My whole family LOVES bagels from Einstein Bros. We love how many selections they have and all the smers. Today we went because I heard they had a Dairy-Free shmear for those of us who have allergies. Unfortunately, they didn't carry it anymore so that was a bust. If you would like to know if your local Einstein Bros has the Dairy-Free smear, definitely call ahead of time to ask. We still enjoyed our bagels and my Wife and nephew loved their green iced tea! Another awesome thing is that we saw was that they also carry bagels for pups!! That was too cool to pass up so we bought some. Our little Husky loved it! read more

Yay, I'm so excited there is an Einstein's in Tucson that is not on Ina/Sunrise (or in the UofA student union). As far as chain bagel stores go they're pretty good. I've always liked their bagel flavors at all their locations as well as their schmears. If there was a local tasty bagel spot in Tucson sure I'd be a fan, but there isn't so I have no shame in my love of Einsteins. This one is brand new, very clean and very efficient. It also has a drive thru which I kind of love. We were through the drive through in under 5 minutes on a Sunday morning. Love. read more

The service was alright for the most part. They usually have great bagels, but I had to wait an extra 25 minutes for bagels that I ordered to finish baking and they ended up being very gummy and a little wet inside, not being fully baked all the way. Disappointing. read more

I'm writing this in the hopes that the manager will read it and ACTUALLY return my call. I was last at this location several months ago, and had an absolutely ridiculous experience. In the past when I've ordered there, you can choose a bagel and "build a sandwich" and they charge you for whatever extra you add on to it. I get a simple sesame bagel with cheese, two veggies, and bacon. You'd think that would be around $4.50 or so, assuming the veggies are 50 cents each and the bacon maybe $1.50, etc. I went to the drive thru at this location at 4:37 pm and ordered two of the same of the above sandwich. When I pulled forward and handed over my card, I was charged around $15 for them and given pasta salad. When I inquired as to why it was so much, the drive thru attendant responded "Thats just how we charge now." even though their menu still boldly said "Build Your Own Sandwich". I politely replied that I didn't want extra sides and just wanted to be charged for the sandwiches individually and not as a meal. I was told "we cant do that", which is baloney. I asked to speak to the manager, who came to the window and appeared as uninterested as the guy who took my order. I explained the situation and asked for either a refund of my money or to be charged correctly. The manager stated that she was not allowed to issue refunds. How can the manager not be allowed to give refunds? She stated she needed a second manager to approve the refund, and that "she couldn't help me because they were closing." even though it was not close to 5. She rudely took my phone number, said they would contact me, and no one ever did. I know it's a corporate store, but at least hire some people who care about their jobs and aren't actively trying to piss people off. Shame on you Einsteins. read more

soooooo good. my first time going through drive thru. i simply asked for a plain bagel with strawberry spread and they asked if u wanted it toasted. i said yes. it was nice and warm and a little crunchy. got a good amount of spread (it's a common problem from other reviews) the guy was nice. i will come back and try more. only downside is lobby is closed. read more

I ordered the avocado toast bagel and it was poorly put together. Taste was ok, however the presentation was super poor. There was barely any Avocado the bagel. If I Order an avocado toast bagel I want it to be full of avocados. This bagel doesn't care about me just Einstein Bros. read more

