It wasn't crowded during lunch when I went on a weekday. It's new, so not sure how many people know about this one yet. It's very clean and modern. I ordered the bakers dozen box which had a special price on Mondays. Think it was $9. The special didn't include the premium bagels. I got everything, ancient grain, Asiago cheese (great for sandwiches by the way) and blueberry bagels. The blueberry bagels were very inviting and absolutely delicious and loaded with blueberries. I actually ate one in the car on the way home from my sister's house. The interior of this Einstein's reminds me of a Starbucks vibe. Not sure when the bagels got so small (the picture doesn't do it justice). I used to get Einstein's a lot and decided to try this location nearest to me. I was really surprised to see the bagel so small. I got the garlic bagel, yes I wanted it toasted but the bagel was pretty hard and a little more toasted than I've had in the past. I've come here before and loved the bagels. The drive through attendant Danielle gave me the wrong order and she noticed but said nothing. She locked eye contact with me and looked frazzled/ shocked. I thought she was waiting for me to say thank you so I did. I had to come back for my correct order and Danielle was talking to another employee instead of working. The review is based simply on my experience, not the food. This is a new location. Closest to my home. First time I visited great experience. Second time not so much. They have limited tables inside. Maybe 8 tables roughly. Today, 3 separate tables were occupied by a single employee at each table on their break just on their phone. Leaving it to be even more limited seating. Also, a lot of the employees are so loud. Their conversation is louder than the actual customers. Today my mom ordered a HOT TEA. I said it two times. The employee rung it up as a Chai tea latte. When receiving it, I noticed it had milk. They said it's a chai tea latte. I said we just wanted a hot tea. Most were confused until one worker recognized that meant on their menu, hot tea is just hot water and a tea bag. I have long anticipated this location to open as I have loved Einstein's in the past however, I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Farmhouse and it had maybe a pinch of hashbrowns on top (nothing like the pictures nor like the Memorial location), the bagel wasn't cut in half rather just off the top so it was thin and with the amount of shmear on it became soggy. The bacon was undercooked and not crispy. The cheese used wasn't melted and looked like plastic, low quality. The drive thru attendant was pleasant and served with a smile. idk what happen to this location since it opened but i always order the same thing which is just a cinnamon sugar bagel not toasted... first of all, they're suppose to put cream cheese on both half's of the bagel and they now only put so little on one side. 2nd... they toast my bagel even after i said NOT TOASTED and i emphasize no toasted. its like they do it just to annoy you!!! A bit pricy for bagels and found coffee not strong enough. Wait staff needs more training.

Food is good but I always have to wait so long in the drive thru even when it's slow! And always out of everything bagel.

Well they're OUT. My 4th time going there and the 3rd time my order ( 2 bagels sliced un-toasted was made wrong after waiting 20 minutes. To make it worse I double checked with the cashier when I noticed that my receipt didn't say un-toasted and she assured me the full instructions printed for prep.
