Breakfast with my grandkids while visiting California was delicious. My grandson highly recommended Eggspresso so we made it our breakfast destination for today. The menu has a variety of meals and drinks. We settled on the Breakfast Burrito and French Toast. My granddaughter loves matcha and today had a banana matcha. She said it was delicious and loved the added banana flavor. The burritos were huge and definitely enough for two. A side of potato's was also very tasty. While the French toast was kind of pricey the burritos were definitely priced fairly. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. Even has an outdoor patio eating area. Service is quick and pleasant.
Surprisingly not a bad brunch spot I would come back to again hopefully in the near future. This hidden spot seems like it's buried within some office buildings, with a parking lot that seems like needs to be paid to get in, but is free, at least when we went on a weekend. We had the pork belly rice bowl, which was not bad. Theres good flavor on the pork belly, and it is a very colorful signature dish. The pork belly could be a bit juicier and slightly less dry. Also had the chilaquiles which was flavorful. Same thing the the meat that can be slightly less dry, but overall also a flavorful dish. I'm glad the sour cream on this dish isn't overwhelming. Both dishes come with a slightly runny egg on top. The coffee and the service feel standard, nothing bad or standing out.
A hidden little gem that is tucked away by the hospital. If I wasn't told about this spot, I don't even think I would have ever gone here. This spot has a private parking lot that is shared with several other businesses. With validation from the restaurant, parking is free for two hours. The moment you walk in, it's a nice homey feel to it. There is ample seating, both inside and outside. It's a bit of a fast casual restaurant, where you order at the front, take a number, sit down, and they will deliver to your table. I ordered the Lemon Pancakes, Breakfast Burrito with Bacon, and black coffee. The breakfast burrito is definitely hearty and very filling, a bit salty for my taste from the bacon. The Lemon pancakes are flavorful and fluffy, a great sweet treat if you are looking for one. Coffee is coffee. I'll definitely come back and try other dishes.
A place you'll want to go is definitely at Eggspresso! Eggspresso was one of those hidden gems I'm glad I found. Located in an industrial area of Fullerton, it's easy to miss, but it's worth seeking out. Just remember to validate your parking, I learned that lesson the hard way and ended up paying $10. I ordered the pork belly rice bowl and a lavender latte. Calysta recommended the rice bowl, and the recommendation did not disappoint. The pork belly was perfectly crispy, and the combination of brown rice, pickled onions, avocado, arugula, and pesto was fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. The pesto was an unexpected addition that really brought the dish together. The lavender latte was just as enjoyable, and yes, the latte art got me. What stood out most was the family-owned feel. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone was welcoming. Special shoutout to Jen for her kindness and for sharing a little about the business. If Eggspresso were closer to me, it would easily become a regular stop.
a great little hidden gem brunch spot in Fullerton! this location has a paid parking lot, but you can get parking validated! can still get packed though, so keep that in mind! good amount of seating inside, but they also have a nice amount outside too for the nice weather days. the service was good, the food was good, and the vibes were really nice too! my mom really enjoyed her chilaquiles, and my chicken & waffles were yummy but i do wish the chicken portion was a liiiittle bigger than tenders, and my eggs were overcooked/not runny. but overall, still a meal that i enjoyed! would come back to try other things on the menu :)
Fullerton has so many good places to eat at. So many hidden gems. Glad I came across this place. Took my aunty's for brunch and we enjoyed the lemon pancakes and the pork belly rice bowl. Latte was delicious as well. We got there around 9am on a Saturday morning, plenty of parking inside and outside. Got busy quick tho. Cool place, try them out!
Such a cute spot for brunch. I was worried about parking because its near a hospital & lots of buildings however they have their own lot & they do validate parking! Came here for lunch with my son & we got the fried rice & chicken and waffles benedict. We also got the dirty potatoes which was such a nice touch to go with the rest of our food. The strawberry lemonade is really refreshing & the matcha is so good. I love that there's outdoor seating & indoor seating! Service was great as well
Plenty of patio seating outside & inside. Great service & a clean interior. Ordered the cremini mushroom toast and subbed with dirty potatoes - delicious!! A must for mushroom fanatics. Great portion sizes too. My friends enjoyed their Kimchi fried rice & Pork belly rice bowls! I'll have to get that next time. Only downside is the paid parking. Just remember to get your ticket validated before leaving!! You get 2 free hours w validation, but anything over is $10/hour - which isn't super horrible but not fun. It's a decent cafe that delivers quality meals! Will be back!
Husband and I had breakfast here today, it was really good! The parking lot was a bit difficult as it is tiny and it seemed 50% of the spaces were reserved for other businesses. You also have to pay for parking, unless you validate, which my husband forgot to do so it was $10 for less than an hour! Make sure to remember to get the validation. We sat inside and the chairs were hard and uncomfortable. The patio seemed way nicer, I would sit out there next time. You scan a QR code on the table and order/pay from your phone before the meal. My husband did tip $10, but I didn't really see the point as there isn't much "service." Our drinks and food were brought to us, but nobody checked on us again, and since you pay up front you don't have to wait for somebody to bring you a bill. I ordered a peach jasmine iced tea, it was $6 and VERY weak, I should have stuck to water, this was not worth $6. Husband had an iced latte and said it was fine. Both of our entrees came with an arugula salad, but for an upcharge you could sub for fruit, potatoes, or mushroom fries. The upcharges were $5 and $6, yikes! This ended up being an almost $80 breakfast, and while it was tasty, I think it was too expensive. That being said, we really liked our food. He had the Breakfast Banger, a tasty sandwich with rosemary sausage, loads of cheese, a fried egg, on an english muffin. Loved the sausage! His Dirty Potatoes were good, they came with a side of creme fraiche, which wasn't needed. The potatoes are cooked with garlic and sage, yummy. My breakfast was the Croque Madam and I subbed for Portobello Fries. THE FRIES wow so good!! I wish more places had this as a side, they are delicious! They come with a really good aji sauce on the side. My Croque Madam was very good, nice sourdough bread, lots of gruyere cheese, tasty smoked ham, and whole grain mustard. The egg on top was slightly overcooked, I would have liked a more runny yolk. Overall though, we both enjoyed it.
Such a gem ; seen this place on instagram a few times so decided to give it a chance. The parking sucks you kind of have a park a little bit away but there is a parking structure nearby. The location is really nice and chill. I got the mimosas package and chicken & waffle Benedict with the eggs on the side. Everything was soo delicious. The chicken could be a little more season but once the syrup is on everything it's fine. Everything came out in a reasonable amount of time. The star of the shows is those breakfast (dirty) potatoes. 10/10 those were so good my boyfriend and I ordered another side of them . I would definitely come back such a great brunch spot
Saw this place on tiktok, cute interior with plenty of seating. food was okay, nothing crazy to rave about. - pork belly dish: pork belly kind of burnt and small portion. not a fan of brown rice, not sure if they did subs but had to order through the online qr code. fish salmon benedict was pretty salty too. nice spot to vibe out at but would maybe try other dishes besides these. not a ton of interaction with staff is everything is basically self-service, which is up to your preference of dining out. would possibly give this place another shot. parking is a bit tricky too, as it is a very small lot so be prepared for brunch on a busy weeknd.
Saw a Chorizo Burrito on Yelp and it looked delicious. But turns out they don't offer that anymore so I was bummed. Ended up getting the Classic Breakfast - 2 eggs, 3 sourdough toasts, 2 sausages, dirty potatoes, and jam. Everything was decent. The Breakfast Banger was OK. A little messy and greasy. The muffin was too soft for me. I wish the ordering app had a Special Instructions so I can request for the potatoes to be crispy or butter or whatever. If I go to the counter and ask for these things, by the time I get to the front of the line the food already comes out. Unfortunately, nothing on the menu really jumps out at me so not sure if I'll come back.

