didn't wanna be there.

Baristas were solid, price was right, everything was grand... I don't know what has happened in the last 6-9 months but I've had to stop coming here full stop. The drink I would always order and am intimately familiar with now tastes fundamentally different--burnt. And not in a dark roast way I would opt into... burnt in a non-intentional way. I don't know if something's up with the espresso machine plumbing that's burning the espresso, if the quality of the roast/beans have changed (doubt it), or if the microbiome of the ice machine is off--but the coffee now always tastes burnt in a way it never did before...and all my friends agree! I sincerely lament that this is the case and I check every 6 weeks or so to see if the espresso machine has been tuned up or something... but once again my cup was not tasty yesterday :/ !! I still go to other variety locations around the city and everything is ok elsewhere. I wasn't going to say anything but I'm just exhausted of not being able to get my reasonably priced, reliably good iced espresso drink when I get off at dekalb so I'm speaking up! For what its worth, I used to be a barista so I'm not just chatting, I sincerely want better for us all!! @Variety please just like get your guy to check the espresso machine or something IDK but summer's around the corner!
