George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. In February, they told me that the cost to replace a board in the furnace was $850.00 in one of my rental properties . In the past if they quoted me a price of $850.00 the bill would be $850.00. This time in February billed me $1125.14 after quoting $850.00. When I asked to talk to the owner's daughter, the lady on the phone said that the owners daughter was on vacation and she would call me back in a week. I called again in March and asked to talk to Carrie, the owner's daughter. The same lady again said that Carrie is on vacation and she will call me back the following week. I still have not heard from Carrie. The crazy part is the February bill had a traveling charge! They have never charged me anything called traveling charge. On February 11th no one in the service industry had a traveling charge! Since I was a customer for over 15 years and Carrie and her family has provided excellent service, when I have been asking them to call me back for over 2 months, I am of the opinion that the business was sold and the new owners are not honorable. Their words don't mean a thing to them , examples: 1) Quoting me a price of $850 and charging me $1125.14 2) Telling me twice that Carrie or her father would call me back and have not. 3) Telling me Carrie is on vacation 3 times in l than two months!

Having service on my commercial cooler was a constant monthly call for coolant recharge. Each time…read moreto the tune of $600-$700 dollars. They gladly showed up for service without investigating where the coolant was escaping. In addition, I purchased a new compressor with extended warranty from Patrick Mechanical, whose accounts were acquired by Paragon when they closed. I recently asked them to honor an extended warranty my compressor when it stopped working. The warranty extended into 2027. They even had the operator that originally installed the compressor working for them. It was a resounding NO to the warranty coverage. Four hundred dollars for a useless warranty. I strongly recommend Refrigeration Enterprises Inc for exceptional service, troubleshooting, and great pricing. They responded the next day at 6am to replace the compressor. Extended warranty no charge.
