For the second time in a row they have tried to over charge me $30 for and oil change. For two years they have been telling me I need a new battery, which obviously I don't. I wonder if everyone that goes in the door needs a new battery. They have been telling my wife this for 1 1/2 years too. Now, to replace a cracked lens for a fog light they quoted $781. I've been a loyal customer for 30 years, but it looks like I will find another place to service my cars. I recommend you check your bill when you get it and have someone else check to see if you really need a new battery. read more

I have been a loyal Ehrlich Toyota customer for over 10 years. My family has bought 8 vehicles at this dealership. This week an employee of Ehrlich was "let go" fired, who has also been with the company for over 10 years. I showed by displeasure for the treatment of this employee during a difficult time and pointed the finger at the General Sales Manager with a high priced salary as the one who needed to be let go. I put my review and opinion of Ehrlich on their facebook page. This individual at one time tried to talk me out of buying a vehicle for my daughter as a graduation present. She made me feel like I was wasting my time rewarding my daughter with a car for graduation. The only reason my husband and I didn't walk out of there was the salesmen who was just fired this week. We continued to go back there for 6 more cares, because of this individual. From now on we will be taking our servicing business and car buying business to another dealership because of the way they have treated their employees during this difficult time. read more

I bought a 2010 Tacoma at Ehrlich's in June. Charles was my sales man and he was great. Like the other review no pressure. I had went to test drive one about a month before I bought it and Charles never called me later to pressure me (turns out he lost my number). When I bought the truck it was fairly easy. Except I have two things that I didn't like to much. Why did it have to take 45 minutes of me sitting there until I could do the final titlework? I was paying cash so there wasn't even a loan to deal with. And please Ehrlich and Toyota. Stop with the surveys while I'm there and then the several follow up mailings and calls. After having a high-pressure salesman, Charles Bradley, and purchasing a 2008 Toyota Highlander Sport, I am very disappointed in this dealership in many ways. After owning my Highlander for only 1.5 years, I needed a repair. (Yes, i know it's a used car.) The service dept. wanted $1200. just to disassemble to diagnose and add another fee to reassemble the part! The sales department seems disinterested in customer service, I had to go inside to ask for assistance after looking at vehicles outdoors for 20 minutes. My extended warranty is completely worthless. Yesterday while at the peak of Trail Ridge Rd, in Rocky Mtn. Park, suddenly the oil in my SUV decided to seriously leak out. With the in-dash warnings on, I decided to coast down to Estes Park to buy more oil. Luckily I made it to the McDonald's there where the remaining oil poured out of my engine! My last oil change was performed at Ehrlich's only 500 miles back. AAA towed my SUV to a trusted shop, King's Auto on E. Mulberry in Ft. Collins. I'm just waiting for the appraisal on this repair. Felt like fresh meat walking in until we conveyed that we were going to service. Then all the attention stopped. I get it, but come on...Your impression is lasting. Bad communication and then inflated service price. This is your prerogative, but again, advertising on Christian radio, it is something we pay attention to. We don't mind paying what something actually costs and is standard across Toyota Dealerships but we do mind being inflating past insurance for your profit (significant Ehrlich up charge of several hundred just because). We would also ask you kindly relay all costs when asked. The add-ons and up charges for you might be common sense, but they probably are not for others. When you quote a price, you expect that price or to make that clear. Otherwise, you seem shady. I ask you double down on helping people understand. This is basic customer service, unless we're just a number. If that is the case, there are so many other places we could go. Thank you for helping to close the door on that for today. I actually purchased a used Honda Ridgeline through these guys OVER THE PHONE. My credit is pretty bad and I had a trade in. There is NOTHING Matt Coyne won't do to make a client happy or at least bend over backwards trying to do so. My wife searched for three weeks finding just the right vehicle and these guys made it happen. Cannot express enough gratitude. We need to buy our daughter's cars in the next 12-18 months and it's worth the hour plus drive to go back to Ehrlich. read more

$60 for an oil change? $75 to look at why our mini vans door is having issues. The wait to drop off a car for an oil change is 20 minutes. They promise inspection of items and do not complete them. It feels like a very old school business and we should be happy they allow us to do business with them. read more

this dealership is terrible in all ways.i took my tundra in to change the transmission fluid and after i picked it up the drain bolt was rusted like it haven't been removed? so i took removed the bolt to inspect a little of the tranny fluid,and it was purple not pink like new fluid.i paid $300 for a tranny fluid change and tranny fluid looked the the same as i brought it in.wouldnt trust these guys todo a oil change. 2.)early this week we went in to inquire about a highlander or rav4.the dealership was empty because it was the day before easter.we went to see peggy and we had to wait 15-20 minutes for her to finish som other paperwork.she kept asking us to meet her manager to inspect our trade,after we told her we were selling it outright cause you get low balled on your trade in's.after arguing over another 20 minutes we just got up and walked out.we have been to this dealership 6 times when we have bought cars,we have purchased none of our cars from them,thankfully.they have lost around $100,000 of business from us.the only good i have have to say i will never step foot in this dealership again read more

I certainly didn't have a great experience with Ehrlich's! I have never seen a more low-pressure salesperson....he couldn't have cared less if he sold us a car - maybe because we weren't shopping for a brand new expensive car, just a lower-cost used one. And, the whole process took over 3 hours! Plus, I was mislead to believe that the payments for the warranty I was making would stop once the warranty expired after 12 months. Not so, I'm still making payments on the worthless warranty. I regret buying from Ehrlich's and would not go back or recommend it to anyone. read more

