    Brisket breakfast sandwich

Order in app, pick up in drive thru or dine n/carry out. Very efficient process. Welcoming service during my drive thru service today. First time brisket breakfast bagel. WOW, delicious. Very filling. Selected Green Chili bagel for extra flavor. Perfect texture/flavor. Was not expecting a pillowy soft bagel - excellent texture. Spicy mayo brings a nice kick. Recommend this location and sandwich.

I'd like to thank @EinsteinBagels for their truly shitty job of making my bagel this morning. What did she do? Wave the cream cheese over the top and say, "that's good". Now what the hell am I supposed to do with a dry, hard bagel? Crap.

Oh how I've missed Einstein's bagels! We've lived in Phoenix and stopped by often to enjoy these delish bites of heaven and missed them in Denver. Yesterday we drove by this location Tucson and decided to come in early today. No regrets. Nope. They didn't have what my guy and I absolutely love, cinnamon raisin and onion bagels, but when I asked they had some in the back. Yea! A Bakers Dozen with two schmears are coming home with us. Well, after we eat one inside of course. The best part? They were still warm! I love the variety and the menu. Sandwiches made with bagels, egg sandwiches, breakfast, lunch, they cover it all. Oh yes, we'll be back! BTW:My only gripe? Three different vehicles overlapping into the Handicap parking while we ate a bagel and drink here.

    a bagel with no hole.

we come here pretty religiously. we used to like to have an easy morning, sit outside with some fresh bagels... watch the cars. but they recently got rid of the outdoor seating. also, the a/c is cranked up, so sitting inside is uncomfortable too. I guess we will have to pause this family tradition for a few months. I hope they bring back the outside chairs and tables. also, my bagel had no hole?

They hella skimped me on the cream cheese like bruh what is this? I'm confused why it's mostly only on one side, shouldnt they put cream cheese on both sides orrrr??? The customer service was nice but sad they skimped on the cream cheese

We don't have an Einstein bros in the 50th state so I was super excited to be visiting and be able to stop and get a bagel and my favorite smoothie. We drove through the drive thru unsure whether the store was open or not and the worker who helped us was really quick and helped us with our order since it was my moms first time. We also may have forgotten to order another smoothie and he was more than happy to get us what we wanted. Also great recommendation, loved the farmhouse bagel. Great service

This location didn't clean any tables.

Bagels to die for. My only issue is, there's no Einstein Bros location on the east side of Tucson.

The line was the usual long line and with my dog, was much better as people talk and pet dogs in line and it went fairly fast. The line was in shade with the nearby tree so it made it that much better. The ambiance is the misters around that are welcomed by all, the pretty tree and greenery and fencing and signage they have used to decorate this small outdoor place so well. The shaded and covered tables outside had various chairs and enough space for people to rotate in and out- esp with our dogs that love the cool brick to lie on:) Now, the absolute best part is the food- still amazingly worth waiting for and delicious!! I got the burrito( basic has potato, egg, beans , cheese) and the protein I added was bacon and extra was guac. Also got the 16oz Dirty Chai. My friend came for first time and was surprised to open her order and find two burritos- I knew and wanted to see her face- she loved the taste and the fact she had lunch or dinner later as one truly is so full of deliciousness- it fills you up! We each had one we took home ! This place- just a treat for anyone wanting fantastic and pure local service and food! Highly recommend!!!

I wouldn't say that it is top of the line cooking, but it is very delicious and definitely worth a visit this side of town. Parking can be a little challenging, they do share a parking lot with other businesses, but close in, there are not that many spots. Service is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Interesting atmosphere with flamingos galore and other things decorating the inside. Gives it somewhat of a party and fun feel. Food comes out in a timely manner even when they are very busy. Prices are reasonable. Give it a try, I think you'll like it. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

(well once in taste, but I'll get to that) They have great in-house made items. Like the Challa bread, the preserves, their pesto. They most certainly know what they're doing. I had unseasoned filet mignon once, I believe it was the omelette. I talked to the manager. Now I wasnt upset, didn't send it back, I just told them what I experienced and mused that I found it odd the cook forgot a simple thing like salt. The manager acknowledged my complaint and that was all; or at least I was fine. Nope, she came back with a to-go box of croissants topped with cream and berries as an apology. They were tremendous by the way. She didn't have to do that. The ambiance is it's only weak point, but even that is minor. Simple black is fine. It's modern feeling and doesn't stand out loudly. They have outdoor seating, which early in the morning is fine, but id avoid in the summer, which will likely mean you'll be waiting, depending on the time. Oh! I forgot to mention, they have very good drinks. They really are intentional about the blend of flavors, they have a little something for everyone. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's been a shining star amongst Tucson restaurants and I am grateful they exist. Even to how they organize their menu partly by flavor profiles shows they genuinely LOVE food. This might be first come first served but I am not totally sure. The food is a really good spread of options. Pancakes, german pancakes, french toast, eggs benedict(s) monte cristo, omelets, croque madame, country chicken with biscuits and sausage gravy, chilaquiles con pollo, avocado toast, savory crepe, and even a breakfast pizza. Oh and they offer a few skillet options too-southwest, loaded baked potato, and sausage and peppers skillet. So many options!! I can't speak too much for lunch but I did see burgers on the menu. Not too helpful in that arena sorry. The eggs Benedict with ham was awesome. Side of potatoes with a bit of all seasoning and a side salad with awesome light dressing comes with it. The dutch baby was also great. A german pancake served savory with sausage. Huge portion. We came during May, when it starts to get warm, but he did well since there is a good amount of shade out on their patio and they provided a nice big water bowl for our special boy. The staff also were kind enough to move one of our chairs out of the way so our dog had lots of room to lay down. Staff were all very kind and never seemed annoyed with the dog (you can always tell at a restaurant if they are, and they were very happy to accommodate him). Very dog friendly!! The food: We gotta talk about their French onion soup. It was pretty dang delicious! The broth itself is quite nice, a nice cheese portion, and the baguette was divine. I also had their French Connection sandwich (with a side of fries), and it had a great combo of ooey, gooey cheese, firm and flavorful ham, and served on a really delicious loaf. Really solid fries, too. We didn't end up getting any drinks but saw several people ordering yummy looking bites.
