Our original plans were to go to Denver Biscuit Company but the wait there was too long so we ended up here. I haven't been to an Einsteins in quite awhile but I did like them when I did. Here are the Bummers: Bummer 1: Their inside dining is completely closed (there isn't any). Bummer 2: The coffee is no longer out where you have access to it and is instead behind the counter. Bummer 3: The nova lox bagel only had 2 slices of lox, did not have capers and did not come out open faced. The A-Oks: A-Ok 1: They did have some outdoor tables and chairs that were doable since it was not freezing cold out when we went. A-Ok 2: The coffee was still pretty good. A-Ok 3: The person taking our order was helpful with sharing information. So will I be back to this location? Not sure. But it has gotten me interested to see if other Einsteins are set up similarly and if my loved bagel has been downgraded. read more

Placed an online order for pickup; four breakfast bagel sandwiches, two drinks and a cinnamon roll. I went to pick it up and they had not contacted me saying they did not have the correct bagels and had not started my order. Then the worker who was at the counter was so irritated with ME because they couldn't do their job. It was useless to do an order ahead when I needed to pick them up and go! Not only did I have to wait for my entire order to be made, they forgot the cinnamon roll and we did not know until arrival to work after the pickup. I tried calling and no one ever answered... I have never been to an Einstein Bagel that had such a long wait. I ordered 6 bagel. Not toasted, just 6 bagel, didn't even order cream cheese. It took 25 minutes. Every other one I have been to will pull the box out and throw them in while I am paying. Not this one. The bagels were right behind the cashier. Could she not just throw them in the bag? We stopped at the drive thru to buy a couple of Bagels for breakfast. After ordering, we ended up waiting in line about 35 minutes. When we finally arrived at the window, the cashier repeated our order and told us our total. He didn't smile, didn't look happy, and appeared to be a little overwhelmed. He handed me my credit card and bag, said thanks, and closed the window. I used to come to this location all the time when I lived in the area and never had an issue. Today (4/30), terrible!! We walked in and there was only a father and daughter waiting for their order. The drive thru line was packed and clearly moving slow but most definitely faster than you'd wait inside the store! Placed our order for 2 bagels with schmear thinking that should be a breeze. 25 minutes later.... that father daughter waiting, got their order of 2 bagels. I was shocked thinking that maybe they had a huge order that was holding everything up. Nope, one guy making the orders, one guy taking the orders, a manager wandering around on the phone the whole time, and now a store filled with people waiting in line and/or for their orders. I get it, everyone is short staffed everywhere, but seriously, tell people as they are ordering that there is a wait! When I finally got my 2 bagels 30 minutes after ordering, the green chili bagel I ordered was burnt and literally had one little piece of green chili.... Paid extra for a specialty bagel! As I was walking out, a guy walked out of line to leave and asked me how long I waited for that order! He was not happy either. That's sad. I won't be back. read more

if I could give a rating lower than 1, I would. I have been a customer of this chain for a while. I ordered my regular egg white, avocado, tomato on a sesame bagel with spicy sauce. I've had this at many locations many times and it is my 'go to'. The sandwich from THIS location was so disgusting I couldn't even eat it. Near cold and deconstructed it self as you picked it up. The sauce was inconsistent with other location, the taste being off, almost stale. I will continue to go to the other locations that I know do a good job but will never go back to this one on the SW corner of Quebec and County line Rd ever again. read more

