I stopped by The Egg Club and walking in...the smell was divinee. And they all greet you in unison. Friendly staff members, attentive to your order, and would make good suggestions on the sauces. The atmosphere was bright modern, although no seating space (I believe that was the intent of the franchise). It is downtown Toronto, so parking is not the best. Public transit (subway or streetcar) would be ideal to get here. Now, onto the food... OMG, the Meat Lover sandwich did NOT disappoint! Hmmmm savory meats (sausage, bacon), and crispy harsh brown, perfectly cooked eggs all came together in a deliciously messy package. Price-wise, it's mid-range, but trust me, it is worth every penny. I paid around $20 for the sandwich, hars brown, and a refresher drink, and I left feeling totally satisfied. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and try more of their menu. Hit this place up if you are in the area. :-)

We wanted to get brunch nearby but decided against a wait so we picked up a quick egg sandwich instead. No seating just a small stand up counter for you to enjoy your food. It's not my first time at Egg Club but it's surprisingly busy on a Sunday morning. I wish we saw the promo poster earlier before we ordered as there is $5 classic egg sandwich special now that's so worth it! Wish we got that. I can only imagine weekdays being even more busy given the location. After we ordered the Guacamolic and meat lovers egg sandwich the food came out fast. It looks like they also extended their menu to include more drink options and even a hash brown add on which we were tempted to get, but decided against to be a bit more healthier. The drinks are okay but the egg sandwiches are the star. I think Guacamolic looks a bit underwhelming compared to photo but really can't go wrong with some extra guac on a sandwich. The Meat lovers is also a popular choice. Solid choice for a quick bite but I find the presentation slightly lacking compare to the photos or the North York location, I've been to.

I finally tried my first Egg Club sandwich and it was so delicious! They had a $4.99 deal for the Classic which had scrambled eggs, creamy chili sauce, parsley, milk bread and choice of Egg Club sauce or hollandaise sauce. All the tastes and textures were fantastic and the milk bread was so good! I loved the way they packaged the sandwich too. Wrapped inside a nice little box as if it was a little gift! I had to take time to admire the presentation before diving into the hot sandwich! The location at Dundas and Church was tiny but had a warm vibe and I loved watching them cook the eggs and meats right at the front counter! It was surprisingly not too busy at Monday lunch time so it wasn't a long wait. Friendly and fast service too! And many other sandwich options to choose from. Highly recommend!

Definitely a spot I wanted to try and wasn't disappointed. The eggs were fluffy and blended well with the lobster / avocado/ corn mixture. Would come back to try a different sandwich of some sort. There's different variations of this type of restaurant in different cities as well. I'll be back!

We were walking and looking for something to eat and saw Egg club . The breakfast sandwiches looks yum . We ordered a sandwich and a hash brown . The sandwich was very tasty but a little messy . The bread is very fresh and soft, the hash brown comes with a sweetish kind of cream . A must try

This taste different then when I tried it at the North York location. I don't remember The Classic tasting like curry... I know it shouldn't taste like that but I liked it anyways. I like how it was spacious and still had seats to sit especially on boxing day.

The pictures make the sandwich look delicious but I found it to be just alright. We got the Egg Club flavor, which came with caramelized onions, making it taste like French onion soup. A messy eat for sure. The hash brown looked interesting so we got that as well but I wasn't a fan of the slight sweetness. Kind of expensive for such a small sandwich and hash brown.

I was so impressed at how good egg club is. Not only is it massively worth the price but it's just so unique. I'd always see people rushing out with a sandwich in hand but never considered it as there's never any seating inside. But this time I was heading home, and really craved something like this. And it was perfect. The sandwich has the most softest bread with the fluffiest egg, sweat caramelised onions and so much cheese. I was in heaven. It was so filling I had to take a long break before I could bite anymore. There were constantly people coming in, and for the price you definitely understand why! Will be coming here again!

I ended up ordering from The Egg Club on UberEats this morning while waiting for my friends to finish their workout--I was way too hungry to wait. I got a BLT sandwich and a combo with hashbrowns with mashed potato filling, and a medium hot coffee. Let's start with the coffee. Honestly, it was just okay. Not as strong as I was hoping for, but it did the job. Now, the hashbrowns? Absolutely amazing. Whoever came up with the idea of stuffing mashed potatoes between crispy hashbrowns deserves a medal. They were crunchy on the outside, and the mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy on the inside. I'd go back just for those. The BLT, though, was kind of a letdown. The bread was supposed to be Japanese milk bread, but it just tasted like regular toast to me. It was soft, which was nice, but nothing special. The egg was fluffy and perfectly cooked, but the rest of the sandwich felt really skimpy. There was only one piece of bacon, one piece of lettuce, and one slice of tomato. It was a BLT--where's the bacon love? It said "thick-cut" bacon, but what I got was just a thin, sad little strip. It didn't have the heartiness you'd expect from a BLT. All in all, I'm not sure I'd order the sandwich again, but those hashbrowns? I'll be dreaming about them.