Conveniently near downtown Fullerton and St Jude, this is a cute brunch spot. To go inside, you enter through a red gate. The space is beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing. It seems to be European inspired decor. The walls are covered in a type of ivy wallpaper and has some modern touches. Very bright and clean. There is limited seating;It's a rectangular shape area with tables of two or four. There was also some bar seating and patio seating. It was no terrible busy at around 12 on a Friday. There were a few customers inside and out having a meal. I chose to eat outside. The tables have a QR code for the menu and for ordering. Menu is easy to order and has pictures, although some food options did not have descriptions. I noticed the site can be a little slow though. Prices were reasonably priced, about mid range and had a variety of choices. They also had many options for coffee, with some being unique. I got the breakfast burrito and honey oat latte. My friend got the classic breakfast with an Americano. My food did not take too long to be ready and the server bought it out. The breakfast burrito was good, just what I expected. You can mod the burrito any way you want. I added avocado to it. The honey oat was good too, I could taste the flavor. They add a design to the hot coffee. It happened to start raining and the umbrellas happened to cover us well. This place is known for their breakfast potatoes, it is very good. They had creme fraise on the menu. I ordered it because I was curious but it is just sour creme. Server would come at the very beginning of our meal to attend to us but stopped checking in altogether. Came here with a group of friends to catch up before the year ended and it was the perfect spot!! The staff was accommodating and moved a few tables for us to sit together. I ordered the chicken and waffles benedict and a latte and they were both delicious!! Will definitely come back read more

