Was excited to come here after seeing the promo on instagram for free coffee for nurses. The one included was the Biscoff coffee, flavor was pretty good, kinda on the basic side. Nothing too out of the ordinary. Service was pretty quick considering they had the promo going on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is nice and spacious, but seating can be limited.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking is pretty limited as well
I have not been in the area or at this coffee shop. I had to visit someone in a facility nearby but first coffee. Had to quickly find something and this shop came up. Parking van me limiting. I did the 10mins in front but I didn't see much around unless you pay. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Walked in and it was pretty big shop with such cute soft seatings along the windows of the shop. Then there's a long communal table with additional tables and chairs in the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Took me a minute to review the menu and decide. No rush at all and the cashier was a nice young lady who recommended and made my order. The drink was good and I also ordered a hot tea to go and enjoyed that for later. Overall, a good quick visit with good flavored lattes and tea plus food ( if you want to order) when you're here.
This sits in some sort of medical building, but I was just doing a quick stop and found 10 min parking right out front. And some fancy looking roasting machine. When I saw they had homemade syrups I was really excited. Order an iced latte with almond milk and vanilla cream top. Delicious! Also a croissant sandwich with soft boiled egg. Soooo good. The woman at the counter was so kind and friendly. The outside was so unassuming but inside they have superb coffee, clearly freshly roasted, and I know it's gonna be good when they have syrups made in house. The fresh delicious warm lightly toasted croissant was a bonus. Will definitely add this to my list of must go whenever I drive by. The pic I took was an afterthought because I was not expecting to be so blown away that I was compelled to leave a review mid sandwich

A male employee allowed us inside, but shortly after, a female employee stated they were not open yet, even though we were already inside waiting. From the start, the female employee had a poor attitude and was rude and unwelcoming to both the other customer and myself. She wasn't the rudest person on earth, but her demeanor was not suitable for customer service. I was polite and respectful the entire time. When I asked questions about the menu and explained that I usually order iced espresso, black iced coffee, or cold brew and wanted to try a flavored drink made less sweet, she cut me off and said no without offering alternatives. Because of this, I ordered a plain cold brew. Toward the end of my visit, it seemed like she tried to lighten up a bit, but overall her attitude needs improvement. The male employee, however, provided great customer service. He was friendly, welcoming, and communicated clearly, including letting me know that the oven was still warming up, so my bagel would take longer to make. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The breakfast bagel was mediocre, included boiled eggs not shown online, and I paid extra for turkey only to receive about half a slice. I waited roughly 17 minutes for an $8 bagel that wasn't worth it. Overall, one employee was great while the other needs serious improvement. The shop opens at 7:00 a.m., yet the staff seemed unprepared. Parking is available but limited due to nearby medical offices. Nothing stood out as special, and based on this experience, I would not return.
It's been a while, so here's an update on Coffee Up Roastery. The café is usually staffed by two baristas, and during peak hours the wait can be up to 10 minutes. That said, the coffee is delicious and well-balanced, not overly bitter. The ambience is warm and welcoming, with a cozy corner dedicated to merchandise. They now offer free 30 minute parking (validation code) and new menu item now includes Banana Crème coffee.
Cute shop, I found it comfortable and relaxing. UNFORTUNATELY , the location is inconvenient for parking reasons. I had to circle around the parking areas twice and I ended up parking in spot I hoped to not get towed. I tried the Biscoff Latte. While it was not bad, I didn't have much of a Biscoff taste. I'd order something else next time. Though my dog approves of it.

An actual local gem. Seating: 10/10. Quiet, spacious, really clean! Food: 10/10. I ordered the monte cristo sandwich with kale salad. Each was individually SO good. Monte cristo had a hint of sweetness which was super yum and the kale salad- i wish i got more. The bagel- my boyfriend loved and demolished. Drink: 11/10. (Not pictured) Best strawberry banana smoothie I've tried in a while and the size was also v large. Amazing.

I've visited this area a few times and noticed that several cafes have come and gone in this location, so I was curious to check this one out. The interior is nicely decorated with plenty of seating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There's also a small gift area with toys and trinkets for sale, and even a printer available for customer use -- a thoughtful touch. The server was very kind and friendly, though the service itself was a bit slow. I placed my order before a few other groups, but they received their food and drinks before mine. I tried the strawberry matcha latte, which unfortunately wasn't my favorite -- the strawberry flavor was overpowering, and I could barely taste the matcha. One nice perk is they offer a 3% discount if you pay with cash.
This is the PERFECT place to work! They have food as well as drinks and everything is very affordable. I had a strawberry matcha latte ($5), kale avocado salad ($9) and acai bowl ($10). The kale avocado salad is a good size. It has candied nuts and dry fruit with kale as the salad base. The salad dressing is so good that I gobbled up the whole thing, forgetting to take a photo. My husband and son loved the pesto grilled cheese sandwich. Workers were friendly and welcoming. There are a couple good-sized tables with outlets easily accessible. The background music is light piano music so it's perfect for work calls. There is even a printer there. Wish we lived closer!
Came here on Sunday morning for early hangout with couple of friends. We were a bit skeptical because this is our first time going to coffee shop to hang out where it's located in a medical plaza. Parking is challenging because there's a lot of signs and I don't wanna get my car towed early in the morning. We finally got a parking, not too far from the coffee shop, but there was no sign and all so that's why. I got pesto grilled cheese, and Hawaiian latte. You can taste the macadamia nut and the Hawaiian latte but I think pesto grilled cheese is just an OK. The staff are very friendly and they're already open right early in the morning.