Einstein Bagels is one of the best. Sure, those Safeway 50-cent jalapeno cheese bagels are wonderful, but Einstein's are more doughy. This location has more nutritious options too like whole grain bagels and power protein bars (14 grams of protein). The coffeecake and cinnamon twists look awesome. I think it is $3.25 for a bagel and lots of cream cheese "schmear." Discounted bagels from 3-5 pm. This location has been open for two weeks. Grand opening week this week. Usually I go to Bruegger's for my bagel fix but I decided to try a new place. It turned into a very tragic and upsetting experience all because the food and drink was horrendous. Tragically disgusting. I,to this day, can't even put my finger on what went wrong or why it was gross. I ordered the onion bagel (not toasted) with jalapeño cream cheese. So I'm used to jalapeño cream cheese being cream cheese and jalepeno pieces. No this had the taste, color and texture of pimento cheese with jalepeno pieces in it. I asked the employee if she was sure it was jalepeno cream cheese spread and she said yes. After looking online it was a cheddar spread. Maybe this is a normal thing and I'm just lost in the sauce but it was nasty. Then I ordered a white chocolate mocha. I'm not sure if it was a crappy brand of coffee or the white chocolate syrup but it was horrible. It was bad to the point where I couldn't take full sips. I opted to let the cheddar jalepeno spread burn the lips off of my face. Finally, I had the spinach, mushroom and Swiss egg sandwich with two eggs. The mushrooms ruined every aspect of it. I became nauseous and just threw it in the trash. I wish I could explain the taste but I honestly can't. It was just devistatingly bad to the point of no return. But I know everyone has different taste and I am the dramatic type so all I will say is go try them for yourself if you truly want to. read more

This business is getting 5 stars from me solely because of the young lady in the drive-thru. Her name, and please excuse the spelling, as I am not sure, is named Zaida. I go through the Drive Thru at least 3 times a week and that young lady is ALWAYS so pleasant. So nice! When it's her day off, the drive thru is just another drive through. She smiles. She engages each customer in conversation but stays efficient. She sets the standard for customer service and is an asset to the Einstein Bros Team. She keeps us coming back! Thank you! read more

I go here a lot as I live nearby and I have NEVER had a bad customer service experience. They are always friendly even when it is early in he morning. Quality wise it is about the same as other Einstein chains I've been to. I recently tried their cold brewed caramel coffee and it was outstanding. read more

I'm a bagel freak. I love bagels, and love bagel sandwiches (I have New York in my blood btw).... I normally go to Brueggers but decided to change things up a bit. I ordered the chicken, spinach, and artichoke bagel. Overall, it was a good sandwich but there was something I didn't like. I don't know why they insist upon using a bagel with baked on, burnt cheese and dead spinach... There was already fresh spinnach, mozzarella, and cream cheese in the sandwich. A plain bagel was more than enough. My verdict: If you must go, go ahead. But, don't expect it to be as good as Bruegger's or a local, hole in the wall bagel joint. Though I wouldn't have thought it was possible, the "bagels" here are even worse than those at Bruegger's. Not really bagels at all, the ones I got were roughly the same density as Wonder Bread, and they were filled with air pockets. They were also almost completely flavorless, apart from the burnt garlic bits on the outside. (I ordered onion, but let's just say the guy behind the counter was no Einstein.) read more

We go to this place because it is the closest location (which is still pretty far from us), but we will be going elsewhere from now on. My husband went this morning and asked for 10 everything bagels and the woman said there were eight fresh ones in the back. She packed them in the back and he didn't think to check, but when he got home, we found 8 plain bagels and no everything. I don't know who confuses 'everything' with 'plain', but it's a bit ridiculous. This is the last time we give this store a chance, especially since they are usually out of everything bagels anyway! read more

The bagels are terrible... they are not even real bagels. I had eaten bagels at this business well over a decade ago and remember them being good... something seems to have changed. The bagels are airy and soft like a doughnut... the bagel squeezes flat between your teeth before you even cut into it and are not dense at all, completely different than an actual bagel. read more

I've stopped at this location twice, several months apart and both times I've had to wait a very long time for an untoasted bagel with cream cheese to go. The drive through had several cars in it which is why I go in but still had to wait too long considering there was only one person in front of me in line. The biggest issue I have with them is that they are super skimpy with the cream cheese. The first time I thought it was an error when I got home and found there was about a teaspoon of cream cheese on it. Even after I spread it around very thinly it didn't even cover the bagel. Went back this morning and same thing, long wait and a really small amount of cheese. Next time I'll just spend the time I would be waiting and drive to Brueggers. read more