Extremely dissatisfied. We ordered two full entrees and requested two stamps on the loyalty card. The staff refused and would only give one stamp. When asked, they could not point to any written policy anywhere that explains this limitation. No signage. No fine print. Nothing. So this wasn't about policy, it was about making up rules on the spot. That's frustrating and feels dishonest. If a business runs a loyalty program, the rules should be clear and consistent, not arbitrarily enforced depending on who's working or how they feel that day. It's not about the stamp value. It's about the principle and the poor customer experience. Being rigid and dismissive over something so small after customers spend real money guarantees one thing, we won't be back. read more

Eggspresso is truly a hidden gem! Parking was a little tricky to find, but once inside, the ambience made up for its cozy, modern, and very inviting. They have a wide variety of menu options, and everything I tried was delicious. I ordered the pork belly rice bowl, a burrito, and the dirty potatoes on the side. The food came out quickly, fresh, and flavorful. One of the things I really loved was their online ordering system! You just sit at your table, scan the QR code, and place your order without having to go to the register. Super convenient! They also offer plenty of great drink choices, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was such a pleasant visit, great food, smooth service, and an amazing atmosphere. Cute place but the food was just okay for being so pricy. I had the breakfast banger that was good but incredibly messy and the patty tasted like an old, dry microwaved frozen one. I always like to try new places while catching up with a friend, but this one left nothing to come back for. read more
A great brunch spot in Fullerton, even though it's a bit hidden. I've been here a few times before and my most recent visit was on par with the other times. There usually isn't a wait to order and if there is, it goes by fast. I usually get an iced matcha latte w/ almond milk and the breakfast banger. It's a bit on the pricier side of brunch places. I thought that my banger was a bit dry this time around but it was still good. The matcha is always good, too! It's cool seeing the baristas make the drinks inside (and it's also cute inside if you manage to grab a table). I wish the parking situation wasn't a lot--I had to run in and get my parking validated because I forgot or else you have to pay, so keep that in mind! read more
Okay their pork belly belly bowl might be the best thing I've ever had for breakfast. The pork was super crispy and flavorful. The pesto rice was fluffy, and the pickled onion and avocado added a nice hint of freshness. The sunny side up egg was also cooked to perfection! My friend said her chicken sandwich was really good as well. I got a strawberry matcha - it wasn't the best quality matcha but it wasn't horrible either. A bit too watered down for my taste, it tasted like strawberry milk more than anything. We chose to eat outside, we scanned the QR code on the table, placed our order, and they brought it out within 15 minutes or so. The server who brought out the food was so sweet, he even offered to bring out an egg and water for my puppy! Their menu looked really good- there were quite a few other things I would like to go back and try. I didn't know there was any free parking around the area and only saw the paid parking. First time trying Eggspresso and it's located in this tiny cute plaza. The parking can be tricky because it is small and you do have to pay for parking. The order: I got the salmon egg florentine which came with a side of arugula salad and some hollandaise sauce. Great presentation on the food. It was very filling and the egg was nice and yolky. The salmon was not too thick. I was satiated! I also ordered the green chicken salad and that was appetizing and fresh. They give a good portion of chicken with the salad and a halved boil egg. My husband was full and enjoyed it. I wanted something to drink, so I got the Strawberry Matcha Latte and I loved it. Good matcha flavor and not too sweet. It has your muddled strawberry in the bottom. Really good drink and would recommend anyone to try it. Got my daughter a strawberry lemonade which was quite refreshing. Overall the food was egg-cellent lol and the service was great. The staff were young and very friendly. They were attentive to our needs. The only downside is, if it gets busy, which I imagine they are busy most times, it does take awhile for the food to get out. We waited about 25-30 mins for our order. Great bunch place to go to if you're in the area. There are plenty of outdoor seatings if there is none inside. read more

