The delivery process was two-steps, and the time to delivery was several weeks, likely due to the time required to refurbish a unit. My elliptical was very carefully packed and first delivered to my garage on a pallet. A couple days later, technicians came and set the unit up in the room I use as a gym. I put on my mask and gloves and made my way to Fitness Warehouse, which is open til 6pm during the week. I was greeted a few friendly men who showed me a few different options. I was thrilled they had had exactly what I needed and weren't price gouging the weights like the rest of the industry. They were also nice enough to throw them in my trunk for me. I stopped at weights, but they had tons of cardio equipment, balls, kettleballs, bands and everything else one needs for an in home workout. They weren't wearing masks themselves today so I was glad I had mine on, but kept a good distance and I felt safe shopping there.

I've taken two classes so far, with Cassie and Karielle. Both are amazing instructors! Very kind, patient, and encouraging. If you're new, you're invited into the class space early to speak with your instructor about any injuries, how to use the equipment, and you can claim your space near them to see better. The equipment changes and rotates so each class is different. They give you a basket with everything you need inside, including a sanitizer spray and towel so you can wipe down your station and equipment after class. They have other towels available in case you need one for sweat, and they have a water bottle filling station. You'll store your personal belongings in a locker and phones are not permitted in the actual workout room, which I appreciate. The classes are really fun and challenging, and modifications are available. I appreciate this low impact workout. Cool location. I love this neighborhood in the west loop. When I first reached out they immediately followed up with me and were able to get their tech over to my place the same day to assess the issues I was having with my with my NordicTrack treadmill. Communication and follow through were top notch throughout the repair process, and the tech, Justin, is a really knowledgeable, easy going, solid guy. Simply put, he's someone you'll immediately feel comfortable leaving unsupervised in your home. And importantly, when their initial repair attempt didn't solve the problem, they dug in to see what else might be happening and attempted another repair, but this time they said they wouldn't charge me for the parts or labor for it unless it worked. Unfortunately, it also didn't work, despite them putting a lot of time/effort into it, so the next option was to replace by my entire console, including the screen! Not a cheap option, but again, Huff-n-Puff stepped up got the cost down way lower than it normally would have been for that due to the extenuating circumstances. And so far so good with the new console installed. Yay! I believe you can often tell more about a vendor when things don't go quite according to plan than when they do. Huff-n-Puff treated me very fairly, went above and beyond, and didn't give up until my repair was closed out. I really felt like a valued customer and that they genuinely cared about having a successful outcome. Two thumbs up!
