They do provide services for purchase like massage and facials that include access to this area. Overall area is clean and marble lined. No overwhelming chemical or floral odors. Lots of bottled water available in fridge. Not co-ed. Very friendly front desk staff. No snacks/tea, no cold plunge, or reclining/resting areas. Only chairs available. Good marks for cleanliness but there are a lot of issues with this spa. First, the men's jacuzzi only works half the time and a lot of times it is just luke warm. Second, the men's spa attendant was not in the men's spa for 45 minutes during my hour long visit and there was urine in the toilet across from the showers when I walked I. I flushed it though. Third, they did not have any XL slippers to wear, meaning I had to squeeze into a very small slipper instead. After reporting these issues to the spa check in personnel, they offered an apology but no sort of compensation - even a coupon or discount on a future visit (which now will just not ever happen). read more

My wife had a wonderful massage here on Christmas Eve day with only about 3-hours notice. She was lucky to get a reservation and her therapist was wonderfully talented. 50-min deep tissue massage was definitely to her liking. She enjoyed everything about the experience except the loud TV blaring Fox News. No TVs should ever be in a ladies spa, according to my wife. Secret Vegas Insider Information #2: This is the best spa in Las Vegas. At least when it comes to spas, size matters. Spa Orleans is special, precisely because it is small. And, unlike spas on the Strip, it's uncrowded and uncomplicated. It is so off the radar, you have to be hip to Yelp to get in on this sweet action. When I'm in Las Vegas, I start almost every morning here. I sign in by 8 or 9 a.m., and at least 75% of the time, I'm the only customer. I get the jacuzzi and steam room totally to myself. The steam room at this spa is the best, again, precisely because it is small. In big steam rooms like those at Mandalay Bay and South Point, the steam is so weak it's worthless. Orleans got steam, baby! At a small spa like this, they remember returning guests. I am always warmly welcomed by Gail at the front desk. The staff at Spa Orleans is another reason this is the best spa in Las Vegas. They are clearly the best trained, and most responsive, spa staff around. Professional, yet friendly and accommodating. Unobtrusive, yet available. Attendants circulate while you are using the spa to keep the place tidy and to see if everything is ok. And, when things are not ok, things get fixed. Massage and spa amenities were awesome, and deserve 4 or 5 stars. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and were able to get me in on short notice. However, the beauty shop is AWFUL. Absolutely DO NOT go here. I came in for a gel manicure and the woman who did my nails clearly had no idea what she was doing. She was extremely sloppy and cured the polish all over my skin. When I stopped her and asked her to clean up the polish before she cured, so that it wasn't all over my skin and cuticles she said she'd fix it after. Well lo and behold, she had no idea what she was talking about. She finished the manicure and kept trying to clean up the edges with alcohol but it was already cured. She also put on way too many coats of polish to he point that my nails look so thick like acrylic gels instead of just a shellac manicure. It was so poor I refused to pay for the service, you can't charge $55 and have no idea what you are even doing. I spent 20 minutes filing them after the appointment just so that the polish was smooth and mostly off my skin. I'm flabbergasted this shop is even in business, I've never had a worse salon experience. read more

I have stayed at the Orleans on a few occasions and have always enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very nice for the price and really can't be beat if you are looking for an affordable option near the strip that is still very Vegas! The Spa Orleans is a hidden Vegas gem! I have gone in twice this year to see Tomi for the most heavenly facial at a FANTASTIC price. The Spa Orleans has attentive staff, clean facilities, excellent service and prices that can't be beat in Vegas! Locals get 20% off of spa services! MILITARY gets 30% off of spa services! Can not recommend this spa enough and it doesn't matter where I stay in Vegas, the Spa Orleans is my go to spot for massage, facials, and body scrubs! Oh! The Spa Orleans massage therapists and estheticians are allowed to really listen to their clients and tailor each service to your needs unlike many of the spas on the strip that just want to get you in and out in 50 minutes so they can get more people through for profit. Husband had a tournament so I was going to take advantage of some spa time! After looking at the menu online I decided to take advantage of the Southern Special and indulge in a clay body wrap and pick-me-up facial. Online there was also a recommendation to arrive 45 mins early to take advantage of the whirlpool and steam room. I arrived early and was greeted by a friendly face. They took my room key in exchange for the key to the locker and the code for entry to the women's club. Once inside you enter a small waiting area and through a door to the right you'll find lockers (left is treatment rooms). At your locker you are greeted with some sandals and a robe and Hangers to put your belongings on. As I still had some time I slipped into my suit for a dip in the hot tub. A woman asked me if I cared for juice or water and there was an array of fresh fruit for the taking. I opted for some cranberry juice and settled in for a relaxing pre-service soak. (I walked into the steam room for just a minute and couldn't see an inch in front of me! I was soaked, too! That's when I hit the hot tub). Note! Bring your bring your swimsuit for a dip in the hot tub. Its an all womens' section (all mens' is across the hall in a separate space. You can do it without but it depends on your modesty level. After about 20 mins or so I dried off and prepared for my service. My esthetician greeted me and brought me back to a treatment room with dimmed lights and relaxing music. She explained a little about what to expect and the time line and then we began. The clay mask is applied after a light dry brush that opens your pores. Once the clay is applied they wrap you up in a hot towel cocoon and you sit (bake) for 25 mins. At that time she does your mini facial. It was very soothing and relaxing... Once completed she wraps you up in a sheet and leads you back to the shower room armed with a big bin of shea body butter for application after you rinse off. Immediately I noticed that i felt moisturized and my skin was super soft! (That was before the butter!) After rinsing and applying the butter I went out to change my clothes and glanced in the mirror. My skin looked radiant! Fresh and new! That facial was pretty magical! On my way out I grabbed an orange and a bottle of water and headed to the desk to sign my slip and start my day. I will definitely be coming back the next visit to LV! read more

