I stopped by here from St. Louis to Columbus, OH. I got a BLT and a water. The sandwich was made of cheap meat and lettuce that wouldn't be in a dive bar. The pizza bread that my colleague had was oily, but they did get his drinks right. The server was very friendly, so she was the only bright spot of this place. I doubt that I'll be back. read more

Have a three+ hr layover in St Louis so I figured I would get a bite to eat. I guess I shouldn't expect too much from airport restaurants, but this was the definition of "meh". I started with the 1876 Chili ($6.99), Budweiser beer chili with cheddar and green onion. It tasted like it was out of a can and served only slightly warm with house made potato chips. Next up was the IPA Chicken Melt. This is supposed to be grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, spinach, provolone and a grapefruit IPA ranch dressing on sourdough. Well in reverse order, the bread tasted like store bought white bread, the IPA rance was indistinguishable, cheese, spinach and peppers were fine, "grilled" chicken was in strips and tasted pre-frozen. It was just OK, not really worth $12.99. The sandwich was also served with house chips, which also were just okay. I will say that my server was pleasant and that raised it from one star to two. read more

Tl;DR food is bad and served on paper plates. Sandwiches that are clearly made with packaged ingredients bought at a grocery store. Not even deli meat quality, this tasted like the stuff you buy in a plastic container. To top it off if was served on a paper plate and my meal cost $18. I only had beer at the bar here tonight but I must say that the service was great and the management was even better. They had an oven break during our visit so 4 of us at the bar had to move to allow them to bring the new oven in and I asked the manager Kenny if we could get a drink comp'd for the trouble and he obliged. They were very busy during the incident and he had a great attitude about the situation. It really made our night that one of our beers was on the house. I'll definitely be back to say hi to Kenny and the crew next time I roll through St. Louis. Go Hawks! read more

The meal here wasn't that bad. I had some hours to kill so I thought I'd give this place a shot since everybody was heading down and standing in line for Chilis. It's relatively smaller in respect to seating and bar area to those of other establishments in the terminal but I found it cozy and Non-intrusive when I say down. There was a "seat yourself" sign at the front so I waited for about 3-5 minute for the table at the window to open up. Once I got to my seat, I ordered some cold Stella and their special.. which is the fried chips and pulled pork. I was delighted to find that the beverage, food, and customer service were all satisfactory. I didn't feel rushed and the waitress did a great job coming back and forth every now and then to check how I was doing. The view from the table was awesome. If you get the opportunity, try to get a table the window, which looks out to the airfield. However, there are no electric outlets at these seats so it was a little trade off. If you want an outlet, opt to sit at the bar as there are outlets available under the table. I will most likely re-patron this place if my travels take me through here. read more

Decent sandwich for an airport restaurant with a very limited menu. Although the sandwich was fine it was very pricey even for an airport.

I have NEVER been to an airport bar that is this friendly and welcoming. I walked in and Samantha (the bartender) let me know she was here FOR ME! She continued to check on me and made sure I was taken care of. This type of employee is one who will keep customers returning time & time again. Samantha is, by far, the best airport bartender I have encountered in all of my travels over the years. Place is filthy. Sanitation of the servers and bartenders and food prep person was horrendous, plastic ware tossed in basket ruffled around with bare hands to find what they need. Server handling a sandwich before service to put back together bare handed after pouring a beer dripping all over hands. Site manager came in pulled orange slice out of bartenders garnish set up and ate behind the bar.
