A little hidden gem on the East Side of Las Vegas! I drove by this morning and it caught my eye. I went to check them out and saw they are a cafe/flower shop (two of my favorite things). I love how cute the shop is and they also have seating so you can enjoy your coffee while being surrounded by flowers and plants. Besides coffee, they also flower arrangements, balloon arrangements, picnic set ups and much more! I came for the first time last Monday. I popped in because I saw that it was a café and not just a flower shop. I got the Eileen iced coffee (it was delicious)! I also ended up getting my mom flowers because they had a sale (and I had pissed her off the night before ). They have really cute specials and sales, like I got my mom a mason jar flower arrangement on a mason jar Monday. It was $25 beautifully wrapped, the flowers are still alive and beautiful. They do very intricate work with their florals, the place itself is very Instagram worthy! It is currently decorated for pride. AHHH I love this flower shop! I was first Eileen'd by my boyfriend for my birthday and fell in love with their flower arrangements and balloons. Went to the shop hoping to get a bouquet/flowers in honor of a passing family member. When we walked to the doors, they were locked. I assumed they were closed. You have to buzz in, however I had no clue where the buzzer was. There was just a Velcro sticker on the door but I didn't see a buzzer. A sign somewhere on the door would be nice. I felt weird standing outside, you can't see in but I'm sure you can see me standing out there. I then called the shop asking if they were opened, eventually someone came to the door. It was so dark in there, very quiet and crowded. Not crowded by people but with stuff. It was extremely awkward. Mind you, we went in the afternoon. No where near their closing times. You won't find any premade bouquets, at least NONE were when we went. Was hoping just to find something and go, on their social media they make it seem like they always have at least a few items premade. Anyways, I said that I was checking in to see if anything was premade and that we were looking for flowers to give since there was a passing. I was told I'd have to wait because nothing was made. (I have no problem waiting for a bouquet to be made on the spot, but I was on a time crunch) I then said thank you and proceeded to leave. The lady then walked out with a dozen red roses with gold spray paint on them and said "I have these and I can let them go for $35" YOU GUYS, those flowers were hideous. No exaggeration. They were definitely on their last and the tips of the roses were getting black. The spray paint on them makes them look so bad in person. I should've took a picture of them. I turned them down, said thanks and went on my way. Even my niece was like "what the heck" when we got back to the truck. I would've just been fine not seeing those, but why even try to sell them. If you need something premade or you're in a time crunch like I was, definitely just go to a nearby grocery store like I ended up doing. 3 stars because the expectations are set so high due to what's shown on their social media. Don't try to sell spray painted flowers that already look wilted. UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE: This was in December, I doubt you were decorating for Valentine's Day when Xmas decorations were still up. It wasn't the 18k bouquet. The 18k bouquet, you guys have gold leaf on it not spray paint. In this case, it was a dozen of roses, wrapped with black and spray painted lol. Those 18k are sold for $58 not $35, coming to my understanding that you were just trying to get rid of them. The look of being wilted and black tips are different. These were definitely on their last straw, being wilted lol. I'm glad you responded though!! read more

i was so excited to receive flowers from my boyfriend by this florist. i've seen this shop all around social media and was so excited when he told me who he bought the flowers from. Unfortunately, we had a horrible costumer service experience where the delivery driver accidentally delivered them to the wrong apartment. i called from work to let her know, about 20 mins after he got the text they were delivered, that they were at the wrong apartment. she had an attitude and proceeded to charge my boyfriend for another delivery fee of 30$. when the mistake was truly 100% on the driver. (which i also understand apartment complexes can be confusing! and i still had my mom who was home tip the driver) she tried saying the address was wrong on the order and when i checked its my exact address and nothing is wrong. she also tried saying because he didn't put the building number that it's his fault as well. a building number isn't required in an address lol. yes it helps but so does reading and paying attention to the address provided. the delivery driver took it to the wrong side of my apartments where there is literally a sign saying you are now crossing over to the other street of the apartments when my address isn't on that street. I'm not trying to bash the driver in any way we all make mistakes but we shouldn't have been charged. long story short a small mistake was made and instead of simply redelivering it to the same apartment complex she wanted me to either leave work to check the other apt or pay 30. unfortunately my bf paid before i could talk to him about it but we will never get these flowers again. there are so many other florists who actually appreciate their costumers and who are better priced. I've ordered flowers for delivery twice from Eileen Entertainment and they were both GORGEOUS. 100% my favorite (and my mom's) flower shop in Las Vegas. The first bouquet was absolutely beautiful and my mom was obsessed with it. The second order was just recently, about two days ago, for Valentine's Day and it was their foam rose teddy bear. I thought the bear was so cute and doubles as beautiful decoration piece for the house, but my mom said she didn't think the teddy bear design was defined enough so she didn't recognize it looking like a teddy bear (partially the reason for 4/5 stars, but I still think it was beautiful). My main reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the website is very inconsistent. While I was making my order, the page under the Valentine's shadow box added $10 for local delivery and had a place to enter in a local address, and then the check out area added another $10 as we'd have to click "shipping ($10)" instead of "pick up" and there was no "local delivery" option. Meanwhile, on the page for the foam teddy bear, there was no where to select for local delivery and no where to add an address. I ended up calling the shop multiple times to see how to get my gift delivered properly, but the girls I spoke too were so nice and helpful! Costumer service 10/10. Overall, the website experience was a little too confusing and it needs a little bit of work, but the flowers were always amazing. I'm still planning on making future orders!! (Also, please open a store closer to Summerlin!!) read more
