It's okay. Prices are decent, the online ordering system is easy and seamless, and the place is nice enough - open bathrooms, wifi, outlets, and a decent amount of seating. I ordered online and was quoted a wait time of 15-20 minutes. My order was ready when I got there about 15 minutes later. I bought a fountain drink when I was there as well and the employee kindly gave me a large cup despite me ordering a medium. The fountain soda was bizarrely flat though. I'm aware this sounds like an odd complaint but I've never experienced this before. My bagel sandwich was okay. I had a bacon, egg white, and cheese sandwich on everything. I love that they don't upcharge for egg whites - a rarity and very appreciated. The bagel was a bit small and unimpressive although I lived in NYC for about 6 years so I admit my standards are high. The eggs were cooked well but the bacon was a bit limp. My meal also came with a hash brown and muffin. Both were fine - I didn't love the style of hash brown which was more of a fried mashed potato but that's personal preference. Overall I would go back. They were low on bagels but had a good amount of Wheat and Grain in stock. Interesting visit a couple days ago. This is our usual bagel stop and we very seldom have a negative experience. But on this visit we were provided food and a show. The lady that was taking orders at one end of the counter had a very loud voice and she was yelling at coworkers in the office area and at the drive through window. She had a particular problem with a younger coworker at the drive through window and was telling her to come down to her if she needled to say something. The lady with the loud voice was not speaking in a mean way but her voice could be heard everywhere. It was very annoying. Yes we could have left but I wasn't planning on eating in my car. Worst place ever. On 11/8/25 was screamed at for coming in the door when apparently inside service was closed. No note and door open. Lady screamed at me and a man with kids to get out they weren't open. This is unacceptable for a business that depends on the public to stay open. So I decided to give Einstein one more chance. After having an order of bagels that were under proofed and under cooked. I ordered a dozen bagels. The bagels are definitely a different texture (not as good as usual) and they are ridiculously small compared to the Einstein of a few years ago. Please, I know costs have increased..... but I will pay whatever for a good bagel if you ever go back to the quality you once had. I also ordered an egg and bacon bagel. If you ever do try one, look at the photo on their drive thru display and then look at what you get. The food I got was good but I don't think I'll go here again due to poor service I placed an 1 item online order to be ready 8:20am the other day. I got there at 8:30am & I didn't see it on the little "online order stand" and I asked went up to the counter and told them my name and asked about it & they said "oh we're still working on it". Rude. Rude. Rude. My husband and I were in line for the drive-thru. It was 4 cars long (we were the last car) and was taking a while but we weren't in a hurry so we didn't mind. After one car got through, an Einstein employee came out and visited each car in line explaining that they were closing the drive-thru but we could stay and they would still serve us. He was very polite. We get to speaker and the lady working it apologized and said the drive-thru was closed and we'd have to come inside. When my husband explained that the guy told us we'd still be served, she got RUDE AND ACCUSED HIM OF LYING, saying "you were not in line when he came around." When my husband reiterated that we were, she said "well, I'm really busy so you'll have to come inside." No apology for accusing us of lying. No apology at all. We took our business elsewhere and will not be back. Perhaps, this business should focus on training their employees on good customer service. Great quality food great taste but sadly waiting as long as you do here is wrong especially for the volume of cars there were only two cars in the driveway and we waited almost 15 minutes during what should be a high-volume time with enough Staffing to handle that. This was my first visit to this location and it had been a while since I had been to an Einstein Bagels. The selection of bagel sandwiches and meal choices was more than I expected and included both breakfast bagels and lunch choices as well. The refrigerated beverage area had a nice variety and had more than enough choices from different flavors of juice, milk, water, pop, cream cheese etc.... The beverage station had a nice selection of coffees, iced teas and of course the standard Coca Cola beverage machine. I like the big take out containers for coffee to serve to large groups. I ordered the Cheddar Cheese Egg Sandwich which comes on a plain bagel or you can upgrade your bagel choice for a small additional fee. It was very good but my only wish would be that the cheese be melted a bit more because I felt it was barely melted and still looked on the colder side on my nice warm sandwich. The interior seemed warm and inviting and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I also liked the outdoor seating area which had umbrellas that offered shade from the hot sun. The main thing I always look for is cleanliness and this place was clean and I could tell it was kept up nicely except for........ and I've seen this at multiple restaurants---- the front door and windows. This is the first and last impression of an eating establishment and it's not going to win points if the entry way isn't cleaned often when there's 'down' time to clean them in between customer visits. So for this I had to take away a star because I dislike seeing dirty windows filled with fingerprints upon entering a place where I'll be eating. Just as bathrooms should be checked for cleanliness, so should windows. Would I return? Of course I will. It's a nice change from the ordinary places! read more

