You don't have to go anywhere else in Myrtle beach for breakfast. You know it is good when there is a line. I was very surprised on how organized the staff was getting us seated. 6 people in a maybe 50 person place. Then there is the breakfast my wife ordered an omelette and ate the entire thing. Wonderful experience here after touring Coastal with the kids. The staff were all super friendly and conversational. Made it clear to feel free to customize any dish and breakfast was all day. Kids got a variety of things and I got the Little Deuce plate with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs scrambled and 2 bacon. Perfect amount of food after some good walking. Came out quickly. My daughter got the cheese steak and let me try that and it was really good and flavorful. Tried my son's grits and really like the texture and corn flavor. Not overloaded with butter and cream. I sure the food would have been great but your call ahead seating needs some work when there is people waiting and the staff is holding a table open with the lobby full. I thought call ahead seating was your name went on the list when you arrived. Holding tables I consider reservations. I think it's very unprofessional to have customers waiting with tables open. Every trip to Myrtle Beach must consist of having breakfast at this spot. Food is extremely delicious and the staff are by far the friendliest. Personally I love their Egg Benedict and usually have a pancake as well. The service is very attentive and quick. The whole place gives a family friendly vibe which is hard to find now a days. On a road trip to Jax and we were starved. We saw a McDonald's and was about to pull in when we seen a sign on the corner for Eggs Up Grill. So we proceeded towards the direction of the signs arrow. Thought it would be nearby but no sign of the place. I mapped it and seen we had 3 minutes more to drive down the road to arrive at destination. Found it in one of those strip-malls. No wait upon entering. Hostess and server were very polite and welcoming. In no time we had our drinks, orders taken, and then shortly after our meals. We inhaled our food so no pics...but it was delicious! The steak was thick and juicy. Home fries chunky and perfectly cooked. Loved the garlic toast. Coffee was not too strong and very smooth. French toast and pancakes perfectly seasoned, fluffy, and also very good. This is a true local spot which you will notice right away. Everyone was friendly and our server was the best- Jennifer. This was a great place for a quick breakfast. It was packed on a Sunday morning but me and my boyfriend were in and out in under 30 minutes. The food was good, the service was great and the atmosphere was just what you want in a local breakfast grill. As one of my all time favorite places in this area, I come here for brunch at least once a week. It's walking distance from CCU and from where I live. I love the staff and the service is fenomenal. I always ask for Kim, she's my favorite server but I've also had others and they are all great. The prices are relatively cheap and the food is yummy. They have breakfast and lunch until 2pm and everything is made in house. Their tomato Florentine is my go to and it comes out great every time. I've become a regular here and always feel welcomed whenever I visit. I have a gluten intolerance and they really go our of their way to make sure you get what you need and you're happy with your meal. There are several eggs up around the area but I highly recommend this one. If you go earlier in the morning it's very busy. I stick to lunch time when the crowds dwindle. read more

The food and service at the location on 17 near Murrells inlet was great, the up charge for coffee changed my review of this location and any other with the same practice. Coffee being a $7.50 up charge not so great. But then you are in a tourist area and they figure they will never see you again. In this case they are correct. An $8 beak feast turns into $21 is a joke. Sorry to say the waitress who did a great job will need to get her tip from the coffee fee. read more

Great place for brunch. Had Eggs Benedict and home fries - it was better than a version I've had at a very expensive restaurant recently. It was a decent sized portion as well and very inexpensive! Service was quick and the wait staff was very polite. I arrived only 45 minutes before they closed and they politely served me without rushing me, even though I was the last to leave. I even met one of the owners at the counter and we chatted for a bit after they closed. I'm from out of town, but if I came back to the area I'd definitely stop in. read more

5/28/17 Ordered: Eggs Benedict, side of Home fries Food: 2/5 Eggs Benny was okay. My muffins were a little over cooked on the bottom, but even if that wasn't the case, the food was bland. There wasn't a lot of flavor, but my eggs were poached perfectly. Home fries were (again) just okay. I had a couple potato pieces that were undercooked. Well, the wife and I came here today for brunch based on the good reviews. There were a good amount of people in there, so that's a good sign huh? As we sat down, we noticed the booths were comfy! High five for that! Jess was our server...professional and fast. I had the ham and cheese omelet with home fries, pancakes, and CINNAMON RAISIN toast...that's right folks...raisin toast. How many places actually have that? Thumbs up guys! Wife had the chicken salad sandwich with home fries, and an AWESOME fruit parfait. And to top it off...how many places do you know that have a sign by the register that says: "Jesus said to them, 'Come and have breakfast.'"-John 21:12? HAHA that topped it off. This was a great find on our way out of Myrtle Beach. The service was absolutely amazing. Cindy, our server, could make anyone smile. The omelettes were delicious and if you go, get the raisin toast and add orange marmalade (Cindy suggested).