great brunch spot to add to your list! Mr.Eggspresso- a lil breakfast sandwich with brioche bun, scrambled egg, turkey, pesto, cheese, pesto & mayo. this was delicious! i really liked this, it's a solid breakfast sandwich and so flavorful! i really like their pesto and the bread. Lemon Creampancake- so yummy!!! tastes like a lemon cake, ofc bc it's a pancake. but it was really good! it wasn't too sweet at all, but had the perfect sweet lemon taste. def a must try! Lychee Coconut Matcha- a seasonal drink, and so unique! a very refreshing drink. the lychee taste overpowers the coconut and matcha, but you can still taste all the flavors subtly. pretty good! Butterscotch Latte- espresso with butterscotch foam on top. this was pretty good too! it was a solid latte, and the butterscotch foam wasn't too sweet or overpowering, which i appreciated Poached Eggs- we got it as our side for some extra protein. these were good but just classic eggs yk their ambiance is very nice! they have a good amount of seating inside, along with an outdoor patio area with more seating. there is a lot you have to get a ticket for and park in. they validate 2 hours of parking tho! so don't be scared by the prices haha i would recommend!! everything was delicious it's a solid brunch spot and they have a pretty big variety of items to try! for the food and ambiance and everything i'd give it 5 stars, but the drinks could've been better, though still really good and enjoyable-i'm just being picky read more

Delicious! The matcha was a little more milk than matcha, but for me personally I still enjoyed it. My sandwich was so flavorful, soft, and buttery. My bf got the chicken and waffles and loved it too. The chicken tastes homemade and packed with flavor. read more

I had been wanting to try this place for a while and decided to give it a try today. First appearance it's a cute brunch place by St Jude's with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Staff is friendly and you do get 2 hours of parking validated. The menu has a fun spread and I decided to try the salmon egg Florentine and the peach lemonade. The egg florentine was tasty, however I came across an egg shell. I tried another bite and more egg shell, so I asked for egg replacements and was given sunny side up eggs. TBH I don't think I would order anything with eggs in it again from here given this experience. It's a pet peeve to have shells in eggs. I will add the peach lemonade was super refreshing and really hit the spot. My friend had the chicken and waffles and said it's her usual and one of her favorite things to get. So maybe next time I have to try this? All in all it was an ok dining experience. read more

