Spa located inside of the Grand Hilton. We did not do any of the massages or Facials. We pay to access the Steam Room and the Relaxation Room for $24. This fee is per visit. The spa itself was very much inviting to upgrade to getting pampered. Lockers offered slippers and a robe. I sat in the steam room and relaxed afterwards. The pricing to access this feature should be less and offered to guests staying at the resort.

My bf and I decided to do an impromptu spa sesh while we were on vacation in Vegas and it was amazing. It was easy to book the services online and when we went , they greeted us instantly. The host showed us where drinks and snacks were, showed us where to put our robes and slippers on and the message therapists greeted us for our services. They were so nice and when I tell you Sherrie had some magical hands! The way I fell asleep when she gave me the aromatherapy message was spectacular. She allowed me to choose 2 scents which I chose lavender and Sandwood I believe. It relaxed my body immediately. She also asked me which areas I wanted her to focus on and I told her my upper back and legs and she worked wonders. I could hear myself snoring it was so good ! Lol. If you stay at the Hilton Grand on the strip, please book a service and request Sherrie. You won't regret it.

Last week I went to Las Vegas for the 1st. time, I saw Eforea Spa in Hilton Grand Vacation on Las Vegas trip and I thought it time to treat my self for a facial. I'm glad I found Denise, for the fabulous hydration facial, It's not just the great products it's the knowledge, for the 1 st. She saw my face she can tell before look through a magnifying she told me what exactly what I thought. You are amazing. Thanks again Denise.

So I'm staying at the hotel and decided to try the spa. Now, this isn't a day spa - there aren't whirlpools or amenities that you would expect at a day spa. I found the facilities outdated and underwhelming. The hand towels were actually worn out and fraying! I thought maybe it was some weird attempt at some modern minimalist design, but i checked several and they were all worn and tattered. Odd. I showed up early for my facial to use the steam room and relax a bit, but when i walked in the steam room there wasn't any steam... so i walked out and found a keypad on the wall and pressed "on". The steam started after a few minutes but then it got unbearably hot so i could only stay about 10 min. The waiting area is strange and uncomfortable and has a strong odor, like sweet and floral, but really strong and distracting. The prices are similar to much nicer spas on the strip so I won't be going back to this spa. Now, the positive: the lady who did my facial was amazing. She was nice and l personable and communicative. She could do well at some of the bigger spas, I enjoyed my facial.

I had a great experience at this spa while staying at the Grand Hilton. I partook in the hot stone massage and it was everything! The masseuse was professional, attentive, and she knew when to be gentle but also hit dem spots! (I forgot her name even though I asked..ebony?brittany..idk the Black woman and she was sort of tall). Being able to shower and relax in the steam room was great. They also have a quiet area where people were napping and chillaxing before exiting the spa, so it's no rush to leave when you are done. Oh, and no alcohol!

Today was such a treat! Experienced the most rejuvenating and relaxing spa treatment from Eforea spa. Christina was my massage therapist, most likely one of the best masseuses I've ever experienced. Rosario was my esthetician and was so INCREDIBLE! Amazing facial, wealth of knowledge and too a massage therapist, enhanced the whole experience. Thank you and I will be visiting Eforea again. My only suggestion, somehow make this spa bigger! It needs some more amenities.

I just had the most delightful time at this spa today- as did my friend! Located within a HGVC property (Hilton Grand on The Boulevard)- this first floor spa is much larger inside than it looks from the entrance. Online booking for services was easy- my guest & I choice massages. Upon arrival, we were offered an opening for a facial- so I immediately snatched that up too! And when they learned it was my friend's first true full massage, & that she had wanted some wax services- they made time for those services too! I was so impressed that the kind manager stayed later to allow us to get the additional services. Nothing was rushed & all services were done by employees that genuinely enjoyed their work. I commend management here as well as the fine staff! Along with the massage, facial & waxing services, this spa has mail services too. Whether staying at the hotel or not- I recommend checking the spa out. Note Prices are spendy, but quality products are used, & the 20% gratuity added to the bill is appreciated by me, as it shows care for the staff.

Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! TIP: make sure to have ride share drop you off by the Augustus Tower. Once you enter, take the elevator up to the spa floor. The facility was not just clean, it was immaculate, every surface gleaming with meticulous attention to detail. Each design element seemed to have been carefully chosen to elevate the overall atmosphere, creating a visual feast of soft colors and elegant furnishings that set the stage for an unforgettable journey of relaxation. The amenities provided were undeniably satisfying and thoughtfully designed to cater to every conceivable need of discerning guests. The relaxation areas were expansively spacious, furnished with plush loungers and serene water features, creating a peaceful environment perfect for unwinding. The service offerings were impeccable, from the soft, plush robes provided for each visitor to the premium skincare products that beckoned guests to indulge their senses. The overall experience felt indulgent and refined, as if every aspect was curated to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction. What truly sets Encore Spa apart is its exceptional staff. Each team member I encountered was not only attentive and gracious but also deeply committed to creating a personalized experience for every guest. Their warm demeanor and eagerness to cater to every whim elevated my visit and fostered a sense of genuine hospitality that made the entire experience feel special. However, as with any fine establishment, I encountered a minor shortcoming during my visit. The temperature of the Jacuzzi, while pleasant, fell short of reaching the inviting warmth one would typically expect from such a luxurious feature. This slight deviation was a notable contrast to the otherwise exceptional amenities and left me wishing for a more soothing embrace to complement the relaxation I sought. Moreover, while the Encore Spa undoubtedly offers a luxurious experience, there is potential for even more. An expansion or renovation could further enhance its vastness and elevate its offerings. Many comparable spas along the Strip boast extensive, multifaceted facilities with a broader array of amenities, such as hydrotherapy pools, steam and sauna rooms, and unique wellness treatments. An expansion could position Encore Spa at the pinnacle of luxury wellness destinations, truly setting it apart in the competitive landscape of spa retreats. In conclusion, while there are areas that could be improved, the Encore Spa remains a true gem in the world of spa retreats. With impeccable cleanliness, captivating decor, and staff that exude professionalism and genuine care, it offers a memorable and rejuvenating escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. It is an experience I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a sanctuary of relaxation and luxury.