Tis a really rare occasion a bagel even crosses my mind but i stopped here today and this lox bagel saved my life. I mean this bagel swept me off my feet. Today. Im not saying it would do that any other day, but today, it got me right in betwixt me feels. AND it was decorated in capers. Any excuse you can find to put capers on a thing is a good one. The lox bagel can cuz he mixes it with love and makes the world taste good. And i had a BOGO coupon so when i was done there was a whole other lox bagel for an encore. Woof! Sat on this review for some time... longer than the typical wait during the drive through... which is a long time... on multiple occasions. If I were to estimate, the last 4 visits I have spent roughly 15-20 minutes (on average, one time was over 30 minutes...) and received my correct order only once. And it's typically just bagels and coffee. Seems that when you ask for bagels to be sliced there is a 50/50 chance you get it sliced. Today there were no "sleeves" for the coffee cup and told to be careful. On one occasion I got up to the window and was told they were out of my order and suggested other items... after waiting that long! Ordered an egg sandwich today, which was actually not terrible... and whoever sliced the sandwich in half didn't cut through the bottom half of the sandwich. What a surprise when I went to eat it in the car. Hoping management can use this as a teachable moment and figure the line situation out. Reserve a space for large orders to wait or something. I am hoping to return to this review and update the rating from a 1 star in the future. read more

Poorly run franchise, they are always under staffed. The drive thru area is so narrow and the speed in which they turn over each drive-they customer is so slow I have been stuck in the line for over twenty minutes on numerous occasion. For instance; today I pulled in because I noticed not a single car in the drive thru line. I pull up, only to be told to wait... 10 minutes before they took my order, by that time 5 other cars were waiting and one even honked thinking it was me that was holding up the line. They need to get more people or better management. I can't believe they are able to stay open. AND to really top off the experience, when o drove home to eat my bagel (the bacon, avocado, tomato and egg white) they forgot to put the egg on it! I purchased at this location on September 2nd. I attempted to purchase through the app, but it wasn't working. The store said this happens at their store (happens at another one as well). I had to purchase directly at the store. A few days later I realized that although the app kept showing an error (employees and manager saw it), I was charged twice, with the store price being a higher amount. I called the store and no one answered. I went to this location, and the manager says she can't refund my money as the money ended up in the wallet. I called several numbers for corporate, but there is no number they will answer. I completed the online customer support twice and did not receive a response. the owner is in here telling people to reach out, but they don't respond. The company knows the app is defective and won't fix it. I am now out of $17.21 with the manager telling me I can come back and order - telling me what I can do with my own money after already spending over $20 on the same day. They need to be sued over the app issues and lack of accountability. read more

I cannot speak to the entire menu, but as far as bagels and cream cheese goes, you can't beat Einstein Brothers Bagels. Their cheddar jalapeño bagel toasted with plain shmear is, in my opinion, heaven-sent. If you are looking for something that you can pop in your mouth while you drive, go for a few shmearfuls. They are SO GOOD. This particular location has great service. Drive-thru can get busy; you're often better off just going inside to place your order. read more

As it has been mentioned in several previous reviews, I too have spent an absurd amount of time in the drive thru, both during and off peak hours. This morning for example, I pulled in and placed my order immediately only to turn the corner and see three cars ahead of me waiting to be served. I watched people park and walk in only to walk out a few minutes later. After 15 minutes went by, I finally pulled up to pay and receive my coffee. I paid and then watched at the staff member made a coffee for someone waiting in line. After that person walked back out to their car, she started on mine. Another 3 minutes later, I was driving away. How it took 20 minutes to get through 4 cars in the drive thru is beyond me. There were at least 3 people working. My takeaway was that parking and walking in takes substantially less time than the drive thru. I'm 8 months pregnant so I'm going elsewhere. It's a shame because the coffee and espresso is very, very good and I've always loved their bagels. read more