There's a reason why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered from this location via DoorDash recently. There was a little snow, we had a skeleton crew at our office, so I wanted to treat us to bagels and a tub of Schmear. 6 bagels and a tub of Schmear, that's it. DoorDash did their job and delivered a sealed bag...but no tub in the bag. No one wants to eat dry bagels! This wasn't like I ordered fries and they forgot ketchup!! I paid for the bagels, cream cheese, and a tip, and I'm out of pocket because they're not going to get eaten. So I drove in the snow to this location. I could see 3 people working customer service, two at the drive thru, one just standing near the drive thru. They were not that busy! I know he saw me, but continued to ignore me. Finally he asked if he could help me. I showed him my DoorDash receipt and told him I didn't get my tub of Schmear. "Ok let me grab that", grabbed one and handed it to me. No apology, nothing. Why did the apple cinnamon bagels get discontinued? The clerk said they were discontinued during Covid. I think we're well past that, so please bring them back. Service was slow and the clerk wasn't helpful. I asked for chai tea latte "extra hot" twice and he didn't respond with acknowledgement that this could/couldn't be done. Turns out they apparently can't make the drinks extra hot. I've included a picture of the chai tea latter I got: it wasn't even close to full, and lacked flavor. I easily placed my order through the app - which was quick and offered all the items you'd find in the store, with additional free items with a purchase. Also offered, dozen and 1/2 dozen bundles with various schemer's as needed. Because I wasn't jazzed about the flavors assorted in either bundle, we chose to customize our own package and settled on 8 bagels total to enjoy on Sunday and throughout the week! I'm more of a savory bagel girl and chose 2 onion bagels, 2 Everything, 2 Asiago, while my husband chose 2 cinnamon raisons. In ordering through the app, my iced coffee was free with any purchase - score! At the click of a button my order being processed so after paying online, I headed to Einstein's for pickup. Upon arrival, I didn't see my order waiting where the app stated it would be placed at my specific location. So I waited in line to speak with someone behind the counter. The woman in front of me, asked if I too, had placed an order online/via app, because her order was waiting when she arrived, but was not correct. I told her I had, and explained my order, which aligned with what she had in her hand. I took the bag and inside was 1/2 my order, toasted (which I didn't ask for) and mislabeled with the name Emily G - forgetting the additional schmere and coffee I also had ordered. By the time we reached the counter, Emily explained the situation and the woman working said "yeah that happens. I think we just got them swapped" and handed me the bag Emily had set on the counter. I get it, mistakes happen and orders get mixed up. TOTALLY FINE. However, when she tried to rush through us to the next guest, I explained I still needed a few items from my order. She asked "what do you need", despite my receipt being right in front of her and told me to grab whatever schmere I wanted and walked away. When I said I still would like my iced coffee she looked annoyed, but poured it anyway. Look, I've been a server, worked in restaurants, hell my first job ever was at an A&W restaurant, but the lack of customer service in even attempting to get my order right was a little off-putting. Sure, it was a Sunday, they were probably understaffed and about 15+ cars in the drive thru, but yikes. Had a horrible experience here this morning at the drive thru. We waited over 20 mins for our bagels. When we sat at the window, we were asked on 3 superset occasions (after ordering and paying) what our orders were. We watched the employees make tik toks at the window and gab. We didn't even end up getting our food because by the 5th time they asked for our order we were done. Einstein Bagels is right down the street from where my step-son works, so it was a very convenient drive for some breakfast. The customer service is great at the drive-thru, hence the stars. One of my good friends is responsible for the graphic design of their menus, and I would really love to support this company. But, ugh. I am, again, so disappointed with this location. Despite their attractive breakfast menu, and the fact that they offer so many choices on their menu, they are always out of everything. Today, we arrived at 9:00 am. This is my first time coming to a combined Caribu/Einstein Bagels location. I got a blended vanilla white mocha and is was delicious. The food selection is large with lots of sandwiches and pastries and they have breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The barista was very polite and quick making my beverage. I'm a fan of Einstein's Bagels, but this is a different experience. First, it's tediously slow in both the drive-thru and the store. Second, no fountain drinks. On the plus side, the decor is nice, the tables aren't crowded (since everyone is waiting in line), and the servers are very friendly. Based on the reviews, looks like this place needs some serious attention. This wasn't my first choice, but I needed a coffee shop within walking distance to do some work and get a coffee and this was the only option. It was freezing cold in the café, so I sat bundled in a jacket while I sat at a booth with my computer. I ordered an iced Americano and an avocado toast. The food came first and was super unimpressive - hardly anything on top of the bagel. My coffee still had been called by the time I finished my bagel so I had to alert the staff. They claimed it had been made, but I obviously had nothing. They begrudgingly made another. Unfortunately I couldn't even drink it because it was so cold in the café, despite the different spots I tried sitting away from vents. I'll never be back! read more
