The service here is amazing! The talent they have for creating such elegant, beautiful arrangements is seriously impressive. I love their selection everything looks fresh and thoughtfully put together. What really stood out is how kind and welcoming they are. You can tell they truly value their customers. Hands down the best flower shop they make it look easy, but it takes real skill. I'll definitely be back because this place never disappoints.

I received the beautiful "Lily Dream" bouquet for my birthday on July 26th and followed the included care instructions, which said to change the water/retrim every 2-3 days. By today, the 29th, I had to throw away all of the stock flowers and one of the lilies due to wilting and rot. I understand some flowers are more delicate, but given the premium price of $225, I was hoping the bouquet would hold up a bit longer. I almost feel bad that I asked for this specific bouquet because all the parts that I love and made the bouquet complete are wilted and had to toss. Im now left with all roses and two lily flowers. I just wanted to share my experience in case this feedback helps, or if anything might be done. Thank you so much.

Flowers are top tier. Highest quality and gorgeous presentation! The whole team is excellent. They come through every single time. I wouldn't want to buy flowers elsewhere. I love this place! Owner is an inspiration and so sweet!

I've been a customer of Eileen Entertainment for years now! The first bouquet I bought from them was a dozen purple tulips for a friend that was dealing with a fur baby loss. I wanted to uplift her spirits during a hard time. The quality of the tulips was great and they were vibrant for 2 weeks. Shortly after, I purchased another bouquet for a friend that lost her mother. These were beautiful white flowers. Again, I wanted to share some beauty with a friend dealing with hardship. My wife started following Eileen because she noticed how much of a fan I become of their business. This year, she surprised me with 2 dozen red roses covered in 18K gold. I'm absolutely in love with them. The delivery was made to my front door with a handwritten note. I'm so happy with them!!

I have been ordering from Eileen for over 2 years now and it's by far my favorite flower shop in Vegas. 10/10 flowers & customer service!

I really miss their old shop in Charleston I just thought it was bigger, more opening and you saw more of the flowers but it was a lot easier to find. I wish that the rewards system worked both in store and online because I only seem to get my points when I go in store but never when I shop online. I can't wait for them to employ more people because holidays get blacked out/ sold out way too fast. Picking up can be tricky since they are open during business hours, wish they were open a little later. Those are my reasons why it's not five stars. Other than that the flowers in the shop are always really fresh and really gorgeous. The price is up there but you are getting what you paid for the flowers typically last longer, they are trendy, local, and the handwriting it's amazing. Not to mention every now and then they'll have deals where you can go in store and get a really good bouquet of flowersfor as low as $25. Their content on TikTok is super funny that's why I'm always influenced to buy from here. By far my favorite shop in Las Vegas. They also respond really fast, and will communicate with you if there is anything wrong with your order.

Eileen does the best bouquets. Photos do not give them justice. Picked up my daughter's graduation bouquet early and she made sure she got me out there fast with a perfect bouquet. Worth every penny. Been ordering from her since the beginning and don't plan on changing that.

Have to say, I've always loved looking at all the posts for Eileen Entertainment but was a little disappointed. For our 6 year anniversary my boyfriend wanted to buy the "I U" box and paid for it but the MORNING OF delivery, I guess they called to say it wasn't avail? So instead they offered to place it in a small marble circle box...... same price too I guess. Then, the delivery was going to be late which was fine but seems the employees gave different excuses which I'm not sure why. One person said the driver had a "flat tire" but shortly after the driver called to say she was stuck in traffic. Again, understandable, but not sure why the need to lie? my boyfriend decided to order a hello kitty bouquet for me since i love love love hello kitty. he surprised me with it and i am grateful for his effort but he did not receive what he paid for. you can barley tell where her face is it's so small it's covered by all the other flowers around and there's hot glue residue everywhere, i just believe that it should be close to what is advertised. my bouquet seems to be half the size of the online product which is very disappointing. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in on Friday to order my flowers to ensure they would be ready for pick up on Monday at 10 am for my anniversary. When I went in to pick up my flowers I was informed that they were not ready. In fact they wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes. UGHHH. I really wanted to like this place given the fact it's owned by women and locally run. The fact that my flowers weren't ready after putting in the order 3 days earlier is not good customer service. The worker there then began to argue with me instead of trying to rectify the problem. I asked to speak to the owner but of course she was no where to be found. The problem was whoever I ordered my flowers from didn't bother to communicate that I asked for order at a certain time. This isn't a solidly run business. Amazing customer service! I order for a flower delivery on their site, it was a little confusing since once I added the address, the system said it couldn't deliver to said address so therefore I needed to call the store. I did so, and I spoke to Juliana who was wonderful and helped me navigate their check out system. I had to place my order as "pick up in store" and then text the store themselves to deliver to the address that I wanted. However, not sure if it's just me that this has happened to, but I never received an email of order confirmation or notification that my order was delivered. I absolutely LOVE everything about this place!!! The workers are super friendly all of the time, the drinks are SOOO amazing (the peach lemonade is my all time favorite!!!), the flowers are always beautiful and stay fresh a lot longer than regular store bought flowers, their candle collection has an amazing mixture of smells, and their vases are so beautiful with a nice variety rather than just regular simple ones. I would 10/10 recommend going here anytime you can because it's so relaxing and fun just to visit and take pictures. Especially since there's always an excellent photo set up!! read more

I love Eileen!!! Having a shop like this on the East Side is so rare. I purchased a bouquet for Mother's Day and it was stunning. When I went to pick it up they had a hard time finding my order but they quickly fixed it and gave me free chocolates for the inconvenience (even though I only waited for a couple minutes longer :) ). Some of the pros were it's less than 10 min from my house, the flowers/roses were very unique and nice, i like how they had hello kitty and other cute characters. The Cons were the flowers/roses were not fresh fresh so that was a big no for me. The employee said they are from Ecuador hmmm i don't know they probably get smushed and doesn't give the flowers enough air to breath reason of its bad condition. I checked the website online and I didn't like how they use a marketing scam. For instance, I checked the $45.00 Kraft Dozen Bouquet, when I clicked on it online the entire price changed to $62.00 . Same thing with the " Marble Dozen Bouquet" it showed the price of $52 when I clicked on it and it showed a different price...$72.00.Not only the price being so high for not so good quality it's just shaddy and suspicious. I'm afraid to pay online when I check-out because I have had experience before buying something online for one item and somehow my cart shows the quantity of 3 when I only wanted 1.
