A few weeks ago I wrote the comment below and gave a 1 star rating. Since then I returned and found the place very clean both inside and outside so I am happy to say I changed the rating to 4 stars. Would have been 5 but the air conditioner was blowing too cold for comfort. We've been there many different times and we like Einstein's but it appears the Manager of this location has no concept of cleanliness. Tables and floors are only clean when they open but then generally messy and dirty even during slow times when employees have nothing else to do. The fact that cleaning is not a priority is disrespectful! Eating outside is an option but only if you like bird poop and you have to watch where you walk because they don't clean the poop off the walkways either. I wonder if this is new management because though it's always been too cold inside I don't think it has always been this dirty. read more

Came just now to order a lox bagel I was friendly as was the young lady who took my order however I asked for extra capers and ordered my bagel to go because I'm in a hurry. So having said that I didn't have time to open the package inspect the food with the assumption that I would not get what I ordered; left and now I've only received 6 papers in total on my lox bagel. if you need to charge extra to actually give me what I ask for then I kindly ask that you do that. Otherwise it's just the norm? This is a normal order of Capers is only 3 / bagel? Such a pathetic disappointment and I won't be back back to JP's because they know what they're doing. read more

I pick up bagels for our office from here once a week. I order online in advance and they always have everything ready to go when I walk in. They are friendly, they include napkins, knives and plates in the bag and always get my orders right. They do have really great bagels and the prices are good. A baker's dozen with 2 tubs of schmear is about $15 - I think that is a great deal and the office staff is always happy. They have a large assortment of bagel varieties and everyone in our office gets something they like. This place is always busy in the mornings and afternoons. They also make great sandwhiches and coffees. read more

Customer service is the foundation to every establishment that works with customers and attention to detail would be a close second. This place has neither. One simple instruction to leave out any avocado because of a severe food allergy would be simple enough to follow on a morning when there aren't many people. I assumed wrong, and it is my fault for driving away without first checking, but then to wait another 10 min to have to talk to someone who can authorize a refund. Good thing I didn't take a bite because I'd still be waiting for them to reimburse me for my Epi-Pen and ER bill. Never again, Offerdahls around the corner is my go to from now on. read more

Serious management issue. It's the only Einstein I've seen where everything takes forever. I've seen where the store was packed, the line to pay and order kept getting longer and longer, only two people helping customers, and the manager appearing out of nowhere with food in his mouth. Uhhh! The coffee stations could use some sanitary attention as well. Whoever the owner is better start paying more attention. read more

I'm not sure what type of turkey they are using now but it's horrible. I would expect that type of turkey from a vending machine. Nothing about it says fresh. And only 2 bags of chips to chose from. Explains why it was empty during lunch time. read more

Discusting - just walked out after getting my money refunded. I watched the person making the bagel sandwiches leave the prep area, walk to the garbage can (that was overflowing) and get plastic trays to use for fresh orders. Never changed his gloves after going thru the garbage nor did the plastic trays get washed before putting new food orders on them. While I was getting my money back, I watched as new (presumably clean) trays were brought from the back.....then the dirty trays from the garbage were put on top of the clean ones. Kind of a dirty place for an Einsteins. Went in. There are three registers. I guess they only use two of them and of course no one behind the counter could direct to the open registers. 15 minute wait for a lox bagel, was barely toasted, A lackluster cashier who mumbled. Love Einstein's, but the service here sucks. We waiting over twenty minutes for our order. A lot of people were just waiting, and the staff, although nice, just wasn't really paying attention to anyone. Management- step it up! read more

Nothing much has changed. The hot drinks are wayy better than the frozen drinks. The bagel thin eggwhite with turkey sausage sandwich is delicious. Most of their sandwiches are really good. A little in the expensive side but they are always mailing coupons so we take advantage. read more

I am an Einsteins regular but not at this location. You can find me at the Plantation location on Nob Hill on any given weekend. Anyway, my Mom and I stopped in on Friday at about 6am. There were 1-2 other customers. We each ordered a egg sandwich and coffees to eat in. I also asked for a plain bagel with butter to go. I needed to repeat myself at least 3 times. It honestly took a very longtime (imagine if they were busy like Plantation...) but finally our food arrived. Sadly, as we were getting ready to leave, I noticed that the plain bagel and butter to go was toasted, even though we never requested it to be toasted. As we were in a hurry at that point to return to Memorial Hospital, we took the bagel, which my Dad would not eat. I will stick to my location and in the future, I would be more interested in eating elsewhere. This was a major disappointment. At least the coffee was done correctly. read more

Horrible service by the manager. Went in ordered two bagels one with ham, cheese and egg the other with egg and cheese. Get the order and it is switched . I can not eat ham. So the manager took back to redo the order and I watched. He just swapped out the ham from one bagel to another. I told him that and he said no we remade it. I was watching and no he never remade the bagels. I can't eat ham and it was in my sandwich why was it so hard to remake it? I would never go back. What if someone was allergic to something and you just swap it out and they get a reaction. Unbelievable! read more

