Student and a diabetic here, wanted to get a little treat for myself. Ordered a double egg white, bacon, tomato, and avocado sandwich. in the drive thru. first of all, the bagel was wrapped so poorly, it fell out of the wrapping into the bag effectively getting avocado EVERYWHERE. The bottom half is not sliced through, so I had to rip into it, and everything on the sandwich is soggy and cold. Fantastic. Best 10 whole dollars I've ever spent. Will not be back. We drove through the drive through at this location and were profoundly disappointed. We ordered two everything bagels toasted with veggie and scallion cream cheese. What we received for over 9.00 wasn't even close to our expectations. I understand this place is busy. However, telling a customer to wait to order at the register just so you could catch up on your orders is pretty ridiculous. Keep it flowing, let us wait at the table after we order. They definitely had a morning rush here and workers were not friendly. I ordered the Lox, they give you quite a bit of salmon. It was good but not the best. I didn't realize I have to tell them to toast the bagel. That was my fault... I should've specified. Hubby loved his bagel which he ordered with cream cheese on the side. They spread TONS of cream cheese if you order it with cream cheese on it. I stopped by here to grab bagels for my staff. I hit the drive through and was surprised how quick it was. (It was also like 645 am). I did a bagel box with 2 cream cheese tubs. I asked for napkins and knives and they gave me a bag with 1 knife. Kind of annoying for a dozen uncut bagels. I'm not a fan of the texture of their bagels or flavored cream cheese but the staff appreciated it. This style of bagel is definitely a preference. read more

So I went in and at first had the luxury problem of trying to pick out a flavor of bagel and flavor of cream cheese. They have an excellent selection with alot of combinations that I had never thought of before. I tried something new by selecting the french toast bagel with plain cream cheese. I would have posted a picture of my "all nighter" bagel Sammie but I killed it in 5 minutes. It's one of their most popular sandwiches and I totally see why. I ordered through DoorDash, and despite it being for delivery (I believe most delivered food is partial trash by the time you receive it), it was hot and tasty. Definitely a great way to start my Friday morning. They open super early too so that's a bonus. Especially for those of us who wake up thinking immediately about food. I don't know why I keep coming back. Each time I'm met with rude customer service and I get to watch as they prioritize 1 line over the rest. Today I decided I could order ahead and maybe skip the rude service and a long wait. Boy was I wrong. After waiting 35 minutes a guy slaps a bag on the counter and walks away. Luckily I decided to walk up and see that it was mine. After leaving I discovered a lukewarm sandwich and 2 bagels untoasted with cream cheese. So glad to waste my money and 35 minutes of my day. Gotta a sandwich to go and brought it home. What a Horrible excuse for a sandwich! It was totally soggy... I asked for toasted; it was Untoasted. I told the girl at the window I don't eat hummus because I'm allergic to the ingredients; It came with hummus. I said I didn't need the pickle; Pickles there was. To top it all off, the three pickle slices in a wrapped up piece of paper, and thrown on top of the sandwich in the bag. Resulting in, I'm unsure, but I do believe that was the main reason my sandwich was such a soggy. WHAT IS MORE, the Bagel didn't even have a hole! I'm also unsure of what part of "unclear" my order was, because she had me drive up to the window to order instead of the speaker because she said she couldn't hear me at the speaker. Apparently she couldn't hear me at the window either! When I came home, I ended up scraping all the toppings off and toasting it myself. It was at least crunchy on on side. The interior never did get dry. Plus, the hummus was gritty. I added my own cream cheese and the veggie it came with. It wasn't the best, but at least it wasn't a total disaster. Drive thru took 36 mins! Very busy and under staffed. I let it go because the food is so good. This time I asked for a breakfast sandwich. Bacon, avocado and egg sandwich. I finally got to window paid and left. I ate my sandwich and they completely left the bacon off it. No flavor and they charged me full price for it. Disappointed . I used to love coming to this location, but for the last few months there's been a little problem with every visit. Either they forget to give me my chips with the order, or the pickle. Sometimes they give me napkins, sometimes they don't. Team members usually always have that "I don't want you here because that means I actually have to do my job" attitude and it really makes me feel guilty for showing up. I always order ahead on the app now but there's literally always something missing from my order. Today I found a hair in the middle of my bagel, chips were missing, and tomatoes were mushy. I've been trying, SO hard to love this place. The staff is lovely; they work hard-ish, very polite, and you can tell they're hustling- Hence the 2 stars. But the bagel sandwiches are and have been disappointing all 4 times I've been here. Its just too expensive for the mediocre crap you end up with. The bacon is straight up (McDonald's quality"... This is what I waited in line for? So sloppily made and wrapped half open so half fell out to the floor. Then I too a bite of what was left, and mind you, we are vegan so I asked to sub the shmear that we can't have, with extra avocado. They charged me $1.29 for each bagel for "extra" avocado, and literally there was no difference. Not even a quarter of an avocado and that was "extra?" Then you get half a tomato slice, one cucumber slice, too many red onions (that is asked to leave off by the way), andostly soggy lettuce leaves. No seasoning. All on a tasteless sesame bagel that wasn't toasted as if also asked. So basically, for $7 I got half of a tasteless pile of doughy nothingness. read more

I went to this location and ordered a nova lox and was told that there wasn't anymore. Then was told after picking another food item that I really had my heart set on nova lox, the worker admitted to me that the person who prepares salmon doesn't have any ready and they are twenty minutes from closing. If the store is still open and the customer wants an order it should be made. It's one thing to be out of an item and another when the item is there and they don't want to prepare it because it's twenty minutes before closing. The bathroom at this location is outrageous. In the men's room, there is a hook on the door that constantly falls off, and the cover on the toilet paper constantly falls off. Additionally, the door doesn't open or shut smoothly (staff frequently tell customers waiting for the men's room that it is open because the door is so difficult to open that it appears in use). Query: have you called any professionals about fixing the door? I am going to go with no. How did it get so far out of true? A few weeks ago, I overheard a young attractive girl loudly tell her teammates that the store was being audited. She mentioned something about cleaning up behind the counter. Staff often talk loudly to one another behind the counter. I work on my laptop at a table, but the table is unstable and moves from side to side. The other day, I overheard a guy from the gym come in and complain that 100% of the time, the store is out of his favorite bagel. Finally, the other day, I came in at my usual time. A customer was told that the store was out of a certain bagel that she wanted, but staff did not offer an apology. The line was long when I arrived, so I worked at my laptop for a bit. When the line was down to one, I returned, but after that customer was served, waitstaff completely ignored me as the line grew. This took about three minutes. No one acknowledged us because they obviously did not care, and when I asked the woman behind me whether lines are normally like this here, she was also very unhappy. This is my favorite spot to get bagels but today I had a bad experience with the staff. I placed an order through the app and went to the drive through. Understandably, she told me it would be a 5 minute wait because I just placed the order. I was fine with that, but she told me I had to leave the drive through even though no one was there! I parked for about 5 minutes and when I came back, there was a huge line! I had to wait 20 minutes to get my bagel that was done 15 minutes ago... I don't see why she made me leave if it's the same as ordering without the app (and I only ordered two bagels). I couldn't even park because the lot is small and shared with the other places. read more

Had to change my rating as I am a Little confused. We arrived at 1:25(Saturday), in line, to place order at 1:35. Was informed no fountain drinks and no eggs(ran out of eggs)??????? Also informed they close soon (2:00). So I guess a truck came in middle of the night, as my friend had a breakfast sandwich (with egg) and a drink?
