The sweet potato waffle with maple cream syrup is amazing!!! You need one of these. You really do. Restaurant was pricey, especially for breakfast. 2 meals, 2 cups of coffee, and an orange juice cost $30. Service was prompt and friendly and the kitchen was quick too. Dining room is crowded - we were there after the breakfast rush, so it wasn't loud, but I can easily see how the place would be a mad house during peak times. The servers greeted several other customers by name and called out drink orders without having to wait for the request...gives the impression that they get lots of local regulars. Not sure how said locals afford those regular visits. For a special treat on vacation, I'd definitely recommend Eggs Up. read more

This place was everything you want in a breakfast place. Fast. Delicious. Cheap. The wait staff here is a set of women who are the true definition of southern hospitality. The sweet tea is sweet and delicious. I got eggs and french toast. The french toast was seriously good. It was mixed with cinnamon sugar and maple syrup. Unreal. My friend got eggs as well with grits and a buscuit and gravy. Again super tasty. he also got a hot cocoa despite it being close to 100 degrees out. This was a wonderful breakfast, I got "the classic" and added a pancake. The pancake was fluffy, home fries flavorful, and the bacon crispy. There was a bit of a wait for the food but well worth it. Great atmosphere. Ordered the corned beef and eggs and it was delicious. I ordered a side of bacon and that was made to my liking. I would recommend this place as a go to for breakfast. After reading a couple of reviews on Yelp we figured to give Eggs Up a try. It had the feel of a local diner which we loved. We were seated quickly and our friendly waitress took our drink order quickly. Our coffee cups were never empty, we love coffee. We have 3 kids and love their kids meal options of mix and match. The kids loved to be able to pick what they wanted on their platter. Our meals came out quickly compared to other places and everything was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was Jackie from Long Island NY & she was great! I love that the kids menu lets you choose from 3 breakfast items bc my 17 month old son definitely likes variety! we've had this place twice and enjoyed it both times, we've gone to both locations and both are very welcoming and just feels like your at home. I got the fruit plain French toast, my husband got the breakfast wrap and our children split the little hen waffle platter it was more than enough we even had some leftover waffle. There was no wait at the Conway (501) location it seems fairly new than again I haven't been to myrtle for almost a year. This is definitely a location you should drop in and try for breakfast if your in the area. We were visiting Myrtle Beach during Labor Day and tried this place. Wow, we were so impressed! Great service and great food....great prices for a tourist town too! We were with a bunch of friends while in town, and on the last day, one of our friends told us the best in town was another place, across the highway. Well, we tried it, and honestly, it couldn't hold a candle to Eggs Up Grill. Food was expensive, took forever to get, small servings, etc. We are closing on a condo there today, and will be back on Thursday night to start renovating and decorating our new place.... Usually this is very bland, but theirs is actually seasoned. Had a very nice flavor with a little herb in it, and was correctly fried to give it that crunchy hash skin. Home fries were good, just needed salt. Eggs were *perfectly* poached medium. Still runny, but slightly thickened like a syrup. Hmm, perfect gravy for the fries and hash. Toast was nothing special. Crusty, real bread replacing the sandwich bread would be a big improvement. Lastly, I came with computer to do a little work. After breakfast, I asked if there was a coffee shop nearby I could move to. They insisted I just stay put and use their wifi. Very kind. read more

Stopped in for Brunch on a Sunday morning and found out why this place was so well reviewed. Cindy, our server, was incredibly sweet, very attentive, and conversational. The pancakes were fluffy and home cooked, the sausage had a good hint of spice, and the grits were spot on. Even the coffee was well above the standard diner cup.
