There's plenty of parking, and even a small umbrella-ed outdoor dining patio. They have an $8 breakfast bagel with coffee special. You can choose a among a few variations and a few add-ons. I got a sesame bagel with mild sausage, lightly-seasoned egg, and light cheese. The bagel was fresh. The flavor of the sandwich was good. The large coffee, I chose dark roast, was very, very hot and had a good rich flavor. I ordered in their app. The drive-through wait was pretty long for having only two card ahead of me, but not really too long. However, the bagel sandwich was just warm, not piping hot. Refreshing! The restaurant is neat and welcoming. I noticed the drink case and love that blueberry lemonade was waiting, covered with a dated sticker. We haven't been to Einstein's in forever and I was very hesitant based on the negative reviews. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered on the App and our food was hot and ready when we arrived. Hubby and I both enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches. Bagels were pretty good, usually getting a bagel sandwich. I went a couple of times in 2010's. I went in April 2023, and they still had never brought the dining inside back at any of the stores, which was annoying. I ended up eating outside, it was sunny but windy and a bit chilly with the wind, but I managed. My girlfriend & I went in April 2025, and thankfully the inside dining area was back open. It was a madhouse in there. While we weren't in a big hurry, we didn't have that much time. Line was long, and I said maybe it'll be faster if I order from my phone, which is annoying. It was faster in the end as we got the order done before getting to the front of the line, but we waited 15-20 minutes. They were trying, but it was just they were slammed. We visit this location every weekend when we're visiting the area from DC. The wait can be a little long due to the drink orders. My issue how the person made our drinks that last two times. She may be a new employee because she's not very efficient. My spouse and I order the same drink with the exception he may request a shot of espresso in his "caramel cold brew shake". The first weekend we had her, our drinks were exactly the same and still she blended them one at a time instead of making the drinks together. She has blended them separately two weeks in a row. In fact when we came in this past Saturday, we were hoping she wasn't tasked with drinks. We stood their wondering why can't she mix two shakes in the blender, pour one in the cup and then add the espresso to blender for quick blend for the 2nd drink. This last visit, once she made the second drink, she ended up pouring out at least 8ozs. This location has ample parking and indoor seating. The line moved quickly and the staff were pleasant enough. The bagels were fresh and soft inside with a perfect 'crisp' exterior. I loved the Florentine bagel with turkey sausage, egg and cheddar cheese. Just like an omelet. It was not drippy or messy so perfect for the commute. We skipped the drive through line because it was super long and parked to go inside. I waited for 15 minutes to order. I interrupted the staff to say...hello, is anyone working this register to take orders. I was told they are trying to get the drive through line down. Note to all...wait in the drive through line and don't waste time and energy going inside. My husband was in the car waiting for me and said the line cleared twice in the drive through while you were inside. We should have just gone to the drive through because we were in a hurry. We went there last Sunday for a quick breakfast and the place was a mess. They were shutting kitchen down an hour before close. They were out of half of the menu items. I commented on it - and she just shrugged. I asked to speak to a manager, who was unfortunately too busy to come over and talk to a customer. An older lady jumped in and said: "it's just old coffee on the rag". So I guess once you wipe-up several spills of coffee, that rag is perfect for also wiping other things without it being rinsed or sanitized. Pretty sure there are numerous health code violations going on here! (Here's a suggestion - how about using individual sanitized wipes like Chic fill A) - even if you leave them out for the "guest" to do it themselves!!!!! The cleanliness of this location is lacking. I've been here before but have never spent too much time other than ordering food on a busy Saturday morning or going through the drive thru before work in the morning early mornings. Food (Bagels) are typically okay not anything super special. Although the smears are really good. Coffee is typically fresh in the morning. This particular visit I went to use the restroom before ordering and it was a terrible decision. This bathroom needs the health department. No restaurant or store should have a bathroom that looks like this. And this can't be blamed on a morning/weekend rush I went at 3pm on a Monday afternoon. From the looks of things this bathroom had not been cleaned in a very long while. No bathroom can accumulate this amount of dirt in a few days. I couldn't even order after seeing this. I can't imagine their food practices if they aren't cleaning the restroom. It's best to free the good workers and let them find positions with a business that will take customer service seriously. Allow them to go and grow somewhere else. One can understand inventory being slight during this pandemic, but you were failing before the pandemic. Long lines, uptight workers, and slim pickings = closing. Maybe next year, you can hire an Operations Manager who can help you plan and perform well, or at least decently. You wait in line and order at one location, your order is completed in between as you wait to pay or pick up additional items at another location. While on the line, other workers are offering to help someone who is clearly behind on completing orders, she profusely declines the help; of course, despite a line of customers waiting for food. This system made no sense to me. My food came out before I could pay. I had to wait in line having to wait with the food which you hope would be warm....once it is actually time to eat it. I chose the everything bagel with salmon, cream cheese, and all the fixins. The bagel was fair to middling at best. I definitely had better bagels and a better salmon sandwich. There was an abundance of cream cheese and IMO an minimal amount of salmon. It just didn't match. Breakfast fare is tasty enough, but the atmosphere detracted significantly. Bottom line is this is a fine carryout venue; pricing is fair and you do get what you pay for.
