When I visited in the past, I was met with annoyingly long lines, but I got lucky today and didn't have to stand in line since I missed the breakfast rush. They have a menu with a wide variety of things to choose from, but they're mostly known for their bagel breakfast sandwiches, so I ordered the bacon and cheddar egg sandwich. The employee at the counter was nice and put in my order quickly. My food only took 5 minutes until it was ready for me to collect. My sandwich was not the most flavorful, but it was hot and neatly put together. I got the Santa Fe breakfast sandwich the last time I was there, and I loved it, so I'd recommend that instead of mine today. The seating availability was fine for such a small building, but I don't like how they arranged the tables really close together. Overall, I had a pretty okay experience, and I'd recommend this place for a quick bite in the morning.

I got the All-Nighter sandwich, which has an egg, bacon, cheese, and their sauce on a cheesy hashbrown bagel. This sandwich is my favorite. The sauce really sets this sandwich apart form a normal bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and the cheesy bagel makes such a big difference. The sandwiches are always made right when you order them, so they are always super warm and the cheese is perfectly melted. It can get kind of busy, and you can be waiting for a good while but overall it's not bad. The staff is friendly and they have a great variety of breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, bagels with cream cheese, coffee, drinks, pastries, and more. Einstein is always my go to when I want a warm, delicious breakfast.

The staff was a little underwhelming, but to be fair it looked like a squad of high school students who would rather be anywhere else... including arguing with their parents about curfew. The reason for the 4 stars is because we did not get our bagels until 11:05, and with an apartment tour at 11:15, this did not give us much time to enjoy our food. It seemed crazy that it took so long to put cream cheese on a bagel, and I feel like their system for preparation could be improved. Despite having to eat fast, those bagels were phenomenal. They were fresh and coated in the seasoning. Both of use got veggie cream cheese, which was surprisingly light and tasty. Neither of us felt heavy after this meal, which is normal for me when I eat cream cheese. All in all, this place was quite good and I will be back for more. Just remember to either come here early, or to not have immediate plans after the visit.

The restraurant was not that busy so I got to order my pizza bagel to go. The pizza bagel was really delicious. The restraurant clean and well organized. I noticed they are taking covid precaution since I saw hand sensitizer dispenser near the entrance. The restraurant is sustainable since they use paper packaging for their food except for their drinks since its plastic straw and cup. Overall I had good experience.

Thirdly, I waited 35 minutes for my sandwich and 10 people get their orders before I do. When I asked about it they said "Oh! We'll make that now." Really how do you forget about making a customers sandwich? I don't care if this is a university, people are still paying you for this service. Unacceptable on all facets of business.

The sandwich was filling without making you feel stuffed. The bagel itself is delicious. The steak and eggs could have used a little seasoning. Service - The food came out fairly quickly and the cashier was nice. Atmosphere - There are a few tables available for dine in. The walls are lined with records, as the decor is music themed. I dropped a couple of stars for the Fox News propoganda on the TV disturbing my peace. Would be better to show a more neutral station since this is a place of business, or better yet just play music instead since the cafe is music-themed. I meant, it's in the title!
