Biscuit with gravy, eggs fried soft, bacon and sausage
    Virginie L.

Service was great, the waitress was so attentive and recommended items to us since it was out first time there. I ordered Biscuit with gravy, eggs fried soft, Bacon and Sausages. The biscuit was good, I preferred it without the gravy but that's my preference. The eggs and bacon was cooked to perfection and so was the Sausages. Everything was great, I've heard about this place and it lived up to the hype.

They accommodated our large group of 12, right away on a Saturday morning. Nice and friendly service. The place was nice and clean. The crab cakes melted in my mouth. Potatoes were flavored nicely. My daughter loved the bacon pan cakes, that came with extra bacon on the side.

I've ordered delivery 3x from this location using DoorDash. The 1st time was great. The 2nd time, they forgot my toast. Additionally, they placed the cold fruit cup container on top of my hot food (inside of the larger to-go container). Why? There is a reason they are packed separately... one is hot, one is cold. I feel like I shouldn't have to explain this. Also, the fruit cup smashed my entree, and it is not sanitary. Just place them in the bag separately! The 3rd time, they forgot my fried potatoes (or they were out?), same egg smashing fruit cup technique, and the "crispy bacon" isn't even fully cooked. I tossed it in the trash. The blueberries were smashed in the fruit cup. They should rename it, "Smashed Up Grill."

My client brought me here before I went to the airport, and it was the perfect send-off from my visit to Greenville. I had the eggs with cut fruit and a blueberry muffin (cut abc put on the flat top griddle (oh yeah!). Our waitress was great, and everyone was very friendly.

Driving around the streets of Greenville on a lazy Sunday morning, I was looking for a quick breakfast. I saw a crowd at Eggs Up Grill and decided to check this place out. Despite the crowds, service was pretty quick. I got a take away order for two, and ordered the following: Steak and eggs ($10.49) Biscuit-wich ($5.20) Orange juice ($2.59) Coffee ($1) The biscuit-wich is a sausage patty with egg, cheese and a biscuit that comes with a side of sausage gravy. I had none of this but was told it was great and filling. The Steak and eggs was a 6 oz made to order steak and came with home fries (I had a choice of the fries or garlic toast...but I also got toast too) as well as a grilled tomato. The steak, which I asked for medium, was very much well done and tough. The home fries were cubed potatoes and sadly, some of them were under cooked and crunchy. Eggs, that were asked to be scrambled, kinda glomped together into one large chunk of eggs. Flavor in everything I mentioned wasn't bad. It's just the cooking was off. My knee jerk is to give 2 stars to Eggs up grill, because meh, I've had better. With that said, I wasn't expecting a lot out of the steak, especially from a take away breakfast order, but the biscuit-wich was tasty. So while I have had better, collectively I think my experience here was okay. Even if i never return to this location, eggs up grill is a chain, and if I try them out again, maybe my next experience will be great. For now, it's just an okay one.

I have never been to Bridgeway Station, and wow, what a cute/fun area…read more The vibe and interior of Rotie did not disappoint. It is not a huge restaurant, but you aren't crowded either. My girlfriends and I went for girls night, and I loved how the place was packed with women. Such a cool idea. We got the rosemary beignets, and they were really good. Loved the butter that came with it too, and the parm. Very tasty. I had the half chicken, and it was maybe the best chicken I have ever had. Seriously, I know what I am ordering next time, and the time after, because it was so good. I didn't enjoy the sides as much. I had the pomme puree and the roasted vegetables. It's strange that the mashed potatoes were flavorless and mealy, and the veggies were meh. That said, the chicken was awesome, and I will come back for that alone.

First we sat outside and it was really nice and you could hear the music across the street. Our server who was also training someone was fantastic. On the receipt it said "Hakan S" but I could be wrong. He was so attentive and called us "loves" and just was so kind I'd go just for his service honestly, he never stopped smiling , even after multiple requests he just was top tier. As far as the starter, it was between beignets and the bread but the spicy honey got me. I wouldn't order that bread again it was basic and I wished the butter would have been more honey but it was eaten. Next time I'll try the beignets. As far as food, I ordered the salmon and exchanged the rice for a "house salad". The salmon was okay I didn't like how overcooked the bottom was and it was a little try and flavorless for me, I assume the rice helps but even when they accidentally brought out the rice bed first with the salmon it still looked the same. Maybe a drizzle of something would be nice. So I used some sauce from my partners plate which was the special "grouper " . Back to my dish first. The salad was my favorite part, very fresh and just had good flavors. As far as the grouper, it was extra cooked , not much flavor itself, the white asparagus was basic but the sauce it was laid in was really nice. Again I used it for my salmon. She wasn't a fan but she loved the bread. I would go back but it's not a must have for me.

I was just about to give up and go somewhere else when a spot opened. We were a group of 10 and were the 6th and 7th to arrive. Came in and sat down and it was a good 15 minutes before our server appeared for drink orders. They had a really good stout on draft so I ordered that and the alligator bites. It was another 15/20 minute before our server came back to inform me the keg blew and that beer wasn't available. So water it was. The alligator bites were not horrible, but weren't great either. Very bland and the breading was.....not crunchy. It was almost like they were microwaved and not cooked long enough. I went with the double bacon burger and fries, which was a $0.99 upsell from the house chips that comes with the burger. Two big thick patties with cheese and bacon. Pretty good burger. Not the best I've ever had but not the worst either. As for the ambience, good luck having a conversation. The place is open and loud. The actual restaurant is fairly small but it's part of a larger area. Think of a food court in a mall. Very hard to have a conversation due to all the noise. And people wondering in and sitting down without checking in, taking wait staff away from their other tables. Overall, I wasn't impressed. But, like I said, the area prom had a lot more people out than a normal Friday night, so I will return again for another meal.
