My bf and I decided to do an impromptu spa sesh while we were on vacation in Vegas and it was amazing. It was easy to book the services online and when we went , they greeted us instantly. The host showed us where drinks and snacks were, showed us where to put our robes and slippers on and the message therapists greeted us for our services. They were so nice and when I tell you Sherrie had some magical hands! The way I fell asleep when she gave me the aromatherapy message was spectacular. She allowed me to choose 2 scents which I chose lavender and Sandwood I believe. It relaxed my body immediately. She also asked me which areas I wanted her to focus on and I told her my upper back and legs and she worked wonders. I could hear myself snoring it was so good ! Lol. If you stay at the Hilton Grand on the strip, please book a service and request Sherrie. You won't regret it.

Last week I went to Las Vegas for the 1st. time, I saw Eforea Spa in Hilton Grand Vacation on Las Vegas trip and I thought it time to treat my self for a facial. I'm glad I found Denise, for the fabulous hydration facial, It's not just the great products it's the knowledge, for the 1 st. She saw my face she can tell before look through a magnifying she told me what exactly what I thought. You are amazing. Thanks again Denise.

So I'm staying at the hotel and decided to try the spa. Now, this isn't a day spa - there aren't whirlpools or amenities that you would expect at a day spa. I found the facilities outdated and underwhelming. The hand towels were actually worn out and fraying! I thought maybe it was some weird attempt at some modern minimalist design, but i checked several and they were all worn and tattered. Odd. I showed up early for my facial to use the steam room and relax a bit, but when i walked in the steam room there wasn't any steam... so i walked out and found a keypad on the wall and pressed "on". The steam started after a few minutes but then it got unbearably hot so i could only stay about 10 min. The waiting area is strange and uncomfortable and has a strong odor, like sweet and floral, but really strong and distracting. The prices are similar to much nicer spas on the strip so I won't be going back to this spa. Now, the positive: the lady who did my facial was amazing. She was nice and l personable and communicative. She could do well at some of the bigger spas, I enjoyed my facial.

I had a great experience at this spa while staying at the Grand Hilton. I partook in the hot stone massage and it was everything! The masseuse was professional, attentive, and she knew when to be gentle but also hit dem spots! (I forgot her name even though I asked..ebony?brittany..idk the Black woman and she was sort of tall). Being able to shower and relax in the steam room was great. They also have a quiet area where people were napping and chillaxing before exiting the spa, so it's no rush to leave when you are done. Oh, and no alcohol!

Today was such a treat! Experienced the most rejuvenating and relaxing spa treatment from Eforea spa. Christina was my massage therapist, most likely one of the best masseuses I've ever experienced. Rosario was my esthetician and was so INCREDIBLE! Amazing facial, wealth of knowledge and too a massage therapist, enhanced the whole experience. Thank you and I will be visiting Eforea again. My only suggestion, somehow make this spa bigger! It needs some more amenities.

I just had the most delightful time at this spa today- as did my friend! Located within a HGVC property (Hilton Grand on The Boulevard)- this first floor spa is much larger inside than it looks from the entrance. Online booking for services was easy- my guest & I choice massages. Upon arrival, we were offered an opening for a facial- so I immediately snatched that up too! And when they learned it was my friend's first true full massage, & that she had wanted some wax services- they made time for those services too! I was so impressed that the kind manager stayed later to allow us to get the additional services. Nothing was rushed & all services were done by employees that genuinely enjoyed their work. I commend management here as well as the fine staff! Along with the massage, facial & waxing services, this spa has mail services too. Whether staying at the hotel or not- I recommend checking the spa out. Note Prices are spendy, but quality products are used, & the 20% gratuity added to the bill is appreciated by me, as it shows care for the staff.

I liked the cold room, which doesn't seem very common in spas. There's also a larger heated whirlpool. None of the pools/rooms were overly hot/cold except for the cold plunge, which I thought was nice. Snacks included small apples, dried apples, granola bites, and chocolate biscotti. They also have coffee machine, herbal tea, and flavored water machine. There is a red light mask and a pair of compression boots you can use. It's gender-specific and clothing optional. They give you a robe and slippers. When I went, we were the only ones that went nude; everyone else wore bathing suits.

The facility was clean, well stocked, well maintained, and everything was in service. With any spa treatment, you have all day access to their amenities including a large jacuzzi, various baths, wet and dry sauna, Arctic room, showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a waiting area with complimentary use of a LED mask and a leg compression machine, various snacks, fruits, and drinks including a customizable sparkling water and coffee machine, and locker access. Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! TIP: make sure to have ride share drop you off by the Augustus Tower. Once you enter, take the elevator up to the spa floor. Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.

