I review restaurants with my OAT method: O= Overall experience - My fiancé and I rode our bikes here from the place we were staying, so for us it was convenient getting there! Unfortunately, they didn't have a spot to lock up our bikes so we walked over to the Starbucks nextdoor to lock them. We went mid-week early in the morning and had no issues getting a table. The service was wonderful and our host was very kind and attentive! I wish I caught her name! A= Appearance - This place serves food like a mom and pop diner, but without the diner feel/vibe. The restaurant has a modern clean design. T= Taste - Lately I have been on a hot cocoa kick, so considering it was vacation and cold out I got one! And I'm glad I did! I liked how they did a special touch of chocolate drizzle on the whipped cream. I was having a crisis on what to order because everything sounded so good but luckily a customer next to me heard and recommended the croissant breakfast sandwich. I normally wouldn't have ordered that, but hey I was open! It paid off, it was a buttery croissant with an over medium egg (it said over hard... but in fact I was glad it was over medium because I like my yolk runny). My fiancé got the southern skillet and also enjoyed his meal. He said it was lots of food and had leftovers! Funny enough we were able to travel back with our leftovers because they gave us a bag, very nice of them!

Family lunch after church and in the mood for Brunch, a friend recommended we try Eggtown. We agreed and headed up US 19. Our group of four arrived and were greeted right away. It was such a nice day, sunny but not too hot, we decided to sit at the Patio. Menus were brought along with waters and one coffee. We usually try to order different dishes and share meals to taste multiple items. That is unless my wife has something really great, then has to be pressured to share!! We decided on the Huevos Rancheros (me), Spicy Chorizo Skillet and BLT Avocado Omelette. Our food came in good time, allowing us a bit to talk and enjoy the sunshine, without the usual Florida thunderstorms. We dug in and shared. My Huevos Rancheros was great, with a little heat, although I would have preferred more heat. The Spicy Chorizo Skillet was also great, just not much heat, better for the "girls." The BLT Avocado Omelette was really good, loaded with flavor. All were good but of course mine was the best! Great service, wonderful atmosphere and excellent food. If you prefer a brunch instead of lunch, you should check it out.

I foresaw my return to this place a week ago. I must say, I'm glad it came true because this place is actually alright. So this time I decided to try their fresh-squeezed orange juice, which was vastly superior to the lemonade. I know that's an apples-to-orange comparison (no pun intended) but still, I am glad I went with my crowd on this one. Now, I decided to try their Triple 222 and it was a far more appetizing meal than the chicken and waffles I had last time. The eggs were alright, but the bacon and sausage were absolutely superb; I said nay to the potatoes due to my disdain for onions, and I decided to go for their grits as a substitute, which was alright as well! Only problem area was the pancakes...They looked flat and a bit burnt, and again, the bottle they serve syrup in was a pain to work with...But hey, 3 out of 4 isn't bad. In spite of all my criticisms, this is a decent place to come to! It seems the eggs are ok, and the only problem area is their dough products.

We called ahead to see if there was a wait and we were able to easily get a table when we arrived. The service was speedy until the end when we had to get the bill. The food was flavorful but slightly overcooked. Tons of Benedict and Mexican breakfast options (my personal favorite) among many other breakfast staples.

I met a friend for breakfast at EggTown. I admit I was expecting some boring breakfast food. Actually I found my Cali omelette to be above normal. The egg portion was extra fluffy, which I like. Inside was a tasty combo of tomatoes, avocado, mushrooms, & cheddar. These combined to make a delicious filling. The potatoes that accompanied the omelette were a bit too salty for me. And the biscuit was a typical biscuit. Nothing special there. The restaurant was clean & the waitress was good.

Ate here the other day while stopping at trader joe's and it's now gonna be apart of our biweekly shopping trips! When i saw the power omelette on their online menu I thought "mom would love this" and she did. I got the blt omelette which was just as amazing. Their portions are huge and the omelettes come with home fries and a biscuit. They also had a few coffee options like caramel macchiato but i went with the oreo coffee and was not disappointed, it was delicious! It's pretty inside with good natural lighting and has an outside eating area. I loved the plant wall in the back. Staff is super friendly and quick to bring what we needed and checked up on us with good casual chats. If you haven't been here once and you love eggs.. i mean it's in the name!

Not bad for a chain. Although they could use better ventilation because it seems a little smoky from the kitchen and permeates throughout the small restaurant. Cute decor. VERY friendly wait staff. Food is average. Would definitely give them another try.

Large breakfast menu selection , all food was delicious , staff was great , a little upscale in pricing but you for sure get what you pay for ! We can't wait to try the rest of the menu !

    New York Cheesecake

I absolutely loved the food and the service here! The food came warm and seemed fresh. Service was pretty fast, no complaints. I recommend the dinner entrees, I got the ribeye steak with a side of mashed potatoes and it was AMAZING! Also the New York cheesecake was heavenly!

    Country fried steak

Service was great, food was hot and delicious. Service was much quicker than our prior visit, a nice improvement. One thing to note, this place charges you an extra 3% if you pay by credit card. That's rather off putting.

    Country Fried Steak

I'm just going to say this. Do NOT get the chicken fried steak. It felt like an amalgamation of 18 different cows with a glimpse of horse perhaps. The service was good so that earns them the second star. Please please do better, thanks.

EggTown Benedict, Oreo pancake, huevo rancheros, oreo mocha iced coffee

Stopped here by chance on our way home from an event for breakfast one Saturday morning and were very happy we did. Excellent menu choices, tasty food, and unique options. Service and environment was great. Will come back if ever in the area.

Chicken Empanada, 4.5/5: Really good! The chicken was juicy, well seasoned, and flavorful. It's not greasy! I'm not sure if the empanadas are baked or fried, but either way, would get again. They also have a bunch of different flavors to choose from. Spinach Empanada, 3.5/5: The spinach was good, but this one just wasn't for me. I don't like feta. Still worth trying though Almond Croissant, 4/5: I don't even like croissants that much, and I still thought this was good. The almond filling was rich, flavorful, and paste like. If you love almond pastries, you'll probably really enjoy this. Not personally something I'd order again. Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte, 4/5: Very sweet, so definitely ask them to adjust the sweetness to your preference. Otherwise, it was a good drink. Super clean, pink, bubbly, and cute. It's a fun place to hang out with friends, and they even have a little area for pictures. There was only one person working when we went, and she was doing all the heavy lifting. She was doing a great job, so be patient if it gets busy!
