Poppy seed bagel, jalapeño cheddar and forgot what my sister got. All good egg and cheese bagels

The review is based simply on my experience, not the food. This is a new location. Closest to my home. First time I visited great experience. Second time not so much. They have limited tables inside. Maybe 8 tables roughly. Today, 3 separate tables were occupied by a single employee at each table on their break just on their phone. Leaving it to be even more limited seating. Also, a lot of the employees are so loud. Their conversation is louder than the actual customers. Today my mom ordered a HOT TEA. I said it two times. The employee rung it up as a Chai tea latte. When receiving it, I noticed it had milk. They said it's a chai tea latte. I said we just wanted a hot tea. Most were confused until one worker recognized that meant on their menu, hot tea is just hot water and a tea bag. Can't say I won't be back, but maybe drive thru or maybe I will just go to Krogers and get the Einstein bagels there most of the times and make it myself.

idk what happen to this location since it opened but i always order the same thing which is just a cinnamon sugar bagel not toasted... first of all, they're suppose to put cream cheese on both half's of the bagel and they now only put so little on one side. 2nd... they toast my bagel even after i said NOT TOASTED and i emphasize no toasted. its like they do it just to annoy you!!! EVERY TIME! not only that but the wait time is SOOOO long thru the drive thru. like if yall are gonna take long at least take long to do it right... window people move like sloths when i give cash makes me not want to pay w cash. maybe that's their goal... i included pictures of the last 2 times ive been where you can clearly see they toasted it and how little cream cheese they put now... other location LOAD it w cream cheese. so not sure why this location doesn't

Still in line more than ten mins

A bit pricy for bagels and found coffee not strong enough. Wait staff needs more training.

I pulled forward to place my order and there was a human! A very courteous and knowledgeable young man there to help answer all my questions and make recommendations. I mentioned it was my first time so it would take me a bit of time to he said no problem and started walking me through the menu and recommending options based on my answers to his questions. I settled on the double bacon burger with avocados and tater tots with barbecue sauce for dipping and a flavored lemonade. He offered to add a jaggers sauce and explained with the expertise of a trained sommelier the ingredients and flavor profile of said sauce. True to his word, it was indeed smokey with a hint of pepper. The line moved quickly, payment was easy, and I was on my way. The burger was juicy and had all the right proportions for the condiments. I checked and it had mayonnaise and mustard, but it was still a bit bland. In hindsight, I should have added some of the jaggers sauce, but I didn't want the sauce to overpower the avocado and bacon flavors. Tots were good and seasoned. The drink was about 1/3 beverage and 2/3 ice so I made a mental note to ask for light ice next time. Overall, great meal with lots of options to try later. Excellent customer service and a great first impression. This was a car in the driveway after a long day meal so unfortunately, I didn't take pictures.

Sando Satori absolutely lived up to the hype. Considering everything was made fresh to order and we…read moreordered 4 hot sandwiches plus 2 drinks, the wait time was honestly very reasonable. The drinks were fantastic. The strawberry matcha and cloud lavender matcha were perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and you could still truly taste the matcha instead of just sugar. For the food, the ebi and chicken katsu sandos were incredible. Both came out hot, crispy, and packed with flavor, while the bread was unbelievably soft and fluffy. The egg sandos were also excellent, and I loved the addition of the soft-boiled eggs because it added both great texture and presentation. The biggest surprise for me was the strawberry cream sando. That thing was AMAZING. The bread was slightly sweet and different from the hot sandos, which made it pair perfectly with the cream and strawberries. Honestly, everything was so good that we completely inhaled the food before even thinking about taking photos. Definitely one of the best sando spots I've tried, and I'll absolutely be back.

Plus triangle-cut sandwiches taste better lol. The sliced Chicken Katsu pieces were thick, juicy, and super crispy. Amazing bread too, light and spongy, with the crusts cut off. Nice additions inside - the savory sauce had just a hint of spice and the shredded cabbage was crunchy and fresh. Mango Cream Sando - the cream inside was light and airy, with subtle sweetness. Paired well with the sweet and fresh mango. Great dessert sandwich to finish off the meal. For drinks, they have a large assortment of coffee, tea, matcha, soda refresher, slush, and more. We got the Ube Cream Coffee, which was one of their popular drinks (had a star next to it on the menu). The coffee itself was super rich, like classic Vietnamese coffee. Interesting twist with the Ube Cream on top. Fluffy and cloud-like with nice Ube flavor. I'm glad they gave a lot (1/3 of cup), since it was yummy and made the drink more creamy. Love the book wall, it goes up to the ceiling with floating books too. The interior gives such cozy vibes, especially with the dark wood tables and shelves. Fast service - no wait to place my order and all my food was ready after checking out the decor. They have a small sando menu but they have mastered them well, so it's easy to pick from the short list. Lovely to grab a sandwich and coffee here to relax!

I had a pastrami reuben and this was probably the best sandwich I had while in Texas…read more The meat was delicious and plentiful, the bread nice and fresh and that made for one tasty sandwich.

I'm going to withhold torrential criticism of this establishment since I am new to it and I don't…read morewant to discourage folks however there are certain cautions that I think folks considering Harvey's should bear in mind. There is a dine in option however the place is relatively small and they have quite a busy "To Go" service so it is akin the having a meal along a busy sidewalk. Please don't misunderstand, if your option is to consume your meal in a facility or in your car it is likely more convenient but that ends the contrast. Because it is o "To Go" oriented for instance if you order gumbo (which I did) you will be given a small plastic spoon and salad (which I ordered) will be segregated (Like olives grouped together, feta grouped etc. ) in a container "To Go" container making it impossible to 'toss' without making a mess or using your hands. Let's address food which I have mentioned. Gumbo is akin to a Manhattan style fish chowder, not objectionable however not gumbo. The Greek Salad I gave already described with the addition of the fact that my dressing had solidified. When I pointed it out to the folks taking orders it was replaced however in this respect I'm glad I ate in...without a microwave it would not have liquified. Look, I am not an idealist, This is a sandwich "To Go" place I don't fault the owners at trying to make every square inch of a rental place earn money however the 'dine in' option is a convenience not an ambience. The 'gumbo' was not and the salad was a generous portion of lettuce, fresh vegetables, adequate feta however the initial dressing and the serving container for 'eat in' was disappointing. Next time I will order a sandwich which is a Deli goal.