I visited this café recently, but unfortunately the customer service was not very good. While I was taking a moment to read the menu before ordering, a female staff member wearing a hat kept asking if I was ready to order. When I told her I wasn't ready yet, she walked away, and another male staff member came over, but he did not come across as friendly either. The drinks were prepared quickly, which I appreciated. However, the floor was very dirty (even though there were not many customers in the coffee shop, the workers did not care about sanitation), and I also noticed that drinks were served directly to the tables only for certain customers, which felt inconsistent and unfair. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the service and cleanliness. read more

I ordered the matcha creme and matcha creme with oat milk. Both drinks were just okay. Didn't taste much like matcha and was oddly thick. Vibe of the shop is different, there was plenty of seating, parking is hard to find and you can buy marked up labubus, chips and ramen. Customer service was lacking. When we arrived the cashier was taking someone's order, saw us but didn't say hi or be right with you, just turned his back and went to make drinks. I had higher expectation based on other reviews. read more

When it comes to coffee I prefer mine hot as well as lattes. I wanted to order the biscoff latte hot but they don't serve it hot here. I've been to so many coffee shops and I've always had the choice of hot or cold with biscoff or cookie butter lattes, so I was a bit disappointed in that. I went with the Mayan. That was a good latte. It was a very busy coffee shop and only two employees were working so had to order thru the tablet. The place was clean and it was a popping coffee shop! I took my drink to go but there's plenty of space around. read more

The coffee here is their own roasting and it is quite delicious as a flat white. This morning I ordered breakfast croissant. 1 soft egg, spring mix and cheese on the flakiest croissant I've had in a long time. Super fast service too, friendly staff. read more

Tried this spot for the first time and really enjoyed it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience was great[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and my turkey avocado club was fresh and flavorful. The Biscoff iced latte was a win too. The only downside was the parking , you have to use the structure and pay. It was $3.99 for about an hour, which isn't terrible, but I wasn't expecting it. I used to LOVE Coffee Up Roastery. The Biscoff was my favorite and I haven't been in awhile. I went today and the Asian girl with long lashes, makeup, and eye brow piercing was very rude. The Biscoff itself became more expensive but they actually made it smaller than it used to be! The drink was smaller and there was no biscoff cookie like I used to get. It was the small things that made this place amazing and it's just gone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lastly, it was very hot in there, maybe their AC is broken but it is not a good place to study.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm sad to say Coffee Up Roastery went down hill because I used to love it. read more

This is a modern cafe is near St Jude, with heath providers and related businesses nearby. The building has a fertility sign on it and a small sign of coffee up under it. The cafe is huge, with plenty of tables and chairs for working. They had Christmas decor. This cafe is definitely meant for social groups, with board games and books on hen shelves. I waited in line for a while and it turned out the electronic register had gone down. According to my friend, this never happens.we had to pay for our drinks using cash and Zelle. The employee apologized for the inconvenience. Their menu has some unique creations, like the creme up series. The cafe also offer pastries, but can sell out by afternoon. They also have a seasonal autumn menu. They My friend got the strawberry mojito, which to her, is sprite and strawberry syrup. Website lists it as soda water, lime, and mint. I got the strawberry creme, which is basically strawberry milk. It tasted like my childhoods; strawberry nesquik. The two baristas were nice. Our drinks were prepared quickly. Cafe was filled with a couple people working and not busy. Very pleasant experience. read more

This is my favorite coffee shop! The coffee is always excellent, Refreshing drinks, my son's favorite Oreo smoothie. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy coming here, whether it's to relax, get some work done, or meet friends. Highly recommend! read more
I had ordered from the Coffee Up Chino location for a treat for some of the instructors at a program my daughter was finishing up as a thank you. They were all very impressed and said the food was amazing. So when I had an appointment in OC I decided to try their Fullerton location. I got the Spanish Latte and a spicy chicken avocado sandwich. Both were amazing and the side salad with my sandwich was tasty too. Very nice staff as well. I waited a few minutes for my food to be done and they gave me my coffee to enjoy in the meantime. I also got a pumpkin streusel muffin and banana nut muffin for home later and those were also quickly enjoyed. Delicious!! read more

Came here on a Saturday and had The Hawaiian, The Mayan, and Strawberry Matcha along with some food. To start I absolutely loved the lattes!! Perfect taste, not too sweet, and creamy. This is my new coffee fav shop. The Hawaiian was the perfect ratio of macadamia and coconut. For food we had a pesto grilled cheese, club sandwich, and a chicken Caesar salad. All was very delicious! The cafe gave off study vibes, it was nice and quiet! read more
Was in the area and needed that coffee pick me up so came here to try their coffee. The place was a large space and I had to ask where parking was available since street parking was very limited, but the staff said the 10 minute spots in front are fine for extended stay since they don't have a dedicated lot. The biscoff coffee was like driving a butterscotch cookie with coffee! I liked it and gives me a slight sugar rush as well as a coffee buzz. read more

i ordered the mango matcha on doordash. i was interested bc the description made it sound delicious. i was shocked when it arrived. the color of the drink is a murky green, meaning their matcha is probably oxidized. it tasted and looked watered down. there was barely any milk in the drink. not to mention the huge chunk of mango floating.. read more
