These were envelopes, photo albums and a lot of loose photos. A few details I want to say: In addition to getting a harddrive with all of the high quality scans, I received all of my photos back in 3 archival photo boxes that were also labeled and organized. I wanted to have all of the photos in iCloud, and they were extremely easy to work with on setting that up, so now all of those older family photos are in my iPhone in date order. I can just scroll back all the way, and share them with anyone in my family. They are competent, professional, knowledgeable and so nice! They say they tried hard and made me feel bad saying they tried it on multiple machines and still the quality was poor. At that point they should have called me but they did not. She claimed it was 1 in 1000 that had this issue. I did the research and pointed out a possible fix; they sent my VHS tape over to their Torrance store and the result was noticeably much better. In the meantime, I missed my deadline and the poor version was not acceptable for the event we were planning to show it at. So I WOULD recommend this business but ONLY the Torrance store with the better equipped deck. I was made to feel bad for insisting on better quality- this was not a good feeling so I do not think I would use them again. (I imagine they are not going to cry about losing me as a customer) In the end, they gave me the fat file so we could do professional corrections on the file so I can still recommend them but they did say up front at the end, that they don't do this usually. And they did NOT charge me extra.

We tested the speed throughout the house (3floors) and while the speeds were decent we were not getting the 1gig internet we are paying for. He suggested we try his mesh system router and bam that was the issue. With the router we tested we got the full speeds. He suggested we move to a mesh system over a conventional router and that is what we will do. He didnt try to upsell his systems he instead gave great advice on which ones to purchase. He was here for an hour, tested and figured out the issue while giving us advice on how to configure our new systems and what new system to buy. I would recommend him for any wifi and computer related issues.
