This was my first time at an Einstein's Bros Bagels and I will never come again. Poor service from staff! The gentleman who attended us, Juan, was not helpful at all. On the contrary, he gave my boyfriend and I attitude when we asked questions about their menu. We had ordered the avocado toast and when we proceeded to pay, he asked what type of bagel we wanted. I then asked him what types of bagels they had and he simply said: "whatever bagels we have there". I asked again what kinds of bagels they had and he replied with the same response. He had no intentions of assisting us and left a really bad impression of this store. You need to re-train your staff and have them more customer service oriented. read more

The old Einstein's Bros only gets a three stars because it's a chain. That being said, I sure was pleased when this little gem rolled on into Doral, since our favorite Miami bagel joint is nestled 20 minutes away in Kendall. And let's face it--when do you want a bagel? When you're freshly showered and dressed from your 7am Saturday run? Sometimes, sure. But usually it's on "No-F&cks-Given" Sundays at 11am when all you really want is a cuppa, some lox and a schmear. Opens at 5am, which is very convenient in the early morning before work. They give a discount to First Responders and Military-Veterans. The food is good as well as the beverages and the food is made to order, so it comes out fresh and hot. Best bagels on this planet with a decent price. Morning breakfast cannot get any better than this. Only Down side is that they close early and stop fresh production of bagels in the morning which leaves you stranded during the day as you are rejected your favorite gourmet bagel flavors because they are all out. Recommend the multi cheese bagels and spinach. Anything else is just for fun to me when you can get a dozen. I just landed at Miami International and on my way to a connecting flight at another nearby airport I stopped into Einstein Bros and I'm really empressed! The bagels are delicious and they have such a good variety to choose from. Its 7am so not much else is open this early besides fast food so that is another huge plus. Its a perfect breakfast place! To start off some of the yelp info is a bit off, their actually open till 6pm, the bagels? DELICIOUS. I work right next door, every morning, my place to have breakfast in is Einstein. Great service and fresh baked bagels every morning, on the down side it gets a bit full on the mornings and your order takes a bit to come out but it's understandable plus the bagels are worth the wait. Another convenient thing now is the hour till 6 pm which I think it's pretty nice. Inside the place in nice, clean and inviting, the staff is nice and polite and really do their best to satisfy the customer, other than that I'd recommend this place, specially for breakfast. I'd recommend you try cheese bagel with cheddar, egg and ham, delicious to say the least. It's a must go. read more

The bagels are great just like every other location. Why I give them is one star is their service. Every time I go to this location it takes at least 30 minutes to get my order. They usually have only 3 people working on Saturday and Sunday mornings and are completely inefficient. They need to hire more support. Came to get some breakfast quickly before heading to work. It was my first time at an Einstein Bros Bagels in a while. The cashier welcomed me in and was able to answer my questions. When I left, I opened up my little bag and there was a rainbow bagel in there! I had no idea they even offered that. It made my day and I told my boyfriend and my coworker about my awesome rainbow bagel at Einstein. Will be returning for more yummy food and coffee. read more

My experience here today was pretty horrible. I was craving einstein bagels all day so I went during my break at work. When I got there, it literally took about 15 minutes for the employees to place my order. Most of them are new and have no idea what they were doing. I am not saying that to be mean, I have been there before and I know how that feels, but it is unacceptable for a manager to just have employees there that do not know how to do certain things. A manager should have been there to help them with whatever they need...especially if they're new. Maybe there was a manager in the back somewhere? If so, it definitely was not apparent. After my order finally went through I received my bagel completely burnt. I am glad I checked before leaving. So I had to wait for that. What really annoyed me is that the employees there were joking about it to one another. Saying "oh man you burnt another one? No way. *laugh*". I mean wow. I've worked at many fast food places and retail stores and whenever I made an honest mistake I would immediately apologize to the customer and fix it quickly. I would never laugh about it openly especially in front of the customer. Once that was finally over with, I opened my bag and the bagel was a disaster.all over the place. The stuff was everywhere except inside the bagel. I didnt write this because I want anyone to get in trouble, ultimately this is the manager's fault. It's not like your store is cheap to begin with so at least make the environment worth the customer's time and money. Definitely will not be back here. read more

I used to go here before and it was good but one day when I ordered a egg and cheese bagel and a coffee.They took a little more than a fair share of time and when I got my order the bagel barely had cheese and my coffee was cold and tasted awful. After 20min we asked for our oder then they're started to make it by then and we are running behind our time. So we just canceled order and left. there's no proper apologies nor the compensation of our 20min waist for 3 of us and nothing but we waisted our time yet we still got no food. the employees are don't even know how to say sorry and hardly say it.