We went to the spa for a Girls "Getaway". We each got massages and totally enjoyed the sauna and tubs. It was nice to relax and get away from the guys for the afternoon. And to get ready for the crazy night ahead. :) The spa is very clean and comfortable. We got there early to soak and relax before our individual massages. So worth it!! The prices are pretty reasonable for a Vegas spa off the strip. I would come back if we stayed in the hotel, but wouldn't go out of my way here. Nice smaller but basic spa in the Orleans, perfect if you are staying there. However I would not go out of the way off the strip to come here, with the exception of having a casino spa for relatively lower costs compared to the main strip. The service was very nice and down to earth, the spa was clean. The men's spa had a small waiting room, service rooms, a small hot tub, and a smaller steam room, never too crowded for a few days around new year. Also there was a 3 day for the price of 2 deal. Individual spa packages were not affordable so I just got the day pass. read more

The receptionist were 2 young boys who I felt were not professional. There didn't know what I meant when I asked if they had both a cold and hot dipping pool like most spas do. The spa was extremely small. All they had was a small steam room and one hot tub. No meditation room or sauna. My go to spa is in the Aria and this is incomparable. I will not be coming back here for the spa itself but will come for a facial with Daisy if I am ever checked in here again. 1 star for the spa. read more

Just had a wonderful deep tissue massage from Gloria in the spa. She did a great job and I would request her again. On a strange note - afterwards, in the spa locker area, I dropped my wedding band. It rolled in front of my locker and disappeared. When I looked for it I discovered that this particular tile had no grout and my ring had slipped under the tile. I book a 65 dollar spa pedicure and the women miss Shirley, she is an older women, but completely out of it! Just repeating her self didn't cute any cuteaculs from any toes, pushed back my cuteaculs 4x I actually counted it. Kept forgetting and asking wait did I already do this? Tried giving me hot towels 3xs and totally forgetting that she just whipped down my legs with 2 hot towels. I'm extremely disappointed and just in disbelief that a Las Vegas casino would actually hire someone like this. I don't know if she is just old or on drugs but will never come back!!!! read more

I discovered this place when I was working for an extended period in Las Vegas. When I come back to Las Vegas, I usually stay elsewhere, but I come to the spa here. Other places are more luxurious and have more amenities, but I don't think you can beat Spa Orleans on value. The place is clean, very easy to schedule an appointment, only 3/4 of a mile from the strip. As my schedule is often in flux, I often don't call to schedule an appointment until the day before and I'm able to get in easily, even on weekends. I've had massages from two people here, one time with Joe and a couple of times with Debbie. Joe likes to talk. He'll tell you all about the famous people he's worked on over the years when he was at Caesar's. His Old Vegas stories are interesting, but I prefer less conversation. The other thing about Joe is he really works you over. I prefer gentle and more relaxing. After Joe, I felt like I needed a massage to recover from his massage! I think Joe is in demand and has a loyal clientele, it was just a little too intense for me. I've had Debbie a couple of times and I now request her. Minimal conversation, gentle, relaxing. I go a half hour early, sit in the steam room for 15-20 minutes, shower, have my massage, hit the jacuzzi for a few minutes, clean up and leave. I have visited this spa last September, was there for a whole week to attend the Olympia weekend. The Spa is just great, neat, and clean. You get your robe & sandal to enjoy your self in the steam room, or the hot tube. I have been offered a juice beside the many bottle of waters available whenever you are thirsty. I have asked for the 50 minutes message and only Tammy was available. It turned out that it was my lucky day as this lady provides the best massage ever. She covers all body parts, provides long strokes, and massage in a very relaxing and intensive way. She stretches my thighs all the way from my hip while massaging them ..the same thing done to my arms. She covers each part that just got massaged with hot towels which help even more in relaxing. On top of that Tammy gave me many advices on how to stretch and to avoid injuries. Such a great expert lady. Two days later I picked her for the 80 minutes massage and it was even better. After you pass the spa, you will find a nicely equipped gym that has all basic machines & free weights to keep you in shape during your trip. They also have excellent cardio machines.
