The breakfast was sooooooooo good. I would recommend this to any and everyone in the area. The service was excellent, the waitresses use iPhone to enter your order and to be informed when it's ready, the food was delicious, and prices are very reasonable. It was very crowded when we came for breakfast but the tables were flipped quickly so there wasn't an extreme wait for a table (~15 minutes) or for our food. THE best place for a reasonably priced and delicious breakfast in Myrtle Beach. Located in a pretty run of the mill strip mall surrounded by a Chinese Food buffet, a supermarket, an italian restaurant, etc. is a small local joint called Eggs Up Grill. My mother, a local, told me about it and we enjoyed breakfast here all 5 days we were in town. The service is fantastic. These women take southern hospitality to a whole new level! They are so nice and accommodating with changes to the menu (which my northern pain in the ass family asked for many of). They always gave us our drinks in a to-go cup prior to leaving. And made sure we were full while we were still there. The food is delicious, and so reasonably priced. Very busy on the weekends but we never waited more than a few minutes and it was always worth the wait! Take a drive over here for a local breakfast experience that can't be beat by any of those pancake houses or diners on the main drag! read more

Stopped here for a late breakfast during a visit to Myrtle Beach, hubby and I both loved it. It's a small place and popular so be prepared to wait for a table, we got there just before the brunch rush and were seated right away. Our server, Sue, was great. She brought us a fresh pot of coffee right away, extra napkins, hot sauce, checked on us several times, she made sure we had everything we needed so that we could enjoy our meal. I don't know why my kids are obsessed with this place. They loved it and kept begging to go back all week. Personally, I found the coffee was weak and tasteless. The bacon was cold and rubbery. The sweet potato pecan pancakes were just okay, not great. The corned beef hash is pretty good. The Hollandaise sauce on the Benedict has an odd consistency to it. We are out of towners who decided to try this fabulous hole in the wall restaurant based on other yelp reviews. It was fantastic. Everything was delicious. The waffles were crispy, the kids fruit came in fancy little bowls. My husbands omelette was gigantic! We just about cleaned our plates. The only thing that was keeping us from giving a 5 star review was the lack of flavor in the hollandaise sauce. It needed a bit more salt and lemon juice, but other than that the entire breakfast was very delicious. We will definitely return if we ever find ourselves in the Myrtle beach area again. read more

My wife and I came to Myrtle beach on our honeymoon. Eggs Up Grill was completely full when we went in, which was a great sign since it's kind of a hole in the wall place. A spot opened up and we were amazed by how extensive the menu was! I had the corn beef hash and eggs, and my wife had the bananas foster French toast. The food came very quickly, and it was incredibly fresh. My meal definitely had the quality of homemade food, and all of the ingredients were quality as well. My wife's French toast was incredible as well, the bananas were tender and caramelized. The service was great too, especially considering how busy they were! This place is awesome! We went down on a visit from Jacksonville, NC just for an overnight stay and decided to get breakfast. Checking the reviews on Yelp, we decided to go with Eggs Up. We are so happy we did! We weren't sure what to expect because the outside of the building looks like it's a very small place, but it's a full blown restaurant inside. This place was so full, but we were seated right away. Everyone was so friendly, even the other diners. The food was so delicious and came out right away. Brunch after Mass while on vacation is sort of a standard. I looked on Yelp and found Eggs Up Grill as a high rated restaurant that appeared to be perfect for what we were looking for. This place has the appearance of a Mom and pop place but is actually a franchise. I had a party size of six adults. I had the steak and eggs with a side of sausage gravy and biscuits. The down side of my meal was the packaged sausage gravy was a little sub par. Fresh made would have been much better. The lightly butter garlic bread was a nice added touch. The other meals ordered were two grilled chicken Cobb salad, which were just at best okay because the chicken was not grilled, most likely microwaved. Also ordered was a southwest omelette which was full of meat and veggies but I prefer those items stuffed instead of cooked in the eggs. However, guest #4 enjoyed his omelette meal. Guest five had the egg whites good for you meal. The feta cheese in this breakfast, as she said "was the best egg omelette I ever had." Guest six the standard two eggs, sausage, home fries and toast. He was happy with his meal. The only other negative thing other than the non-grilled chicken and the packaged sausage gravy was, the cleaning supplies were beside our table in the dining area. A storage location is needed for the clean up items. It detracted from the shirts that were for sale. As a special note; Sue, our server, was an excellent waitress. Fast service and great place for breakfast with a wide variety! Ordered Eggs Benedict with turkey bacon instead of regular bacon and veggie lover omelette with sour dough bread. My girlfriend liked the Eggs Benedict. Creamy and the hollandaise sauce was spot on. The side of potatoes could use a bit more seasoning.
