Finally had the opportunity to pop in, It seemed convenient since they have prepared meals on the go. I purchased the Eggy Breakfast Bagel-Wich for $13, which suggested it be "toasted" on the refrigerator door. They have a $2 charge fee to have it toasted. This seems like a bit of a stretch. It would be nice to have it included with your purchase or at least the option to. Regardless, the Bagel-Wich was very tasty! read more

Because of 'that', she knows a thing or two, BOTH about nutrition AND flavor! Seriously. And if I had 10 thumbs, I would hold them all up for her and her friendly staff that make the 'magic' happen! She first started delivering to cafés & various gyms, until it grew so popular that she has now opened this wonderful 'brick and mortar' place! It is located on the S/W corner of Marks & Bullard, in the same shopping center as Ovidio Italian restaurant. They have premade items 'to go' or eat there, which they can heat up for an extra fee. Go on their website to see their current offerings. They also can contact you when they are making your favorite item. I really, REALLY want to try their 'Shiitake Mushroom Banh Mi Sandwich', so I signed up! ;) I had the Sesame Soba Salad (OUTSTANDING), my husband had a Wrap and we shared Bean Soup, Hummus, Pesto Pasta Salad and a delicious 'Rocky Road' cookie. Upon entering, was able to find several options that I wanted to try - the flavor combinations are SUPERB would not change a single thing. My childhood years were spent enjoying many delicious meals prepared with care by my father (a classically-trained chef), of whom I think about when I was enjoying my meal today. One of my favorite vegan places for lunch. Everything is so fresh and well seasoned. I feel like I can indulge in the food and not feel guilty. The service is always so friendly and quick, the chef is there and she takes the time to explain the menu , which changes often. I was disappointed that what I had seen on the online menu was not in the cooler, but was assured it would be available on another day and they would contact me. All vegan offerings. Amazing salads. Bagel sandwiches are very good. Breakfast burritos. Lunch burritos. There are chia puddings as well as what I call bread pudding, made with the blueberry muffins. The teas are refreshing. Rappit Up is small, mainly take and eat, and you eat what is available for the day. There are a few tables available inside and on the sidewalk. Impressed is an understatement! This place has exceptional food and the owner is so friendly and nice. I travel a lot for work and I always struggle to find healthy and tasty plant based food on the road. The food is packed with flavor, nutrients, and you can tell they really take pride in what they do. I tried a plate, some energy balls, chia pudding, and muffins and they did not disappoint. I was also very happy they did not take the easy way out and rely heavily on ultra processed meat alternatives like many vegan restaurants do. I've been following this lovely young lady for awhile now on ig. I was so excited she just opened her shop on Saturday. I went for the grand opening and got the 3 pack of tacos. I'm not vegan or vegetarian but her food is so delicious. All the tacos were different but equally good. I honestly thought I wasn't going like the black beans and sweet potato taco but it was my favorite. The sweetness from the potatoes and the black beans were a perfect match. She answered all the questions we had. Got 3 items- strawberry chia pudding which was very tasty a little heavy on the chia but delicious. It reminded me of Frescas con Crema but more healthy. They have main dishes, salads, soups, pastas, wraps/burritos/sandwiches (a rotating menu) appealingly displayed in open cases to choose from. I cook plant based for my family for optimum health and was excited to try these delicious foods that I have never made. we had their po'boy sandwich, stir fry meal, bean soup and two pudding deserts one with peanut butter and chocolate ganash and the other with berries. everything was great. we loved all the flavors and spices. we will return when we visit Fresno again. I was super excited that Rappit Up! was finally open. We frequently visited the food stand any time that it was at a farmers market or event in the area, but being able to go to the restaurant and pick up lunch is priceless. Even better, since the meals are premade daily, there is no long wait for your food. This is more convenient (and much healthier) than a fast food restaurant. The inside is super cute. There are places to sit inside and a couple tables outside. Janna is so friendly and helpful with meal suggestions. 10/10 recommend that everyone try this place out! read more

I am so excited to find an amazing vegan store with ready made meals. This place does not disappoint! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make the best recommendations. I have been going in shortly after the opened and they always greet me by name! The menu changes each week and there is always so many dishes that I want to buy/devour! Just had my first visit to rappit up! The owner greeted me and was so welcoming, sweet, and super helpful explaining everything. Everything was super clean! Any questions I had she was right there to answer and gave me plenty of suggestions. We heard about this place through a friend. My husband and I always want healthy plant based options for meals instead of constantly eating out. This store is a great alternative to restaurants or other meal prep services but has flavor packed options that don't have us missing out on anything. I know that we're eating fuel packed meals for our busy lifestyle to stay healthy. We're able to stock up for most of our week so we have these great options at our fingertips.