TDLR; great environment and great service for brunch. Food and drinks a bit lacking in flavor. FOOD: Avocado Toast [8/10]: The avocado tasted fresh and a bit zesty. The crust of the bread was a bit too hard for me. I enjoyed how the egg was boiled to the perfect yolk texture Pork Belly Rice Bowl [6/10]: The bowl tasted very healthy--came with brown rice and even though it was pork belly, the pork didn't taste too fatty. I will say that it was a bit lacking in flavor...not sure if they're trying to keep it healthy, but I would've preferred a bit more seasoning in dish overall. Portabello Fries [7/10]: I enjoyed the texture of these fries-- crispy and chewy at the same time. the pesto sauce tasted really good with it. The fries would have probably tasted slightly better with some seasoning in the batter. DRINKS: Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte [5.5/10]: I think the matcha flavor wasn't strong enough.. it tasted kinda like culinary grade matcha. The strawberry puree tasted fresh and there were lots of strawberry chunks. I would say I tasted the milk a lot more than the matcha and strawberry "The Forest" - iced lavender matcha latte (w/ cream top) [5/10]: The lavender flavor overpowered the matcha. I couldn't taste the matcha at all and the lavender scent was super strong almost like a lavender hand soap. The cream top was a bit clumpy and tasted like sugar. SERVICE: You order first and then sit down to eat. The food came out pretty fast and the workers were very nice. AMBIANCE: There are lots of tables inside and outside. The chicken was so tender and the sauce that it comes with was tasty! The waffles were nice and toasty while remaining soft and warm inside, topped with the maple syrup made it even better! Altogether, it was a nice choice and would definitely order again! Last but not least, it came with poached eggs and that was the cherry on top! My wife had the "Green Goddess Salad" which comes with chicken breast as protein along with so many healthy items! She really enjoyed it and this item also came with a hardboiled egg. We also tried the "Portobello Fries" which are portobello mushrooms fried with a sauce on the side and I got to say that this was delicious! **Service - Service in a nutshell - AWESOME! We were helped and also served by one of the managers there, Justin. He went above and beyond and was always a step ahead of us! **Ambiance - The place is really simple, which I personally like! Not too much going on which helps maintain the look of simplicity, very clean place! **Other: The parking can be a bit tricky, they have a lot of paid parking spots but if you are lucky, you can find some street parking! So EGG-cited to try @eggspresso.oc , and it definitely didn't disappoint! They specialize in brunch dishes that are artfully crafted from fresh ingredients for a unique Californian flair. In addition to traditional brunch dishes, their menu also features French and Asian-inspired dishes, such as their kimchi fried rice and croque Madame. They're also known for their high quality coffee roasts, but I also enjoyed their smoothie and matcha drinks, and would highly recommend ordering any of them! If you're in the OC area, definitely make sure to check out this spot for a well-rounded and well-executed brunch menu, and super sweet service! Been wanting to try this place for a while now since I saw it on Instagram. For everything pictured, we paid $60 (a bit pricey). Great thing is that you're able to get parking validated (free for 2 hours)! The place is a bit small, but you seat yourself and order via QR code. The food came fast! Strawberry matcha latte - The matcha flavor isn't very strong, but I do appreciate that the strawberries weren't sour/tart. It was okay, but nothing special. Portobello fries - Not a lot of flavors on the actual fries, but the green sauce it came with tasted good. It also tasted good with the hollandaise sauce that came with the chicken and waffles. Chicken and waffles Benedict - Probably the best thing here. I thought the chicken was seasoned really well, but the waffle were very soft and not crispy. Eggs were just alright. Pork belly bowl - I personally thought the pork belly was fried too crispy for my liking. I found it to be hard to eat/chew. There wasn't a lot to pair with how much rice they give. I didn't think it had much flavor either. I wasn't a fan of the green sauce the rice came mixed in with, I thought it only tasted like spice and nothing else? Overall, I'm glad we were able to try it, but might not be back. Not sure if this is due to what we ordered or the fact we came close to closing. read more

Had a really nice brunch here definitely a place I'd come back to. Every dish felt thoughtfully made and the flavors were balanced. The breakfast burrito was packed but not greasy, and everything worked well together. The sauce on the side complemented it nicely. The fried rice with a perfectly cooked egg was simple but really satisfying. The smoked salmon open sandwich was fresh and tender, and the bread paired perfectly. The side salad was refreshing, and even the potato side was spot on crispy outside, fluffy inside. Coffee was smooth and went well with the food. Overall, good quality for the price, nice portions, and a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a spot I'd revisit. read more

Second time eating here, and once again didn't disappoint. We ordered the lemon pancakes and the chicken sandwich. One of the best pancakes I have had in some time. They serve it with a dollop of lemon Chantilly and it was just exquisite. No need for syrup, for the chantilly if sweet. Lemon flavor is not overpowering. I hate both pancakes, I ordered the short stack. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his chicken sandwich. Served with Texas style toast, a little difficult to bite into the sandwich but lots of flavor in every bite. There are so many drink choices and they even have some cocktails. Next time, we will definitely try their drinks. FYi: parking can be tricky for it's a very dense office area, you need a ticket to get into their lot and also need to get it validated. read more

