First thing I noticed when I walked in was the dirty floors but nothing a vacuum can't fix. The employees chatting away like high schoolers but weren't; were slow to ask us about our order. Every surface had spilled fluids on it, the tables, chairs, floors and serving machine. There was small debris and dirt under the bagel area counters. If the front of the business is dirty how bad can the back area be, you know where the food is a prepared? If you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean. read more

I like their Bagels. This location is somewhat difficult getting into and out of the center but their is always sufficient parking near the entrance. My biggest complaints are a) sometimes thet do not do the best job when cutting their Bagels and b) Brugger's Bagels discontinued the salmon spread (easily my favorite). read more

Staff was super friendly and nice very fun to talk with while waiting. It was just about lunchtime when I was there.. Looking around I thought to myself they must of had a busy morning cause it looked like a clean up was in order lots of crumbs and stuff was not wiped down. I noticed a cleaning towel that was suppose to be white with brown staining maybe from chocolate or coffee that was wet damp looking and just balled up on the counter behind them by coffee area. Of course I had to mention to them about this and they admitted it was a busy day and I said I could tell you got crumbs everywhere...and said crumbs everywhere can be a good sign that business is good. They told me they get alot from the high-school in morning they said.. which is great! I did observe about 6 staff members and the guy making my bagel was new he asked the girl what lox was very quietly and shyly she said very loud its salmon do you know how to make it? He smiled and said yeah.. and he did a fabulous job! My lox and bagel were delicious fresh crunchy purple onion sliced thin with giant sized capers smoked lox was tasty and fresh thin sliced tomatos topped on a nice and chewy bagel toasted perfect with right amount of cream cheese.. all of these things make a difference in taste and texture so was very pleased how perfect it was...I drive past here so often and never stopped before. Whenever I'm craving for something good but light to have in the morning, this place comes to mind. I love their bagel sandwiches. And their bagels are really good. Crew are friendly and fast. Sometimes this place gets crowded, specially on the weekends. It's a small place, usually people come in to just pick up food and go. Dining can get packed, but not too, bad of a wait. The only thing that I noticed, is the place is not well maintained. Crumbs on the tables and chairs, floor is the same. I haven't been here without me or my husband, having to sit on a clean table. We always have to look for napkins to wipe off the table and chairs. I get it, they get busy, and parents doesn't clean up after their kids mess anymore. But probably assign a person to make rounds every now and then to check. It will be helpful to keep the dining room clean. I could have given this place 4 stars. read more

Bagels are ubiquitous. For a national chain, Bruegger's does a decent job with their bagels. We'll typically do a dozen with schmears for a tasty holiday breakfast. Recently we've been enjoying their breakfast sandwiches in a Public Health friendly way. They take phone orders and will bring the goods out to your car. There's a wide range of sandwich flavors and types to choose, from healthy to decadent. The smoked salmon bagel sandwich is very good. Ample smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, red onions and capers. The Smokehouse brisket is breakfast BBQ and the Siracha Sunrise gives you a nice spicy breakfast kick. Healthy choices abound too, starting with any bagel converted to a skinny bagel by cutting a slice out of the middle. Less bagel, less calories. So yeah, give Bruegger's a try read more

My family needed to kill time and provide space for our child to do homework. This was the closest place we could find. We walked up and this location was closing soon, but they have outside seating. We got a couple of waters and a regular coffee and sat outside. One of the folks from inside, brewed and steamed another cup of coffee (steaming makes the coffee hotter) for us because they knew we would not be able to go get a refill. Unasked. Unexpected. I usually get the bacon egg and cheese sandwich nothing special but yesterday someone added walnut cream cheese to it and I am allergic to nuts. I had to throw the entire $7 sandwich away and ended up getting hives. Not to the point where I will need medical attention but pretty frustrating. I went in the next day to ask if they add walnuts to any of their products and that it was added incorrectly to my prior sandwich the day prior and no one cared to follow with prior mistake. Okay so it's Oro Valley style NY bagels. But they are close to home and consistent. Almost always good.