We went in looking for a new commuter car- talked to Chad- Chad was Great! He took the time to figure out exactly what we needed the new car for and what our budget was and pointed out vehicles that would work for us... We were interested in a particular vehicle that was listed close to our budget so we thought we might have some wiggle room- went home to talk it over and get our trade in- When we went back Chad had left due to personal reasons and a new saleperson jumped on the opportunity to sell the car to us- they checked our credit without even asking how we were planning on paying for the vehicle, saw that we would be approved for more and raised the price of the car 6 grand.... To top it off they wouldnt take no for an answer, we werent willing to pay extra for the car so they tried to push it on us and when that wouldnt work they hurried and tried to grab something else and even though they knew our budget it was still over..... They got a couple vehicles overnight for us to look at the next morning but raised the prices on them from what was listed and still would not let us talk to Chad- the only one who took the time to actually listen to what we were searching for- I would totally recommend Chad--- BUT not the dealership as a whole, they obviously dont care about their customer or their fellow employees.... I took my vehicle in at 7:30 am for 100000 mile maintenance and was given no information as to how long this would take. They called at 1:00pm to inform me that it would be ready at 4:30 or 5:00, and when I asked why it would take so long they gave me some line about having to let it sit for hours after draining the transmission, not sure why this wasn't told me in the morning. After waiting for an hour at the dealer past the due time, paid my bill and told my vehicle would be ready in a moment. After 20 more minutes I complained as to when was I going to get my vehicle. A lady in the service bay yelled at me to settle down and when I said for her to mind her own business she left and returned with a I presume manager. He then said I needed to get out and never return, which is what I wanted to do. Then in line with good customer service threatened to call the police. I would of understood had I been yelling at anyone but so much for the customer is always right. Never would I use this service department again, they didn't even vacuum the vehicle. read more

Worst car buying experience I have had. I purchased a used Nissan from Ehrlich. Two weeks and less than 400 miles after purchasing the vehicle, I found out that the front seal on the transmission was bad. My mechanic found that out in an hour. It took their mechanics two days to decide that my mechanic was right. They claim that the vehicle was fine when I purchased it, so I am on my own. This is a thousand dollar fix on a vehicle that has barely been driven. I will discourage everyone I know from going to Ehrlich. read more

I wrote a review once here for Ehrlich, and they took it down looks like. I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Here is my story. I bought a used car from them, and the buying experience was great, however, it is what comes after that makes me hate the dealership. I took my car in for an oil change, and waited three hours after I had specifically asked for a ride back to work. They had no clue where their driving service even was. Strike one. Then, I get my car back, and they couldn't even reset the oil counter! Who works here that doesn't know how to do that? Then, I come back (because I have my warranty through them) and ask for them to look at my tire pressure sensors. They say they can't even diagnose the car, or fix it because it was not a Toyota. REALLY??? Well it wasn't that big of a deal to me, so I let it go for now. Then, my A/C goes out, and as I find out as it gets colder, so does my heat. So I take it to a different dealership to diagnose, but they cannot fix it due to the warranty rules. Ok, this is getting insane, and I had never used the warranty, so I go talk to the finance dept., who was great. They were furious that I was ever told they couldn't service my car, and gave me a rental, took my car to fix it. This is where it gets interesting. The next day, I get a call from a manager who is supposed to be overseeing everything on my car. She has no record of me having a warranty she tells me...REALLY?? After sorting that out, I then get two different price quotes from her with $100 difference ON THE SAME REPAIRS, and she refuses to listen to me when I tell them my tire pressure sensors have not been working for months, and yes, I have had them reset just to be sure. two weeks later, I still don't have my car. They broke the door while it was there, so that is getting fixed as well. I am furious, and will never take my car back (when and if they ever finish it). The warranty, according to them, only covers 100 of my $750 bill, which I will be checking, because I don't trust this dealer to keep their head out of their you know where. I am telling everyone: friends, coworkers, family, and random people that will listen to never go here. Horrible experience. read more

I love Toyota and I will always be a Toyota fan. I've known Mr Ehrlich since I was basically born. I even had the opportunity to work there for couple of year. It was fun and a great experience. Kai was my favorite Sales Consultant. My least favorite was the guy in the back of the Finance office. He isn't very friendly to anyone. He will always talk down to people if he can't sell extended warrenty or anything else he trys to up sale. Service Department is and will always be amazing. Carol is the girl to see, if she isn't there then Steph is the girl to see. Also Judy is the Customer Relationsions Manager and Also Cactus Sweeney. Both people are great to talk to. If you need to make a deal with any car in the Store ask for the Internet Deparment. They will make you a very good deal it's either going to be Travis & Brad or Paul. Also if you want an invoice deal and get to much for your trade. Ask for BOB, If you want to buy at sticker price and get nothing for your trade ask for Todd. I purchased a new Tundra in 2012. We agreed on a price, then come to find out, they had the wrong inventory number and the Tundra I was buying was going to be more expensive. Then went to finance and the guy sold us the upgraded "Extended Toyota Care Plan" for free services until 45,000 miles. I was told it covered all routine services including transmission flushes, radiator flushes, etc as recommended by Toyota. WRONG, only covered oil, lube and filters. My fault for trusting a salesman and not reading the fine, fine print. Then at my 45.000 mile service, which I was in at 44,800, I was told that I had used up all my services that the plan included. I had been diligent about servicing it every 5000 miles as the "Extended Toyota Care Plan" had suggested. Come to find out, it only covered 5 services (20, 25, 30, 35, 40K miles), not through 45,000 miles. No were in the fine print does it say this! That was just the icing on the cake.....I quickly picked my Tundra up from the service department (before the service was completed) and that will be the LAST time I step foot in Ehrlich Toyota either to buy or service one of my vehicles! I will buy a Toyota again, just not from Ehrlich. read more
