Super good! I tried Einstein Bros. Bagels for the first time after seeing it on the side of the road on a Saturday morning. Surprisingly, it was empty despite it being a visible, roadside location. I ordered the new Hot Honey Nova Lox. It came on an everything bagel with smoked salmon, cucumbers, onions, capers, and the hot honey shmear. It was so delicious! There was a ton of the schmear and an ample amount of smoked salmon. The portion was large and the whole sandwich was quite heavy. The bagel was the perfect texture; toasted and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The store was clean. The staff were super friendly and got our bagels to us very quick. Bagels are good, ordered a bakers dozen and a total of 3 shmears, only got one. Living in Madera, not a quick drive to go get it resolved. Check ALL orders before they leave, this should be standard practice, I don't understand. Edit: I've learned over the years, it's not that you make mistakes that earns/loses you business, it's how you handle/fix those mistakes...Einstein Bagels stepped up. My wife happened to be going into Fresno s couple hours later and decided to stop in to buy the shmears we were missing because we had a lot of bagels, she mentioned to the cashier what had happened, staff apologized profusely and gave her the ones we were missing. My job had an in-service meeting and they catered Einstein Bros. Bagels. Omg, Their bagels are HUGE, fresh, and tasty, making every bite worth it. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel it had shredded melted cheese on the top of it which made it uniquely different, and it was absolutely delicious!!! It was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. There were like 10 different kinds they had catered they all looked so delicious that it made it hard to pick! I can't wait to go back and try sometime else. This place easily earns 5 stars. I will be back soon!! read more

Very busy parking lot with impatient drivers but that was more for the Starbucks. Store was small with a limited menu. Staff is very friendly. We had two small iced caramel coffees and two bacon avocado tomato egg white sandwiches. Food was hot and tasty, drinks were delicious and cold. It hit the spot. read more

I love bagels from here. The gentleman, double toasted my bagel just like I asked. It was very delicious. The restaurant was super clean. The service was great. I think the only down part of this location is the two handicap spots that are directly in front of it. I'm glad people have access but what is determining is the customers who aren't disabled parking in front of there on a daily basis . It makes me sad to see people park in the handicap spot that are not disabled. . Maybe einstein can leave a friendly reminder in their Window not to park there so everyone can have access. read more

I had stopped by here to have breakfast with my husband on 11/21/25 and was so thrilled to try it finally. When I opened the door these two young girls jumped sped walked towards us and jumped in front of us to get into the establishment. When we got inside those two girls happened to be employees there. They had drinks from Starbucks and it seems as though they hang out at Starbucks if no customers are there and run back when they see customers coming in. The girl that helped us I believe her name was Alyssa. She had a necklace with her name on it. Service was not great and they did not seem very friendly. They had their coats on and I noticed the second girl who was prepping the food was wearing a big jacket and the sleeves were touching the food. There was a good amount of seating but the tables were dirty. We both ordered breakfast sandwiches and the temperature was warm and not very hot. They didn't have anymore hash brown and offered me a a baked item but there wasn't much left and there was mold growing on one of them. Also when we walked in they had the sink running and while we were there they had the water running for the entire time not realizing it was on. Whoever is running this location really needs to check their cameras on 11/21/25 between 11:50am-12:30pm and either retrain these girls or have a talk with them on how their representing this company. If it continues like this the business is not going to last long in this area. I'll stick to my Uncle Harry's bagels. read more

Food is tasty, but the service is just horrible. I love the bagels and i kept going back for that reason but i can't anymore. The workers are so rude and don't even greet when you walk in. They don't even say " what can i get for you today" Everytime they just stare at you and wait for THE CUSTOMER to start a conversation. The breakfast Sandwhiches are always a hit with staff at the hospital. The Farmhouse, All-Nighter, and Maplehouse I would say are their top pics for catering orders. The cream cheese is light and fluffy compared to other bagel shops. **The only critique I would give is when placing large orders, it would be nice if staff would write the name of the sandwhich on the bag. It can be hard to know which one is which when you have multiple. read more

I've been here a few times and enjoy their bagels in the morning. They have a great amount of bagels to choose for and drinks as well. I buy me the 6 oz honey almond smear from them all the time it's my most favorite spread to use on my bagels. The serve is fast and always friendly and everyone that greets you there is always smiling. I did not get to get food this time but for sure add some on my next visit which will be soon. read more

I love Einstein Bagel bros and hate leaving bad reviews but my experience there today was far from good. I am on my period and have been having a rough week so I wanted to treat myself to my favorite bagel and ordered the $8 Breakfast and Brew but it only came with egg and cheese bagels. I have ARFID and cannot eat cheese, so I ordered it without the cheese slice and paid extra for a second egg, wanted to treat myself well Yknow? Call it self care. Anyways when I get there I see my order, grab it and leave. It's not until I get home that I notice my bagel had cheese on it and only 1 egg, so neither of the modifications added made it onto the bagel. I was disappointed sure, but understood as mistakes do happen. I ended up driving back and explained to the employee what happened. Annoyed, she offered to remake it for me. I ended up being the one to apologize for the inconvenience. The employee was quite rude and once she finished the bagel she just kinda threw it on the counter. This experience made me feel very unvalued and hurt, originally I was going to ask if I could be refunded or even receive a partial refund but the employee was so rude in the tone she spoke with I was too scared to say anything and just accepted the remade bagel. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing because what was supposed to be a special treat to make me feel better turned into such an unpleasant hassle and experience. read more

Spent the morning running errands and doing yardwork. I totally was in the mood for a good breakfast sandwich and coffee. I went to Einstein Bros. Bagels this morning. It was such a good choice. As soon as I walked in the employees were happy and smiling and very welcoming. They gave off a really good vibe as soon as I walked in the door. Even though I placed my order on the app for pick up, they still made eye contact with me and said hello and asked how my day was going as soon as I walked in the door. The inside and outside were super clean. As soon as I walked in, I could smell cinnamon and maple. It smelled so good inside. I ordered the Maple House egg sandwich, a plain bagel with smear, and a small caramel cold brew. I really liked the Maple House egg sandwich. It was the perfect ratio of sweet and salty. The bagel was soft, but had that nice bagel chew. I love that they had real egg on the breakfast sandwich. Sometimes when you go get breakfast sandwiches you could tell the egg they use is that egg that they cook in the sheet pan and they cut it so it doesn't have that real egg taste. But not these eggs they were real eggs. The sausage in the sandwich I think had a tiny bit of heat which made the sandwich even better. The plain bagel was good. It was a plain bagel with cream cheese. It was the perfect amount amount of chewy and soft and creamy together. The coffee was good. It was the perfect amount of sweet. The coffee went well with the maple breakfast sandwich, the coffee was not so sweet that it overpowered the breakfast sandwich. I liked that they also sold other items besides bagels. 8/03/24 Getting breakfast for tomorrow! Really great experience! Long line that moved quickly. Greeted by kind worker and ordered the Santa Fe Egg White Sandwich. Cut in half to share for tomorrow. Also asked about coffee and the worker recommended the vanilla hazelnut. I asked if they had almond milk and she said she would get it for me to put in the coffee after I got the self-serve coffee.
