I opted for a plain crepe, while my husband ordered the classic version topped with fresh strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream. Unfortunately, both the presentation and the flavors were very basic. The crepes themselves were a bit thicker than the delicate, very thin style I'm accustomed to from other restaurants, and the taste was quite bland--even with my husband's toppings. We also tried the ham and cheese croissant, but like the crepes, it was fairly standard and didn't really stand out. It's a small spot that was run by just two people at the time of our visit, which worked out well enough. One person was cooking while the other served. You place your order yourself at the kiosk, they prepare and bring it out to you. Absolutely loved this place! I was in the area with a friend and wanted to grab a bite of food before a night out and came here. Hands down the best savory crepes I've had in a while. We tried both the Dubai crepe and the chicken Florentine crepe, and everything was made fresh and loaded with delicious toppings. The Dubai crepe was incredible. My savory crepe was the Parisian. Filled with ham, melty Brie, and a mild Dijon mustard, it was warm, and rich, and delicious! I chose the Dubai Classic crepe for dessert. Worth the drive to Fullerton! I absolutely LOVED Fraise Cafe and the owners and staff. I got both sweet and savory options and two drinks. Mini pancakes were cooked well too and a pretty good amount and had toppings and also the dark chocolate drizzle. Anything will get you full and VERY satisfied. For drinks, I got dirty chai latte and their strawberry refresher. Strawberry refresher lemonade was good but my favorite was their chai. Theirs is the best dirty chai I've ever had. It was so good and they make their own chai. Honestly most of the things here, they make themselves--chai, chocolate, BATTER,--and you can really tell from how good the quality and taste is. The owners were so nice too. This is family owned, and they're originally from Syria and Latvia but have been in the US for a long time now. We went to Fraise Cafe for dinner the other night. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot that they are located in. The restaurant is small but charming with lots of seating inside. Service is super friendly and very helpful. We decided upon getting a strawberry and basil lemonade and a peach paradise to drink. Both were cool and refreshing. We got a Norwegian crepe which was smoked salmon, spring mix, onions, capers and dill-chive sauce. The crepe is HUGE! The portion size was totally worth it. The crepe is so pillowy soft and delicious. The perfect vehicle for the ingredients. We also got a pizza crepe. Another large crepe filled with mozzarella, pepperoni, onions, olives and marinara sauce. The crepecwas also soft and dough. This is how i want all of my pizza to be from now on. For dessert we got a Dubai style crepe filled with bananas and strawberries. It was topped with pistachio cream and chocolate sauce with some fresh whipped cream on the side.
