    Custom Egg Sandwich

Egghole is my #1 favorite coffee joint in Pierce County (read my review of the Lakewood shop for proof). It's the service (I love these women), it's the beans, and it's the expertise with which they pull an espresso. If you know coffee, or even if you don't, you may have noticed that most espresso beans these days are roasted for a sweet, kind of juicy flavor. I hate it. I think it's called "third wave" and I don't want that in my cup. Give me a good old fashioned Italian or Cuban roast please!!! Egghole is one of the few places where I get it. They serve Dell'Arte and, to me, that's how an espresso is supposed to taste.

Cute modern style cafe with small board games on each table. Great customer service. Got their basic egg and cheese with the "morning wood" coffee. Sandwich was great on brioche as it comes but super messy. Curious if it would be better on sourdough, which is another option to choose from

The restaurant is pretty small. There was maybe 7 tables made for 2-3 people. Each table had a game which was fun. You order up front using a touchscreen. Menu is full of pictures and descriptions which were very helpful. I got their burger, fries, and lemonade. I really enjoyed the burger. It was a smash burger and was loaded with veggies which I love. The bun was soft and chewy. The patty was a bit on the salty side. I will say it was quite hard to eat though. Very messy. The fries were of the shoestring variety and they were crisp. I love a shoestring fry. The lemonade was wonderfully tart. I loved how tart it was. I definitely want to come back again to try a breakfast sandwich.

    Mocha

Egghole absolutely lived up to the hype. I ordered the Cry Baby Burger with fries, plus a Beach Please coffee and a mocha--and I can honestly say it was hands down the best mocha I've ever had. The burger was incredible, the fries were perfectly crispy, and everything came out fresh What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. We met Jake, the kitchen manager, and he was genuinely personable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Those kinds of interactions make a place memorable. I'll absolutely make a point to stop here every chance I get. If you're anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and give Egghole a try.

Forgot to take a pic before... Ate it so fast! Was lovely and delicious!

Delicious! I put in an order on the Toast app and went inside to pick it up. They had it ready within a minute of me arriving. This is such a cute little cafe, with wood games on the tables, pretty decor, very clean. I was greeted immediately and the two gals I interacted with were very friendly. I had the Beach Please, iced with oat milk. So good! Also got the Sweet Cheeks sandwich. My husband and I split it and were impressed. Amazing taste, best bacon ever. A few weeks ago, I tried the salad with arugula, bacon crumbles and egg, which was also divine. Hope this place does well because it's a little gem! Try it out! Oh, and you can also accrue points for rewards.

A great local breakfast spot in Puyallup was what I had hoped for. Unfortunately, it ended up being a bit too basic. Maybe my expectation was along the lines of Eggslut, which is AMAZING. Not saying anything negative about this place but it's just your basic breakfast sandwiches. The place looked nice and very family friendly. I like the simplicity of everything. The staff were really nice and knowledgeable. They helped with suggestions. It's just not my flavor for a go-to breakfast spot AND I'm gluten free. For those that like sandwiches, this is your spot.

Visiting from southern California and found this on Yelp. Great customer service and food was eggcellent!!

Beach please without coconut, substitute for oat milk

Food is good, service is great, environment is fine (just the music was a little loud to sit and enjoy in there with other people)

Keep it simple. Sausage, egg and cheese is our favorite sandwich. If you are around Puyallup area this place is a must try. But it is small only a few tables.

Sorry we ate it all up it was that good

Awesome! Couldn't have enjoyed our visit to Crockett's any more…read more We stopped in on a Saturday for lunch. It was relatively busy, but our server was great! The fried zucchini were prepared in a manner that we haven't seen before - long, flat pieces. Excellent! My wife had the Sloppy Joe - and she couldn't have been more pleased. Seasoned to perfection. I opted for a Wedge Salad, which was another item prepared in a way I hadn't seen before either - it wasn't a big rock-like salad, it was sliced and laid sideways. Perfect. and with lots of bacon! We'll definitely be back to Crockett's! (We'll just have to find a reason to go to Puyallup.)

Came here per their suggestion, because I'm a food snob, and I'm glad we did. Cool little place, super clean, nice decorum, yada yada yada. Our server was Jessica T. I am very neurotic, and she was very patient, and even engaged in back and forth banter. She came to take our drink order, and if you know me, I always have a lot of complex requests. I started off ordering a boring vodka and soda, but then switched it up to cucumber vodka with muddled lime and mint with soda. Visibly and vocally unperturbed, she took my order along with my counterparts. The bartender whipped me up a couple of those bad boys and let me tell you, it was refreshment level: EXPERT. And props to the bartender, whom I thanked on the way out. After I drink order, I started ordering all sorts of ish. We had, an order of grilled sourdough, which was phenomenal and I'm actually going to start making that at home, if I ever get there, me and my (non-romantically involved, strictly platonic cuz I don't swing that way) partner both had the Cavatappi Ragu, and his wife had something with meatballs, that's all I can really remember. Man, even a my standards the food was so good. I'm very grateful that my folks picked up the check, and I feel bad because I ordered so much stuff, which I wasn't expecting because I went Ham on the menu, but damn man.... I think you can actually eat cheaper at a comparable restaurant in LA... Prices were pretty high. Even for me hahaha BUT all that being said, the next time I come see these clowns, I want to go back! Very good experience, very good food, very good service. ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. Portions are absolutely massive, and most dishes are served with a cornbread topped with a cream/icing. When the server was placing them on other tables, I thought they were cinnamon rolls from the size! I ordered the "Th-th-th-that's all folks," which consisted of crispy breaded pork chops with grits, gravy, two eggs, potatoes, and cornbread. The serving size was massive and could easily be 2 meals (I had lots of leftovers). The porkchop had a great texture and wasn't too dry. Grits were creamy, and the cornbread itself was very delicious. Service was friendly and attentive, as we had servers coming by multiple times to top off coffee. This is a great breakfast spot in Sumner!

We had to bring our pup to a specialty veterinarian nearby and stopped in afterward for breakfast and to get an oil change. We walked over from Sunset Chevrolet with our injured dog in a stroller, and the staff could not have been kinder. We ordered him scrambled eggs, and they surprised him with a bacon-topped pup cup. Several staff members even came out to our table to say hello and make him feel welcome. The food was fantastic. I ordered the HOBO, and it was absolutely delicious. My spouse had the pastrami sandwich, which was just as impressive. We sat outside - which is really nice - but the inside is super clean and very welcoming.
