    Acai bowl
    Annie L.

After recently moving to Ellicott City, Georgia Grace Cafe has become my weekly go to for my academic day away from the hospital. With a cozy, intimate interior and staff that defines what it means to be welcoming, attentive and hospitable, GGC is a true neighborhood gem. Every time I'm there, the staff goes out of their way to make sure I have everything I need while also making an effort to get to know me as a now more familiar face. My staple morning order is the Acai bowl with an oat milk latte. Piled high with homemade granola, large scoop of Acai and an almond butter drizzle with Greek yogurt buried at the center, the bowl is breakfast heaven. The latte never disappoints and coffee lovers will rejoice at the fun, seasonal specials. The bakery case always has something new, offering fresh, flavorful treats that you'll want to takeaway if you don't eat in house. Having also dipped my toe into the lunch menu, I was thrilled to find ample vegetarian options with an inventive Greek+French fusion flair. Thank you for becoming a weekly highlight, GGC team! See you next week :)

Actually I came to give 5 stars. İt shows close 4pm at Yelp. We came 2:10 pm. It was closed. We saw the Empleyees and the other customers but the door was locked and there is a note which says today close at 2pm on the window. We came from Columbia. I prefer to see the sign in Yelp... İ am really upset! The menu and the photos was nice. Anyway we will come again!

Came here for breakfast for the first time! There was a line to put in an order, but it was nice to get out of the cold once we out the order in, we immediately got our coffees and our food came out about 10 or so minutes later. Pretty quick despite the line! Definitely worth the wait :) the dining area upstairs was a little noisy, but it seemed like a popular spot, and the meal was definitely worth it :) Will be coming back to try the crepes!

My favorite place to go to for brunch in Old Ellicott City! Their bay bowl was delicious. The cafe is very cozy and everyone there was so sweet. Perfect stop to start at before going around to all the shops.

    Cowboy Scramble Bowl

Georgia Grace Cafe is an adorable spot tucked right into Main Street. The Sweetness crepe was exactly what I was hoping for: ripe strawberries and just the right amount of Nutella, not too sweet or overpowering. The cowboy scramble was another standout. The generous portion of short rib added a rich, savory depth without making the dish feel too heavy, making it a hearty breakfast bowl that still felt balanced. Coffee came out quick and hot. I sat on the covered porch out front and stayed perfectly dry during a light drizzle -- such a relaxing setting to sip and enjoy some people watching. This is the kind of local café that makes you want to become a regular! Like the person in front of me, who clearly was a return customer as the staff at the counter knew his exact order!! The service was great, we didn't feel at all neglected as the one folks sitting outside. Will definitely return!

Hidden gem, great vibes and ambiance. Quiet outdoor eating area hearing birds chirp, and convos of my fellow patrons at other tables. Ordered a mimosa, red eye and breakfast sandwich called the Dino. Everything was incredible. The staff was kind and accommodating. Here are the other stars this place deserves 10 star cafe. If you're looking for me I will be here in the morning. Wow. I stumbled here after a morning walk and I am beyond thrilled at this simple sanctuary of good food and stellar service. I also want to order everything I just got a second time.

Georgia Grace Cafe is a great breakfast stop in Old Ellicott City. Not only a wide variety of breakfast items including bowls, omelettes, crustinis, sandwiches and crepes, but also lunch, Boozy drinks, and coffee liqueurs to spice up your morning libation.

**Update** One year later, the service and good is jusy as excellent and the owner continues to visit my friends during their meal. This time ai brought two more friends of mine that moved to the area. They are super excited to have a place like this here. The food, the service, the speed of delivery is STILL over the top amazing. I absolutely enjoy coming here when I visit my friends. Thank you Georgia and staff. Ya'll always make me feel like I am eating a home-cooked meal.

Are you looking for the perfect cafe to sit outside and drink a delicious latte? Or maybe try scrumptious Greek cuisine or even a tasty bakery item? Georgia Grace Cafe is the perfect spot. Locate it in the heart of main Street, Ellicott City, this place has it all. Their coffee drinks are some of the best I've had in the area and their sweets are unique and homemade. This is a great place to catch Sunday breakfast or Tuesday afternoon lunch! There's plenty of seating and the staff is always very welcoming. Make sure to give it a shot!

Georgia Grace is a cute cafe on Ellicott City's main street. It looks like a home that was transformed into a cafe, and you will experience that warm home feel when you enter. They have food, baked goods, and a decent selection of drinks. I went with a friend and ordered a red eye with oatmilk and created my own omelet with spinach and bacon. I also had a sausage patty on the side. My friend had their salmon sandwich and a frozen lemonade. She did not enjoy her email and ultimately did not finish. She noted that the bread underneath was too thick, and the sauce drizzled on top was not flavorful. My omelet was good; they don't add any salt or pepper, so you will have to adjust to your taste. I also asked for hot peppers, and they didn't have any as an option. Overall, it is a cute location, and they have a decent menu to explore. They have ample seating, upstairs and downstairs, so even though there were a lot of people there, we found seating pretty easily. They do close early, so if you know you want to spend some time there to work or chat, I recommend coming earlier.

