The bagel was so underbaked it was two shades darker than pale white and it was doughy in the center. This visit I ordered Bart's Bag, which consists of a healthy portion of roasted turkey, brie, lettuce, tomato and red onion, all on a housemade baguette. Super yummy! Service was super fast and friendly, at all levels: ordering, delivering food to my table, even when requesting a to-go container for the half of the sandwich I couldn't finish. The set up can be tricky for those who are unfamiliar with the process but you go in and grab one of the slips (whichever one has what you want on it-some slips are for plain bagels, some slips are for breakfast bagels, lunch bagels, signature bagels, you get the idea) then you put your name on that and toss it in a little cubby! The workers behind the glass then grab your slip and make your food and call your name when it's Time to go to the register and pay. Cafe con Leche is located in the American Eat Co. food hall. The location opened promptly 8 am. An employee of Cafe con Leche greeted my co-workers and I with positive vibes. I immediately ordered a 16 oz Cafe con Leche, however the location was out of their house coffee. I was disappointed to say the least, but I was given multiple recommendations for other menu items to try. I ended up trying the Cubano Latte, which was flavorsome. It's definitely worth trying. The ambience of the location is chill. I love the colors and the display of the business. I absolutely plan to visit this location again the next time that I am in Tucson.