Bro.. I love breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes the whole nine, but I love breakfast sandwiches the most and adding lobster to one? Sign me up every time. First time in Toronto and Egg Club didn't disappoint! Small shop but lots of life and friendly service, the staff were extremely nice. Honestly I wanted to double back here it was that good!

Absolutely amazing sandwich. Very savory and buttery bread, soft egg, tasty creamy chili sauce, and perfectly cooked bacon. Highly recommended. Fast service, workers are very nice.

I got the ham and cheese sandwich, and it was so soft and fluffy and everything I expected. I also didn't expect it to be so filling, but it was, and I just loved the egg and bread. Service was very fast, but there's no seating, just counters to stand and eat on. Very cute place.

This review is from delivery on DoorDash. Got the ham and egg sando and a hashbrown. The ham and egg sando was really tasty. I love the bread they use. But it can get messy so be careful if you're eating it in a hotel room with no plate! I did the hollandaise sauce option and it was not a strong flavor sauce. The hashbrown with mashed potatoes in it wasn't my favorite because I think they put some honey on it, and I prefer just savory. The sandwich is also a heavy one so you probably don't need to eat it with the hashbrown. It's a little pricey, but the quality made it seem worth it. A good breakfast option for downtown.

They make them fresh for each order and you can taste the quality. The flavours in the Mona Lisa worked really well together, I loved the truffle cream and burrata. Torino: 7/10 This sandwich was also good, but the I felt like it was lacking something, especially compared to the mona lisa. The spicy eggplant just tasted like plain pickled eggplant and wasn't that spicy. I feel like both sandwiches were a bit salty due to the prosciutto, and were missing some sweet or acidic element. I added some balsamic glaze and hot honey at home which was great! The portion sizes are HUGE, the 4 of us were quite full after splitting the 3.

This small little bake shop had a menu hanging up, but I completely ignored it thanks to the baked goods right behind the counter that I was too busy staring at. I knew right away that I was going to order a Chocolate Croissant because, well, I always order a Chocolate Croissant if one is available. After making my first choice, this strange little baked good caught my eye, and it turned out to be something called a Cruffin.......a Cruffin you say? What is a cruffin? WELL, let me tell you. The cruffin is basically like a muffin, but like, with cheese and pepperoni on it so obviously I hate to order that sexy little bad boy right away. This thing wasn't big, but it was very dense and basically tasted like pizza crust which was absolutely delicious. After eating the cruffin, the Chocolate Croissant seemed way less cool but I ate it anyway. It tasted good and the chocolate was actually spread across the whole thing so they get an even bigger thumbs up for doing it right. Overall, COBS Bread was the spot! I had no idea this was a chain, but who cares, this place was great. I really liked the Cruffin I got and the croissant was really good as well. I will absolutely be revisiting COBS Bread when I come back to Canada and devouring a few more cruffins while I'm at it!

Even better, $3 from every wrap goes toward supporting Daily Bread Food Bank through their $30,000 fundraising campaign, which made ordering it feel even more worthwhile. We also really enjoyed the Spicy Ham & Cheese, which had the perfect balance of spicy, creamy, salty, and savoury flavours. The Gourmet French Hot Dog was another highlight with its sweet and savoury flavour combination wrapped in a buttery, flaky croissant. The Four Seasons sandwiches were a fun concept inspired by the Blue Jays, and while the Chef's Choice wasn't our personal favourite, some people at our table enjoyed it more than we did. For dessert, all of the cookies were freshly baked in-house and surprisingly good for a grab-and-go style spot. The double chocolate chip was rich and soft, and the white chocolate cranberry and macadamia cookies were both solid classics. The iced matcha latte with oat milk paired especially well with them, and the iced vanilla latte was smooth and easy to drink. When I received it, I only got the sandwich and the restaurant failed to tell me the salad was no longer included in the combo (yet the price remained the same). That's great that the online menu was not updated to include items no longer available, a simple update would address all these problems knowmsayin? Now on to the actual sandwich, the bread was thick. I mean so thick it looked like there was about a half an inch of eggs inside of two encyclopedias worth of bread. The eggs themselves, totally flavorless and bland. Kinda hard to mess up an egg salad sandwich right? Even Tim Horton's can get that right! To make things short and sweet, I'll be looking over this option the next time I'm working late or considering a sandwich in the downtown area.
