I had a leak in my ceiling that was repaired but not before water had run all inside my drywall of the ceiling. He came by to do an estimate and his price was fair. But what I loved even more was that he was honest with me! I asked if he felt there would be black mold forming in my situation and he told me he didn't really think so. Thank you for being honest! Ultimately, I decided that there were still seam lines that didn't look good and I had a hole in my ceiling that needed to be fixed. So I hired him. He came by and went straight to work... he taped off absolutely everything so that no dust could escape the working area. And by the time he was done, he took the tape down and the ceiling looked like nothing had ever happened to it. The paint was perfect and he even went so far as to call some areas so that the lines could be straight and look right. Finally, there was a misunderstanding about payment. The owner was going to pay by Zelle but had a block on her account. So I had to write a check. Salvador offered to come back to get the check! Amazing! I told him I had to go but that I'd leave the check in the mailbox and then... I FORGOT . I felt about an inch tall. He drive 40 minutes round trip to NOT get a check. So I told him I'd have it the next day and would drive it to him. Yet he insisted he would do the drive AGAIN to get paid. I threw in a little extra for his troubles... but THIS is the kind of OUTSTANDING guy and company that this is. So... do not hesitate. Hire him. You won't regret it. Thank you Salvador!!!

He quoted me and explained he was very busy for the month of May. This was fine. He told me that if he could not do the month of May 2023, he would do the first weekend of June. This was a standard conversation, knowing the demand in Spring. After that conversation in the beginning of May, I got *zero* communication from them. No updates if May would work or even confirming the first weekend as promised by Alex. It was complete radio silence. When I say radio silent, I mean completely ghosted by a contractor. Ultimately, I texted Alex asking if he still wanted the job? He finally texted back stating he was was too busy and could not do the job. I waited weeks holding out for this company when I could have found a painting company that could do the job in a timely manner. This has been a horrible experience with this company.

I went on Yelp to look for someone to stain my 6 foot wood property fence. Out of 5 estimates, Orozco was the least expensive and most professional. He even came to bring me samples and color patterns after he had come to measure and survey the project. He remained friendly and informative during the entire project. My fence looks amazing. He sanded it down first and then stained. I am beyond impressed. He didn't try to charge me some exuberant amount either. Erick was prompt and easy to work with for estimating and invoicing. He listened to what I needed, and picked up areas I was unsure about. When the week came to redo the place Erick and Josie were astounding. I've seen other folks mention "meticulous" and they couldn't be more correct. I was watching master craftspeople discover and repair irregularities in the dry wall, preparing areas they knew would be tricky. When we switched over and started on the second half they showed me odd decisions I hadn't noticed from previous owners, walked me through tradeoffs to handle the situations, and quickly pivoted plans based on my choices. After we finished I had changed my mind about a few small things and Erick was insistent that he go back and make alterations to accommodate my changes. He cared so much that the final product be perfect based on how I would use the rooms. Through it all they offered top care for my fixtures and my furniture, helping to adjust move with more care than I knew to have myself. AND they finished on estimate and on budget.
