A-Ok. Renaissance Hotel Lobby Lounge/Restaurant, visited this evening around 5p and bustling with activity. Candace provided us with service and was very friendly and attentive. Ample seating throughout and the space is inviting for hotel guest and locals who wish to drop in. The order took about 10 min to come out and everything was hot and fresh. Wings had good flavor, but could have been cooked a bit crisper. Tomatoes were tasty, but the sauce was a tad tart in flavor. Fries were crispy, hut had a bit too much seasoning. In general, everything was a bit too something, but overall was not bad for happy hour'ish virtues. Manhattan w/Makers was Great!

Located inside the Renaissance hotel, a great place to eat while on vacation/work travel/etc. The food is always great! The prime rib is absolutely amazing and could probably eat it every day to be honest...! Ambiance is nice, especially when they have live music. Service is always friendly and fast!

What a unique environment! I love the decor and service at this restaurant that is located inside the Renaissance hotel at the St. Louis airport! Unfortunately the food didn't live up to the expectations that the initial experience led you to believe would follow! I ordered the scallops which were ok - they were cooked fine but the grits and vegetables that accompanied it left a lot to be desired. One of my friends ordered the chicken and dumplings and left most of it on the plate. Another one of our group ordered the pork steak and said it was pretty good. So 1 out of three on this trip. The prices are pretty high so I would expect more. I always give a restaurant with potential another try though. Maybe next time I try it again it will be better!

Great service and good food. The bar has happy hour with drink specials and free punch. Tonight they did have live music which was a great acoustic musician. I had the fajita soup, burger, and draft beer. They have a great selection of beer including a lot of local brews.

Eero's is an American cuisine restaurant located inside of the Renaissance St. Louis airport hotel, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eero's offers an inviting contemporary vibe while taking a modern spin on local St. Louis favorites such as a St. Louis pork steak with Fitz's root beer bbq sauce, pimento mac n' cheese and braised greens or the Missouri trout, which is always one of my favorite menu items to order when dining at this restaurant. Don't leave Eero's without trying the gooey butter cheesecake, you won't regret it. It's worth every calorie and remember, you only live once.

For dinner at a hotel, Eero's could have done a lot better. Ordered the ribeye and it took longer than 30 minutes to get that out. In fact, the gentleman that sat down 10-15 minutes after me received his food before I did (the burger). How does that happen? Another table on the other side ordered the ribeye too and it came out in less than 15 minutes. As for the taste, it was okay, sadly nothing special to write about other than what I paid for didn't justify the high price. Even the $11 for a 16oz draft micro beer was more expensive than the airport.

The menu. A bit limited for dinner, and I understand it changes every couple of months.

The food was amazing! I ordered the deviled eggs as an appetizer and the seated scallops the entree. Both dishes were creative and very tasty. The deviled eggs were made with Collinsville horseradish, pretzel pate, and micro greens on a nest of fried leeks. The seared scallops were tender and came with amazing smoked tomato gouda grits and shaved brussel sprouts. They were topped with a unique and tasty arugula pesto.

The restaurant was closed however the bar was open which meant the kitchen was open. April our bartender and server. She was delightful. I had the blackened Salomon and my husband had the scallops both meals were really good. His Grey Goose martini was perfect.

Let's talk service! How long does it take for someone to notice you at the bar with a bar manager (she had a blazer on ‍ opposed to a button up), a waitress and 2 bartenders? You would think ASAP ..seeing as I was the only new face being served AFTER the hockey game, but NO it took 10 min! UPDATE- I saw men around me ordering drinks and food as soon as they came to the bar. Ultimately, I tipped lower than I usually do because I believe in great customer service. Let's talk food! The menu was limited af and I'm currently drinking my water with a cocktail straw . My food came out quick and hot the crab cakes were thinner than my usual, but flavorful. The French onion soup was "meh".... the cheese was awesome and gooey, but I could taste the wine in the soup, as well as the croutons were already incorporated in the soup and not on top.... so they were mush once it arrived. Would i recommend this place? Yea, if there's a tornado warning and you're too lazy to go anywhere else ‍

    Delicious!

You can really tell they put a lot of love and energy into this restaurant. The food came out fast, hot, and tasty! Ordering is easy on their kiosk, and also you can order at their counter. I love how you don't have to mention that you would like your chicken fried extra crispy, it is just served that way. A little quaint diner looking restaurant, no frills, just simple and straight to the point. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which is great for first timers because you don't know how to navigate what's going on. So we were informed to order at the kiosk and we could take a seat at any table. Our food was brought to us by a robot. The downside, yet another place that doesn't want to serve you FREE water and charge for every additional condiment. Whyyyyyy if I'm a paying customer do I need to pay for bottled water. How are you washing dishes, etc..... Also, as an owner of an establishment, anytime a patron walks into your establishment, this is a key moment for you welcome and acknowledge your customers. How rude is it that for us to be the ONLY customers eating inside the entire restaurant your staff is friendlier than you are. I appreciate that Cathy herself was making each dish and she does know what she is doing but the customer service on her part is highly lacking, luckily her employees make-up for the short coming. The catfish and grits is a delicious well crafted dish that is incredible when eaten cold. That speaks volumes to how good the dish is. The New Friday special which comes with 3 whole wings, 6 jumbo shrimp, 1 Catfish Fillet and coleslaw is another great option to try 3 items in one dish. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy, the catfish was tender on the inside and fried to perfection on the outside and the shrimp were large and not over cooked. Cathy definitely has her seasoning game on lock. And last but not least we ordered the cajun pasta with chicken and shrimp, added mushrooms. I would opt out of the chicken next time because it was chicken chunks that seemed to be out of the can, so it had a fake texture. The pasta sauce was flavorful and delicious and the entree was plenty for two. The wait was not long for our food which is a plus, some items I feel are over priced.

From what I remember from my middle school days, City Diner is the best place to get a burger in North County. As a big burger fan, I truly love the burgers here. I ordered the Adam's double cheeseburger with a side of fries, and as always, it was delicious--I loved it! The ambiance can feel a bit crowded and loud, but it's definitely a great spot to grab lunch with a friend. I wouldn't recommend it for large groups, as it's more suited for smaller gatherings. Overall, the staff interacts with customers, shares stories, and ensures you have a wonderful meal. I highly recommend checking out City Diner and forming your own opinion about the restaurant!

Stopped in on 7/5 around 1045am for breakfast. Place was just over 1/4 full and they had 3 or 4 ladies taking orders. They were prompt in initial greeting and order taking (this is where two stars come from) but after that it all fell apart. Two simple orders; French toast with two eggs (over easy) and two pieces of bacon, and a slinger with rye toast. Order took a bit longer than anticipated to arrive, not too big a deal, but the order came out piecemeal with neither of us getting our all items on initial service. On both the eggs were cooked over hard, the bacon was burnt, the slinger missing cheese, and the "hash browns" lacked any seasoning or proper cook to them. Rye toast came out about 10 minutes later and barely warm let alone toasted. The French toast didn't even arrive till after all the other food was gone. It was cold, soggy, and clearly needed more time on the flattop. Server tried to do her best, but there appears to be no way for the kitchen to tell staff that food is up aside from them having to always keep watch. They lack any ability to keep items warm once it leaves the kitchen, and they really need to get a new cooking staff or at least get some training for their cooking staff. Florissant lacks any good breakfast food locations that are not fast food and they really could increase their business if they take time to look at and fix their internal problems.