This place was pretty tasty!!! I was kinda overwhelmed with parking because I thought it was paid but the restaurant validates your parking which is good! The food itself was pretty standard. The pork belly was very crispy and so was the chicken as well. The eggs were also very yummy and I love my yolks runny. There isn't much service other than them handing you the food since you order through QR code and sit at any table. But my little interactions I had with the workers was actually very nice!! When my friend dropped his utensils they were quick to notice and hand him another one. The inside is also cute. There is also outside seating as well. The only downside to this place is that it is a little pricey but the food is great regardless. read more

This place is perfect for catching up with friends over brunch on a weekday morning! My favorite menu item is the pork bowl. The drinks are great too--I had the strawberry matcha and the tiramisu coffee this time, and the tiramisu coffee was so good, I still think about it. The staff were super friendly as well. I actually lost my parking ticket, but they were really helpful and helped me out. If you're in Fullerton and looking for a spot to hang out with a friend in the morning or to enjoy brunch and coffee, I highly recommend Eggspresso. These limited time only breakfast tacos were so good! The portions were HUGE! The pork belly one was my favorite. I also upgraded my side to the portobello mushroom fries and those I just can't NOT get anytime I stop in for food. We were on the way to Buena Park and decided to visit for brunch. Ordering was quite easy, which customers seat themselves and they order through the QR code on the table. For parking, they have their own designated parking area shared with other shops and you can have it validated for 2hr free parking. After we ordered, it did take a long while for our drinks to be even ready. They didn't seem too crazy busy as well, so it seemed like their service was just slow. Finally our drinks came out, which I guess you had to pick it up yourself even if you dined in? We went ahead to get them. Luckily it didn't take too for our food to arrive. Majority of the table got to order chicken and waffles, and I tried the salmon eggs florentine. Starting off with the salmon eggs florentine, first few bites I thought it was pretty good, but I felt that there was something missing that could have elevated it to be better. The salmon could have been more smoky as well. The biscuit also wasn't all that fresh. I tried the chicken from the chicken and waffles next, and the chicken was pretty good actually. It was definitely very crispy and meaty. The waffles however, were quite dense and heavy. I heard the portobello fries were the favorite of the table. Coffee drinks here were also okay, which I tried the Spanish Latte here and the cinnamon was very subtle. Overall, it's a nice and cute brunch spot. Food presentation is there, but it was just alright. Food is not mind blowing good, but if you were around the area and it's convenient, then it's a decent choice for brunch. read more

Cute little breakfast/brunch spot in Fullerton! Stayed in the area for Disneyland and wanted a cute place with a fulfilling yummy brunch after a busy weekend. Stumbled upon Eggspresso when scrolling on Yelp. Glad I did! It's a really cute spot with a good amount of seating in a quaint area. They have their own private lot for parking where you do have to grab a ticket. But dont worry, the restaurant validates your parking for you! Lots of spaces for their customers and other shops in the plaza. Items pictured + quick ratings: -Strawberry Matcha 8/10 -Regular Matcha 9/10 -Pork Belly Bowl 8.5/10 -Chicken and Waffles 8/10 -Mrs. Eggspresso 9/10 -Breakfast Banger 9/10 Food was really great overall. Flavors were definitely prominent and popping with every bite. Our only critiques is that the side could be a bit more than just the arugala salad esp with the price of some of the entrees. This establishment has horrible customer service. As my friend and I were ordering, an asian man kept scoffing, as if it were a problem handling our order. My friend ordered a breakfast burrito and I ordered the Mrs. Eggs presto with no pickles, light slaw, and added bacon jam. The man who brought our food spoke with a very faint voice and side-eyed us. I had pickles in my sandwich, and no slaw. My friend and I are darker Asians so is that the case on why the disrespected us? Shame on this establishment. read more

I believe it's $5.25, and you can order by the dozens, but you should call them a day or two prior to when you need them. Hope that helps.