Friendly staff, but having been to multiple Einsteins in Broward I can definitely say the service is a little slower than expected at this location. Ordering is never usually an issue, but it seems to take them a while to get the food out even when there is no line. read more

I have been coming here every Saturday morning for the past 4 months. Like other people have mentioned, the bagels are like round pieces of bread with a hole. Nonetheless, still delicious. I have ordered the same thing for months and can't speak for all bagels but the service here is great, the staff if friendly and have great recommendations. read more

I agree with Mark, who posted below. They're not really bagels. "Rolls with holes" is what I like to call them. They're not necessarily bad, just not really what I would think of as bagels. The whole experience is a little too cookie-cutter, big chain for me. Having said that, I do find myself going there from time to time, so I guess it isn't all bad. They offer a lot of variety, the muffins are good, the people who work there are always very friendly and it appears to be clean. If you're hungry and you're near an Einstein Bros., stop in. If you're hungry and craving a real-deal bagel, find someplace else. read more

I come here quite often, usually on weekends and there is ALWAYS a line. They rarely have poppy seed bagels and it honestly takes too long for a quick stop. However, since this is the only Bagel shop within the neighborhood (yes, JPs is down the street but NO parking there) I am forced to go here. (Hello...where are the Dunkin's in this neighborhood?) The bagels and food itself is OK as far as Einstein bagels goes, but if there were another shoppe I'd be willing to check it out. read more

Gotta say two things. First, sometimes the line is a bit long and a wait which isn't great if you're in a hurry. Second........if you don't love at least one of their coffee flavors, you should see an E N T as you are having a problem with your taste buds. Invest in their refill cup for $3 or so. Then when you use it pay only$1.39 for unlimited drink refills for your visit. Then go outside, sit down and enjoy the great weather. Join their club and get good e mail deals including egg sandwiches BOGO. ( they are very tasty) Monday, bagels are like 13 for $7. And their spinach florentines are great. read more

I've always loved the jalapeño cheddar and spinach and cheese bagels also the sesame seed with cream cheese and grape jelly is also good.

Service is great, food is good, but PLEASE clean this place. There is dust and dirt all over the service counter. Disgusting!!!!

It was my all-time favorite breakfast fast food until they switched up the way prepare egg and cheese omelettes. It deserve more than 3 stars but fewer than 4 until things get better and consistent. If you doubt my rating try the French toast. read more

Worst Einstein's ever! No garlic bagel no onion bagel, barely any bagels! And what they have out isn't worth the price. The employees could careless about fixing anything or making things right either. One customer ordered chicken salad on a bagel, he barely had a spoonful, he complained and she didn't say anything, no " you want your money back?" Didn't even offer to correct it. read more

We have been here multiple times and can not believe how slow the service is! This morning we went in for two bagels toasted with butter. We waited over 10 minutes, and witnessed one of the staff members be incredibly rude to another guest. The guests order was wrong and she asked to fix it. The server rolled her eyes! Today I walked into Einstein's , everything was normal until I got to the second register to pay for my bagel . The woman at the register was so rude and condescending It makes me so angry because I come here a lot and enjoy the wonderful bagels this woman was in the worst attitude and continued to be rude to all other customers in line I believe her name was Tatiana . I hate coming to this Einstein, always a problem. Asked for a sliced bagel, TOASTED, with spread. Take it home to find it NOT toasted and ALL the spread is in the middle. Food was great. But service was terrible. I work in hospitality and this was by far one of the worst service experiences I've ever received. Working alongside Forbes standards sets the service bar high. Definitely not used to such careless, lazy, and poorly attentive individuals. The young gentleman at the cash register taking orders did not make any type of effort in taking our order. He seemed bored and like he did not want to be there. He was looking down the entire 4 minutes we stood there asking questions about the items on the menu. He was oblivious to what anything came with and what items were available. He made no type of eye contact. His physical appearance was atrocious. He was sagging and was wearing body jewelry, his hair wasn't secured and he had overgrown facial hair. He also was not wearing a name tag and his shirt was not tucked. After finishing our disappointing interaction, we sat down and watched him make our smoothie, touching the inside of the banana that went inside my smoothie with his bare hands. No gloves and didn't even wash his hands before. As for the bagels, they were outstanding. Properly put together, very well-tasted. However, the lady who brought our food out to us was very rude. She had asked me what side I wanted with my bagel after I had already made that clear to the gentleman at the register. Him not knowing what items were available, offered me a fruit cup which was what I wanted. No big deal. I told her I wanted a fruit cup. She looked at me in disbelief and with attitude, told me "there are no fruit cups, that's why I'm offering you a different side" I told her that the young man offered me a fruit cup and her response was "well he doesn't know what we have, he's at the register"... there's more but no need to get into more detail. I've never encountered such impatient and unmotivated workers as such. Lacked communication. Operation was unsuccessful. I was very disappointed with the service. read more