    chocolate chip cookie

bluf: georgia grace is a quaint cafe located in Old Ellicott City that offers cool fancier breakfasty/brunchy options. First thing that greets you is their front desk/order bar with a bunch of their fresh pastries. I opted for the chocolate chip cookie and not any of the pastries. They do warm it up for you if you ask. I was excited for the cookie, but was left a bit disappointed. It was a $5 cookie and relatively on the large side. The inside felt pretty underdone and was very chocolate chip heavy, so I just felt like chocolate was closing my mouth shut from the gooeyness. Before the cookie, I had the Gracie as my main entree. It was good. Good flavors and depth. They served my protein on top of a bed of fries, which I personally don't like because it gets the fries all soggy. The meat was good, but was just the slightest bit dry. Overall, an enjoyable dish. They have a nice venue with a downstairs that feels more like a traditional cafe, an upstairs with seating for larger parties, and an outside dining patio. They bring the food to you after ordering and bus the tables afterwards, but overall you don't have too much interaction with staff after you order. Cute little spot for a meal to stop before enjoying the rest of the town.

What is the parking situation near this place? My husband cannot walk very far.

Parking is available on Main street across from our entrance if you are lucky and there is also a parking lot across the street from our location behind The Phoenix that is very close... about a two block walk.

So the flight was for different ice lattes paired with a pastry, which was a croissant a Blondie brownie, a macaroon and lastly.strawberry cake for $25. It took a while for the flight to be prepared because I think they're a little bit shortstaffed on a Monday morning, but they had a lot of comfortable places to sit and wait. The corn beef sandwich came out good and I mentioned it was simple because it's literally just corn beef with some white bread and some cheese, but it was actually pretty tasty for breakfast. The coffee flight came out and it's on a large paddle and it looked really delicious. I have to say the regular flavored lattes and the croissant weren't my favorite choices, but as I started moving down the paddleboard towards flavored lattes and the Blondi bar, it was pretty good. My favorite latte was the butter beer and my favorite pastry actually turned out to be the Blondie brownie bar. The inside has enough seating for about 50 people and it's really cutely decorated. I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the mood for a coffee after a day of shopping in Ellicott city.

There were 6 of us, and they were able to put two tables together to accommodate us. I was overall disappointed with the food. The waffle which I paid $5 for was super small and there were just chunks of sugar in it. I also ordered scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese. The spinach came out on the side of the eggs and was uncooked. The cheese was not melted, and the eggs were burnt (dark brown and dry). The waitress was kind enough to take the eggs back for the cheese and spinach to be mixed/melted. They were still burnt and flavorless. I picked around and ate what I could. I also ordered some kind of spinach and feta pastry from the front case, which was good. We also all enjoyed the homefries which were crispy with a unique seasoning. We ordered the stuffed french toast which had a great flavor, but it wasn't really stuffed, there were just toppings on it. My nephew ordered the chicken and waffles. He's 15. I'm guessing that waitress assumed he was a kid and gave him the kids portion. Either way, the fried chicken looked like two pieces of frozen chicken schnitzel. My mother ordered the Reuben and did not like it at all because it lacked flavor.

It's a smallish space and indoor seating was really full at 11 AM on a weekday. Because of rain, the outdoor benches were not in use, and I saw closed-up patio-umbrellas too. I ordered from a kiosk or you could order online or in person. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was made quickly by welcoming staff. It was a regular size croissant with very light cheese and a layer of crispy bacon pieces in a well toasted croissant. The flavor was good. This café also sells a number of beverages, including fresh ground espresso, and various teas And they sell some bakery goods, candies, and quite a variety of dry-packaged teas and coffee. It's pre-sweetened so no need to add extra vanilla syrup or anything. This does not taste like a traditional matcha, which in my opinion tastes like dirt. This is a sweeter, dessert like matcha. I didn't care for the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. It was kind of dry and it tasted like something was missing. The croffle was amazing. It has a nutty, pecan like taste to it and it was topped with vanilla gelato and blueberries. I couldn't really taste the maple syrup but it was delicious nonetheless.

Of course we go during the weekday 11-3 lunch special for a couple dollars off the combos, and even though the falafel isn't listed in the special, the staff kindly gave us the discount! The falafel was hot and flavorful, moist inside with a thin crispy outer layer, in a delicious grilled flatbread roll, with some chopped veggies and sauce inside. We asked for and received extra tahini sauce, which is the right way to get this sandwich. We also got a flavorful beef shawarma, which i have reviewed before. The sandwiches took about 15 minutes because they prepare them fresh. The combos come with piping-hot boardwalk-style fries, this time in an old-school small paper bag. We did notice that a number of people call in their order ahead of time, which would save you the wait. This time for a beverage we got the yogurt drink called Ar-yan, self serve from their beverage cooler: slightly tart and slightly salty. That's a nice beverage with this sandwich. We ordered a Turkish coffee after lunch. It was brewed and delivered in a small traditional hammered-copper "chez-ve" cezve pot heated in a tray of sand. The flavor was lovely. It was not as strong as we expected. It did not seem to have grounds in it, but I dont know if it was the way it was prepared or the way we poured it. It was served with paper cups, and would've been nice in ceramic or glass. And we added a fresh sweet chunky pistachio baklava. A yummy not-overly-honeyed treat. The restaurant has plenty of seating, including some out front, and a cushioned sofa near the coffee and pastries. There's plenty of parking in a lot that is shared with the laundromat next-door.