However, my most recent visit (a few days ago) Heidi was not available and I had Gisele instead. She was kind at pickup, however, as we were talking through the consultation she visibly started becoming detached and I caught her slightly roll her eyes a few times after I asked some questions about add ons. While she stepped out and I was about to get on the table, I stuck my head out into the hall to ask to add an oil add on and she was leaning against the wall on her phone. She immediately put it away and said she could add the oil (I forgot the name of it). I thought this was a bit unprofessional since there are guests walking up and down the hall. During the massage, I asked for her to lighten the pressure and her responses were clipped and she seemed annoyed. I did not feel relaxed after and felt like a huge inconvenience to her. I always go down to enjoy the spa and it honestly was chaotic this time. I always enjoy the sauna shows (Joli is amazing!). The common area was too over crowded and it was LOUD. I get it, it's a social area but the employees should be able to ask to lower the voices in a spa, right? Apparently not. I asked Rolli (he said he was a supervisor) about it and pretty much said that's how it is and I could go to the female only side for more quiet if I wanted. I then saw him approach a female employee with orange hair and they seemed to laugh about it as she looked over my way. Also, all of the warm stone chairs had towels/robes on them to block anyone from sitting while everyone was in the pool. So no one else could enjoy them and again the employees didn't do anything about it. Okay.... I felt unwelcome in that area with them so I went to the ladies side. The hot tubs edges had black/green goop building up. Half the showers are broken. There were dirty cups/bowls everywhere. The star lounge had dirty towels built up. I went to the desk (where they give you your shoes) and there were about 7-8 of them standing inside...men too! Why can they see into the ladies only side? Again, fine I'll move on from that...but they were all so so loud and just laughing and chit chatting. You could hear them in the locker changing areas and the couches where you enjoy the snacks. While the entire spa was a mess! I got changed and left. I didn't even want to mention anything at the reception desk. It was overwhelming and underwhelming all at the same time and just wanted to get out of there. I honestly won't be coming back. The facilities are not being kept up with anymore. The service quality is very low. It was such a bad experience, there are other spas that offer better value for your money.

April was also incredible attentive and helpful with our experience. We really enjoyed the steam room, sauna and cold dip, but the massive hot tub takes the cake! It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy! Overall, I highly recommend LOAM for their prenatal massages!

IMHO, the facilities here are second to none! Where do I begin: - The 2 large rectangular hot tubs are outstanding! The temperature always feels comfortably warm. (They are marked as being at 103 degrees) Whenever I go to any spa, this is one of the first amenities I head towards. I'm always disappointed when I go to a spa on the Strip and the hot tub isn't even, you know, hot. Not an issue here! The temperature always felt perfect! - The waterfall showers are also a real treat to enjoy! I've been to numerous spas with deluge/waterfall showers, and they are always so freaking cold! Bleh. At the Encore Spa, the water is once again comfortably warm! I had to check out the whole row of showers! They also have a shower where you have 9 different streams hitting you all at once from all different directions! These showers can be set to be cold or warm depending on your preference. - The steam room is also, once again, set just the way I like it! HOT! They have iced towels just outside the door so you can take one in with you. - They also have a row of heated stone loungers in the main wet area room. I've been to spas where you could barely feel the heat on the loungers. Once again, not here! My back was tight earlier this morning after my workout and this was exactly what I needed! They have 2 cold plunge pools as well. Not really my thing, but a lot of people really seem to enjoy them. lol They also have a cozy little seating area with a TV, drinks and snacks. I didn't spend much time in there though. I basically jumped around between the hot tubs, the waterfall showers, the stone loungers, the steam room, and the sauna. After about 4 hours of that, I was feeling like a noodle :) The service here is top notch, as one would expect from the mighty Wynn(/Encore). Vanessa at reception handled my check in and was friendly and pleasant. The attendants were friendly and helpful at every turn! Plus, they were really staying on top of keeping the place clean and looking great! I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years now. In that time, I have been to a lot of the spas in this city and Encore is far and away my favorite spa! The facilities are top notch and pristine. The service is always friendly, engaging, and professional. Although I didn't receive a massage this visit, I have purchased treatments here in the past and have always been impressed by the skill and professionalism of the providers. This has always been, and remains, a 5-star experience for me!
