Also ordered include the blackened grouper sandwich, billionaire burger, and tempura shrimp appetizer. Our group loved every entree. The cocktails were also refreshing. I really loved my jalapeño watermelon margarita. Our server was wonderful - very friendly and quick service. Definitely an enjoyable lunch or dinner spot!

The parking place had ample parking where you needed a mobile app to pay for your parking. There was a larger souvenir store there if you needed to kill time before your seating. Once it was our time for our dinner reservations, we were greeted and seated at our table. Our waitress was a bit sarcastic or had a witty comments that didn't sit well with my kids. When ordering our foods, the kids asked what type of drinks they had since it was not listed on the menu. She said Coke but didn't elaborate that they had Coke products. Since she said Coke so fast our daughter didn't hear the response and asked her the question again where she just said that's a great question and ignored her and moved on. Food wise - we had the Peruvian ceviche, Peruvian chicken, I think I had a special grouper dish. The food was good. We were able to eat everything and the kids enjoyed their kids burger meals. Outside of the waitress comments, the place placed nice modern music to listen to and had the basketballs games playing on the tv at the bar.

We ALL raved about our drinks and after a few more questions, we ordered our meals: Crab Cake Benedict, Smoked Salmon Benedict, Chicken Sandwich and a Philly Steak Sandwich. All I can say is that EVERY plate was EMPTY! We ALL LOVED our food! It was hot, fresh tasting and delicious flavors. Even the fries were hot, crisp, fresh and seasoned perfectly. The risotto was underdone (not enough complain about) but enough that the dish wasn't delicious. The crabcake was exceptionally good - all crab very little if any filler, and perfectly cooked. The fish dish, which I don't remember the name of, came out in a very tomatoey sauce, and it was supposed to be more of a New Orleans style. It was tasty and the fish was tender. Valentines 2026…read more First time at Connors and it didn't disappoint. He, Gary, had the Prime Rib with Garlic Mash and side salad. I had the petit filet, 6 oz, with lobster bisque and asparagus. Connors did not disappoint. My filet was a perfect medium rare with a fantastic char. Let's face it we can get such a fantastic char on our home Weber without over cooking it. Those professional grills are wonderful. Gary's prime rib was perfectly medium rare as well. Gary enjoyed a few Stella's and I enjoyed a red sangria. Finished our meal with strawberry icecream that we shared. The restaurant is configured so that privacy for those intimate meals as there are numerous cozy booths. Service was excellent with our server checking back to see if everything was delicious and asking if we needed anything. Best part, they do take reservation. Sorry, no photos. I prefer to concentrate on our meal and each other.

Dad visiting from out of the town and wanted a quality steak dinner so we've heard so much about this resturant we thought we would give it a try. When we arrived the ladies at the front were super sweet and attentive to our reservation and seating. Our server was beyond distracted. The restaurant was not super busy upon arrival so it was rather upsetting that our server were wouldn't spend more than 20 seconds at time. When he did inquire how everything was, we started talking and he walked away from the table before we could even get two words out. The Voodoo shrimp, Fried Green Tomatoes, and bisque were delicious. The steaks were seasoned beyond belief to where you couldn't even taste the steak flavor, garlic mashed potatoes had zero flavor and tasted as though they were water logged. The "loaded" baked potato had about a teaspoon of toppings that I stretched out to cover the top. The asparagus was extremely thick, firm, and flavorless. A leader stopped by at the end of the meal to inquire, we politely gave feedback but there was a unbothered reception by the lead. "Next time" was used in her response. She did offer to put a new steak for my dad on the grill, but by this time we were at the end of our meal and at this point ready to leave. There are too many options in Sarasota and the area's Keys to visit with better food and service. Ultimately, the sides and apps are good but the steak quality especially for the prices cannot be justified. I've had a steak better meal at an Outback.
