If you plan on lifting your truck. DON'T buy this brand. Bought my lift back in 2019. Had a phone call with one of the employee's "Dave" about my front shocks leaking and was trying to warranty them out because they offer lifetime warranty. This guy does not know anything about lifts. He claims that my truck is 4.5 inches and will not warranty my shocks. I told him to look at their instructions it clearly says 0-2 inches. I had my shocks adjusted at the top groove and he said it's 4.5 inches. Also said I should have left it at the bottom groove because that's 2 inches... Then we just kept going back n forth. Love this guy's customer service. Showed the guys at 4WP's a picture of my truck. They laughed saying that's not 4.5 inches. That's clearly 2 inches "looks like stock height" Went and purchased a new setup for my truck from Ironman4x4. If ya want quality budget friendly suspension go to Ironman4x4, don't waste your $$ on this brand. I currently have the Sportlines on my Honda Civic Sport Touring and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. The only thing I did not love was installing them without power tools and without a lift. We did it by hand and it took 8 hours. Ouch!! I've had them for about a year now. Zero issues. Sport lines live up to their reputation. I could not be happier. Had my 2018 Hot Wheels Edition Camaro lowered here with an Eibach Pro Kit. I didn't know they installed their own products until I saw their Instagram page! I mean, who else would you want to install parts on your car, than those who made it? Yeah, it was little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Kevin, the retail representative, walked me through the whole process and is super knowledgeable - you can tell he really believes in the company. Wanda, the receptionist, is probably the sweetest person you will ever meet - and you know she loves it there cause she's been with Eibach since the beginning. And if you're lucky enough, you'll get to meet the cool media guy, Vittorio, and he'll take some pics of your car when it's done. All in all a great experience and 10/10 would recommend. read more

So I am about to reveal to my fellow Yelpers something you probably do not know...I am a car FANATIC. I love cars, especially Hondas. It was with great sadness I was not able to bring my wonderful car, the brightest red Honda S2000 youve ever seen with me to California as the payment was ridicccccculous. With that said...when the bf informed me his bro called and wanted to know if we wanted to go to Eibach for a 'meet', of course I said yes. Something youre probably also not aware of is Eibach meets are a huge deal in the 'car world'. People all over the country know what they are and people all over the state come to participate. We meet his bro in Temecula where the fam lives and carried on to Corona. After getting off on the 91 we caught a glimpse of Eibach and the enormous amount of people there. As we come closer to approaching our destination we begin to see the magnitude of the 'event' we're about to attend. There are cars lined up and down so many streets. HOLLA! We park and get out to cruise around and admire, or my favorite, ridicule. Was a good outing. Most cars were part of the ridicule clubs as most import car 'lovers' can be classified in the 'rice' category, meaning they drive a busted car with six different color body panels, fart can exhaust and some sort of hideous aftermarket body part. My two favorites were: -Red S2000, same color as mine, that had been completely chromed out. Please let me inform anyone who was skeptical, chrome is not for imports. This idiot had huge chrome wheels and stupid little chrome pieces all over his car, not to mention hideous extra body panels. -Stupid girl with greasy hair in SUPER busted white four door civic with plastic chrome wheels and a three foot tall grocery cart wing driving around 50 times on her cell phone, no less, looking presumably for her ugly car club. Im not sure why she couldnt find them because we saw many a group that she would have fit right in with. As always, things are hit or miss. You get a few really nice cars and a LOT of really lame cars. Its definitely a fun way to spend an afternoon though so I highly recommend it. And thanks to Eibach for lending your ENORMOUS facility so the car enthusiasts of Southern California have somewhere to congregate. read more

This review is for Jaren! While I did not physically go to their facility, I had the pleasure of communicating with the very knowledgeable Jaren. So I had ordered a lowering kit but the vehicle setup from 2017 to 2018 had changed enough that the lower kit part numbers. Jaren was very helpful in giving me correct part numbers and answering all my vehicle fitment questions. He was even attentive about specific kit that need to be used to get vehicle to aligned to factory specs again. The price was very fair, parts were plenty in stock, and customer service was great! I bought the Pro series 4" drop coils for my 1966 c10 competition cam mild lope,new heads, edelbrock performance package, ceramic headers, 40 series flowmasters, and a/c. We installed the springs handle good but the truck was too low and it hits the cross member,it bottoms out and now we have to change them to the 2" coils! I contacted Eibach in Corona Ca(I'm about 25 miles from the plant) and they said they can't take them back they're "Used"? They weren't cut heated or obviously any alterations? They cost $177 a pair. So Eibach rep. Dave Cortez said he would get back to me for a possible discount on the 2" coil springs. He never called me back or left a message with an answer? I don't think it's very professional to leave me in limbo? I even toured they're plant with over 200(I even told him this) of my car club members Mystery tour! read more

Great customer service! I have a 5th gen 4runner. When I bought it (right before the pandemic hit), I wanted to level it out, thinking I'd never really go wheeling or do too much to it. Just wanted it to get me to camp with all the gear for me and my friends. So I got the stage 1 Pro Truck lift kit to level it out. As luck would have it, one of my friends ended up buying a Jeep Wrangler and he built it out. Now I start wheeling. It served me well. Monache Meadows, Drinkwater Flats, Big Bear, among others. Well, now I've not got sliders, a prinsu rack, and a roof top tent. With all the added weight, I needed to make some adjustments to my suspension. I ended up losing what lift the kit got me in the rear. Front's seem to be close enough to original lift. Called their sales line just to see if they had the Heavy Duty springs for the rear in-stock since I already found myself an installer. He told me they did, that I'd have my parts in just 2-3 days. Pretty sweet! But also he gave me advice on other options (buy once, cry once lol). He knew the setup since he had built his own 5th gen 4runner up. It was super nice talking to somebody who knew the parts and what I could expect out of them. I still went with my original choice since I'm planning on a full build up next year and just need a hold over. Also, I wanted a set of new ring clips for the front struts. I tried to find them on their website but they don't have them listed. I e-mailed sales to ask if I could purchase them. They sent em for a really low price! Like really low if you know what i mean :P Would definitely recommend them. The product has stood up really well. No issues. No leaky shocks. No clunking. The leveling kit for the 5th Gen 4Runner got me looking how I wanted. Zero complaints! Especially at a great price point! I got my lift kit in exactly 7 days during a time where people were getting their parts after 6 months or more! Now that things are starting to normalize, things are even quicker with them! Bottom line, their products are great and their customer service matches! read more

I was in the market for a leveling kit for my new F150 and while surfing the interwebs I found Eibach's Pro Truck Lift system. The springs, shocks, install & alignment ended up being less than similar stuff from competitors and I know I got it done right. Was very surprised learning that my Eibach spring broke when dealer lifted my car for an oil change, but glad it did not happen on a highway. Was dissatisfied with the product warranty given that it only covers the original owner and requires original receipt. I offered to send the broken spring back that still has Eibach logo, but was told that the company's policy requires proof of the purchase. Decided to go with H&R springs for a replacement. I called up Eibach (did you know you can get your parts installed by them as long as you purchase directly from them?!) and explained my issue. Kevin was amazing, he listened to my concerns and got me in within a day. They have such nice employees and a beautiful lobby!
