Food was not good and our waitress was super rude to me and my mom and kept rolling her eyes everytime we asked for something .She was rolling her eyes at my 8 month old baby for making sounds . Man, everything online looked pretty and delicious. When we ordered the food it looked good,too. But man... no seasoning at all. Not even a little salt or pepper. Atleast some of that please. The side of fruit I got was the best part. I got the ranch chicken melt and a breakfast burrito. luckily it was edible. But it was a struggle to finish. Maybe they forgot how to put seasoning? The family and I decided to get out for brunch for the first time in a long time, and decided to try a place we haven't been. Eggsquisite sounded interesting, had some great looking photos from other Yelpers and offered multiple Gluten Free options, which appeals to my daughter. We arrived after noon, thinking it may not be as crowded as the peak Sunday brunch. We were seated immediately, but it was crowded - and quite loud! Not only is the noise from all the other tables carrying across the restaurant, but the sounds of plates and pans coming from the kitchen is also very clear. A little sound-dampening would definitely be nice! Beyond that, we enjoyed everything about our meal. The service was friendly and fast. The food was flavorful and in good portion, and the entire restaurant is well lit and clean. I ordered the Southern Benny, because it's a favorite of mine at another Breakfast/Brunch spot. This one definitely gives it a run! While it might have a little (just a little) less flavor, it feels lighter and healthier (if that's possible for Fried Chicken over a Biscuit, covered with Gravy, and 2 Poached Eggs). However they do it, it didn't leave me feeling like I needed a nap the way it's competitor does. The Chicken was tender and the Breading light but crispy. The Gravy was good and Poached Eggs were perfectly fluffy while runny when you slice through them. The rest of the family enjoyed their food as well, and we will all definitely return. This breakfast spot is was a great find on our trip to the DFW area. We stopped around 9:30 on a Friday morning when it was moderately busy but there was no waiting. My husband had the Santa Fe Skillet (chorizo, eggs, hash browns, cheese) with a side of grits and I had the Bacado Omelet (bacon, avocado, spinach, tomatoes, Swiss) with sides of hash browns and grits. These dishes were both delicious and the grits were super creamy and some of the best in terms of texture and taste that we've had. Coffee was good and the service was OUTSTANDING! They were attentive. Our order was taken promptly and our coffee cups and water glasses were kept full. We would highly recommend stopping here for breakfast. read more

It's a clean restaurant with decent food. That being said the service is horrible. It's not busy and several servers are here for the rush in about an hour. No excuse for poor service. The servers are not friendly at all, they pour the coffee and barely look at you. Would eat here again for the food but if I want friendly servers I'll eat somewhere else. read more

Service was fast! My son lived the mickey mouse pancake but his bacon wasnt crispy so he didnt eat it. I loved my eggs Benedict except one of the eggs was cooked fully thru and not runny like it's supposed to be. The crab cakes were very good and the hollandaise sauce was perfect. Our server with short red curly hair was very nice, knowledgeable and provided us several recommendations that we ended up going with and everything was very very good.
