I'm from NYC . When I am homesick, I usually come here to have a touch of home. The coffee is great as well.

They are the best bagels in town. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Some people will complained that the tables and chairs have not been put back post-COVID, but the staff told me that they have problems with homeless loitering inside and getting obnoxious, so I understand. I don't personally mind since I get my order to go 100% of the time. Otherwise, it is always clean and what you'd expect of a bagel and coffee shop. read more

We love Einstein Bagels back in Orlando and were happy to see one in the Springs while visiting. Servers were awesome. The only reason for the downgrade to 4 stars is that they don't allow any seating inside. Must be a corporate thing because every other place in town is fine with indoor seating. We sat outside, which was fine, but there are a lot of homeless wandering about in CO Springs and it doesn't feel as safe. read more

Had a great experience at the Powers and Constitution location! We had a large group of about 20 women and the staff was really awesome. We took a pit stop at Colorado spring for a Tesla supercharge and found this gem while walking around. We ordered thrice here. Lol My husband said he was too full so I got my first veggie bagel sandwich. And as I was gobbling it away, I hear a rumble and see some one drooling hahaha. Not sure why the poor reviews but for me personally, I can always count on this Einstein's location to deliver. Whether it's a warm bagel in the morning or a welcoming greeting by the cashiers, this has become my go to bagel stop during the work week. Yeah there's the occasional beggars who hang around the area but no one seems to be bothersome. The inside is cozy especially with the fireplace running in the winter. Or you can opt to sit on their covered outdoor patio during the summer. There's plenty of table seating and a couple comfy couches to lounge in indoors as well as high tops. The fact that you can almost always count on there being today's newspaper on a table is something you don't see everyday and nice touch. Im not a coffee drinker so I go for their bagels instead. They offer a dozen bagel special + two shmears for those morning work meetings. And be sure to take a stab at their trivia question of the day behind the register for your chance at 10% off. Dining area closed to the public. Would have been nice to know before we got here and paid $1.50 for parking (update your website Einstein Bros). Of course, you can sit in the dining area for 15 minutes to wait for your food, but not to actually eat it. Bagels were ok. Schmears kind of skimpy. We have been fans of Einstein Bros for decades. I've always loved Einstein's! Their bagels are fresh and super tasty. Though they have MANY options to choose from, I go for the 'Everything' bagel every time. I love the salty, garlic bits and the sesame seeds. You can get savory or sweet shmear (which is their word for cream cheese) and they have lots of flavors to choose from, too. This visit, I noticed that they have some cool new options to choose from like Bagel Toppers. My friend got one with chocolate, bananas and almonds on top and it looked really yummy! This location is conveniently located, has ample space to hang, eat your bagel and drink your coffee, and the staff is both friendly and quick so you can get in and out if you need to. Lunch Review. Pretty standard Einstein's, located in the center of downtown springs. Came in on a weekday and it was about half full. Put my order in for a basic breakfast sandwich (even though it was lunch time) and some soup. With it being slow, there was no wait and I quickly received my food. Overall, it was ok. The bagel sandwich was certainly fresh, but kind of bland. The soup (chicken noodle) was a bit better, wish I ordered the bowl vs. the cup. Left a bit hungry, but satisfied enough. Side note: If you are a people watcher, orient your view toward the intersection of tejon/kiowa. In the 15 minutes I sat down to eat, I saw an argument, a weed deal, and some entertaining characters. To start, I grew up in Jersey, so I don't really consider these bagels. They're not chewy enough and the crust isn't crisp. It tastes closer to a roll with a hole. That said, it's a nice location and the staff are great. Negatives: I can't seem to like the coffee here. Not horrible but not super enjoyable. And not to be heartless, but also have had problems with the homeless setting up shop for hours with their large bags. I guess it can't be helped too much with a cheap food place downtown. read more

I'll give a 5 for the manager and customer service. Food is good, coffee isn't bad. Made to order and cappuccino was made perfectly. The only issue which has nothing to do with the store is the homeless. I really felt for the manager who was nice enough to let homeless sit inside during a snow storm but was totally abused by them. She even tried to intervene when customers were getting hassled for money all while being polite to both parties. She deserves manager of the year for having to deal with this everyday. read more

I recently started coming here as it's super close to my work for a breakfast Bagel and I'm now a regular due to the outstanding service and food I receive every time. Grant is the one who always seems to be there when I go in and he's always such a delight. I'm always greeted promptly with a smile. I have to have my bagels extra crispy with extra cream cheese which he'll tell the cooks in person as well as mark it on my order, and it always comes out perfectly every time. I was so impressed and pleased with my experience at this Einstein bagel!! For a chain restaurant, it had such a coffee shop feel to it; perfect place to study or catch up with a friend. Definitely fits right in with the downtown Colorado Springs vibe. The staff were SO friendly and welcoming. They were so patient and kind as I i tried to decide what to order-even though it was National Bagel Day and they were super busy!! My food came out before I even finished grabbing napkins. They were so stinking fast(like faster-than-Chick-fil-A fast lol!!) The reason for 4 stars is that is was a little more pricey than some other bagel shops. It was $3.60 for one bagel and shmear. I guess I picked a "gourmet bagel" which was more expensive, but I wish they would have clearly identified it as more expensive beforehand. But it all was made up for in taste--wow!! One of the freshest bagels I've ever had!! I had the french toast bagel with honey almond cream cheese and it was simply amazing!! It was a very nice sized bagel as well; I feel like a lot of places bagels have gotten smaller and smaller, but not Einsteins!! I also grabbed a asiago cheese bagel for later and made it into a sandwich, and it was just as fresh as the other. It was slightly smaller than the French toast, but maybe gourmet bagels are larger?
