Stopped in for a pastry before my husband and I's day out and couldn't have been happier to do so! We ordered a sweet pastry and a savory breakfast sandwich. We ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and a danish with cream cheese and jam. The breakfast sandwich was good, the pastry was phenomenal! Can't wait to come back and try more. The shop was stinking adorable as well! The staff were friendly. It was a quick stop, and I can't wait to come back for a longer visit.

My friend and I stopped in hoping to have lunch today. The parking was a little confusing in their lot because almost all of the spots had signs saying "permit parking only" but it seemed like it was their lot. I meant to ask once I got inside but I forgot. It turns out that they are more of a "grab and go" type place and their two sandwich offerings today were already premade. I got a bagel (they only had one kind and it is a plain bagel with a particular percentage of different flours including spelt) and a croissant (chocolate espresso cream!) to go and oh my goodness the croissant was magical- crisp, flaky, delicious, with a delicious chocolate shell on half of the croissant and filled with a delicious espresso cream- it is chilled and it was incredible. My friend thought the bread on her sandwich was delicious and she enjoyed it. I wasn't able to find their menu on line ahead of time- I think it changes depending on the ingredients they source from local farms as well as what sells out- but their bread offerings are listed on the website. There is a little bit of seating inside at high bars or a table. It looks like there is outdoor seating available when the weather is warmer. I think they do high quality work and I'd love to continue to support them. It didn't seem like a lunch place or a hangout place like I expected for some reason but they have unique quality offerings.

A special thank you to @mrstvoros for introducing us to Provision Bakery! Unique in many ways, they are committed to sourcing their grains directly from family farms across Colorado, those partners must value regenerative farming practices, and they proudly mill all of their grain in-house. In addition to offering the tasty pastries you would expect, they also offer fresh bread, sandwiches, and local and natural honey. My only suggestion is that they rename their "Cinnamon Roll" to "Cinnamon Loaf" as it is a yummy behemoth unto itself (you'll know when you spot it on the far left in the featured pic). And that's...Henry's Take. #cosbakery #sustainablebaking #bakingwithaconscience

Another view of the ham and cheese croissant. Can't go wrong with this one

I've been exploring coffee shops the week I'm in town visiting trying to taste the best the town has to offer. My wife and I stopped as we love pastries and bread. The employees were very welcoming and friendly while the environment was just a relaxing vibe with nice natural lights coming in from all windows. Now the even better part: they have a tray with all their food offerings on display. My wife and I immediately honed in on the ham and cheese croissant, an espresso cookie and a breakfast roll. We also ordered a salted caramel honey latte. They were fast! The ham and cheese croissant was a work of art. Perfect layers, flaky on the outside, not dry or hard on the inside. The h and cheese tasted excellent. It wasn't greasy at all. The cookie and breakfast roll will have to be eaten later as the croissants and coffee satisfied our hunger. The latte, was perfect! Not too salty and not too sweet. Other offerings at the location include fresh bread, local honeys, and fantastic quality local flours. If I lived here, I'd be here regularly

I got a sandwich from here and it was very good. I could tell everything was homemade and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was good and the ambiance was very relaxed and casual. I highly recommend this bakery.

The quest for the best bakery in COS continues and Provision's currently is in the running for first place. From my first visit at the bakery, I could tell that Provisions focus was on quality and not quantity. The establishment offers limited seating but does offer both inside and outside places to eat your pastries and drink your coffee. The clean and simple interior as well as pastry display drew me in. However, it was the taste and texture of their baked goods that kept me. All purchases consumed (not pictured a potato sausage quiche) were a big yes. I was informed by one of the staff that their best work are their croissants. She was very right. Something else they do well is bread and the few bites of a shared sandwich revealed that. I can't speak to the quality of their coffee as I didn't grab any but you can bet I'll be back to try some with another one of their pastries.

My mom and I walked here this morning to enjoy some fresh breakfast treats and classic coffee. It must be a popular place as by 10a I ordered the last of their breakfast sandwiches!

My niece lives in Monument and I come to visit several times a year. I always enjoy Colorado Springs foodie things and one of my favorite bakeries was closed the week I was there! So sad! But someone at Building Three Coffee recommended Provision so we went! And 5 stars later... Provision checks all the boxes: easy parking, super friendly staff, adorable space and DELICIOUS things! I tried the Italian Sandwich, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Cookie, Savory Pastry, and the Sugar Pastry. Everything was so good, we came back two days later for more! Even bought myself a cute Provision Bread bag to carry my haul away! Love, love, love! I'll be back next month when I come to visit Colorado again!

First timer! So…read morecontent I chose this place for me and my cousins to visit before heading to Pike's Peak. We've gone to two different coffee shops during our stay in Colorado before coming here. Let's just say we wouldn't have minded coming to Corter Coffee Roasters every day instead of the other coffee shops we went to. The manager, LIANA, is the most pleasant person we've met on this trip. First of all, all our drinks (caramel latte's and chai latte) were BOMB. I had to tell myself to not chug my latte because it was so good. She shared places that we should visit considering we are not from here. This helped so much because a lot of our plans fell through. The bathrooms are for paying guests and they are clean and convenient. Liana, thank you for the true Southern hospitality radiating through. My cousins and I truly appreciate your kindness, conversation, and realness!

They roast onsite and the pulled shots are smooth and full bodied. I got a mocha latte, and it was topped with blue whipped cream- a nod to earth referred to as a pale blue dot- a nice touch! The whole menu has scientific references, and it's fun to look around at the related decor. The staff here are also very knowledgeable and friendly- this place has it all. Can't wait to see what color the whipped cream will be next time!

Cute, quaint spot downtown!…read more Came here for the first time to meet a friend, who unfortunately canceled last minute, so my visit was short lived. But I enjoyed a coffee anyways! Based on barista Lily's recommendation, I had a small Poker, half caffeinated. I don't normally go for fruitiness in my coffee, but it was very tasty and not overbearing. There were a few tables & couches available, and they have WiFi, so would recommend if you're looking for a place to work. It was quiet, even with a few other business customers stopping in. It looks like they may have been moving stuff around/organizing, as there was a little bit of clutter throughout. I'll end with this - give yourself a few extra minutes to find it. I wish there was more signage because I walked into a few different banks/businesses before I found the shop! Definitely makes me want to try their other locations!

While Starbucks is the classic standby (I went there myself one morning), I urge you to try Humble Coffee. The space is airy, bright, roomy and absolutely beautiful. Instead of a get-in and get-out vibe, there is a calming and relaxing mood here. The perfect spot to read, get some work done or just decompress. Signature coffee drinks, as well as traditional options, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, baked goods and a nice selection of Grab N' Go offerings make this a nice alternative to the usual. While my husband had his usual whole milk latte, I asked the gentleman behind the counter to make a recommendation. He did not steer me wrong. I ordered the Poker, which is a blackberry white chocolate latte. AMAZING! So good, I wished I had ordered two! This really is a cute spot with great drinks and friendly service. Do yourself a favor, and give this place a try. It's always nice to support a small business, especially when they turn out to be so awesome.