My rating is more a reflection on Bruegger's in general. I love the food and coffee (even though I was heartbroken to learn they no longer offer Pumpkin Spice coffee in the fall). The French Vanilla coffee is very good. I do think they make better bagels than Einstein's, but a lot of the menu is similar as both chains are held by the same company. I have visited this location multiple times as it's the closest to my home. I frequently stop in for breakfast after a workout. Staff are usually pretty quick and polite. It does seem they don't always know how to use coupons, because the cashier almost always calls over another staff member. They can get very busy in the morning, but the line moves pretty fast. Mostly, they're decent with enforcing COVID precautions and they do require customers to wear a mask, but I have seen a couple of the staff members working with their mask below their nose. I get it; it's uncomfortable to wear that your whole shift, but we're all dealing with it. Wear it properly. read more

I love this location! I know that they are all supposed to be the same but for whatever reason the bagels just taste better here! The people working here are more friendly than the other locations too so maybe why I enjoy coming here? My favourite at the time being is the Honey Sriracha cream cheese! My daughter and I came here for breakfast. There was a large rush. Store was understaffed manager said 4 people called out that morning. We waited 20 minutes for our sandwich. The food was good. I had the chorizo jack, super good. House coffee was a surprise. Smells like French toast to me. My daughter had a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was a nice breakfast together. We weren't in any rush so the wait didn't bother us. I will say the staff that was there did their best. They were calm under the pressure of being short staffed. I will come here again. read more

Where to begin... Came in the other day at around 2:30 on a weekday, knowing this location closes at 5:00 so we weren't being rude coming in right before close. There were chairs blocking the entry way and it looked like the place was closed. There was a woman at the front and I had to say hello to her and ask if they were open and she reluctantly said yes. We had to navigate around the chairs to get in. Then the guy who took our orders had headphones in which is super unprofessional. We felt completely unwelcome and like we were inconveniencing them by having them do their job. Another lady came in shortly after us and she said she felt the same way. Almost every employee here looks disheveled and unpresentable every time we come in. Even though that experience was off-putting we still came back today and it will be our last time. We were not greeted with a "Hello, how are you? What can I get for you?" but rather a "what do you want?" Then when paying again, no warm greeting just "what did you get?" with no eye contact and quite frankly a miserable attitude. The cashiers tone of voice was extremely rude and she treated us like an inconvenience. When I tried to pay with a discover card not knowing that they don't accept them, she couldn't have declined the form of payment in a ruder way. She practically rolled her eyes when we ordered some coffee as if it was annoying her that we were ordering something off the menu. Then she practically threw our bags at us and couldn't walk away fast enough. There was no "enjoy your food!" or "have a nice day" not a smile in sight. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but for this place and these people it's not just a bad day they just have the worst service. All the other Bruegger's locations in town are great, but this one is the worst one and the quality of the food is poor as well, unlike any other. I regret every penny spent at this place. Will now be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully management can get a handle on this place! read more

We came here twice- and we are NOT going back. The food is not bad. But the service is terrible! They are not super busy at all - generally there are only a few tables eating when we arrive. And yet, the crew is frazzled and very short-tempered. 2 weeks ago when we came, we noticed the staff was not super friendly. No smiles, and very short tempered behind the counter. We figured they were just busy so we didn't think too much of it. Today, we went back. BIG MISTAKE. They were not busy at all. We were the only ones in line actually. My father is 70 years old. He was looking at the menu, trying to decide what he wanted. The woman at the counter asked him to hurry up!!!! She was not joking or playful - she was scowling. When he decided on a breakfast bagel, she turned around and left him standing there. No questions. No "thank you". She grabbed a bagel from the bin, and started cutting it to make the sandwich. My wife and I got to the pay counter. A different girl was there, and asked what else we were getting. My wife asked about the coffee - "I see you have a dark roast... what is the lightest roast you have?" The girl rolled her eyes and gestured behind her at the 4 pots of coffee - dark roast, hazelnut, etc. and said "We have THESE." "Yes," my wife said. "But which is the LIGHTEST?" The girl just stared at my wife for a second without saying anything. Fortunately, a young man came up and suggested the hazelnut. At least he was decent... but OH MY GOSH!!! My wife was FUMING! We sat down. Yet another girl came with my father's breakfast plate, threw it on the table and walked off...... We all looked at her as she stormed off. Absolutely unbelievable! It felt like we were in an SNL skit or something... it didn't feel real, but sadly it was. I don't leave many YELP reviews... but this place made me reinstall the app on my phone. When it comes down to choice, I'll usually choose Einsteins, but this location got the job done right, and by job I mean providing me with delicious coffee and breakfast. The store was very clean, the only thing out of place was the half-n-half was empty but they changed it out in under ten seconds, ten precious seconds keeping me from my delicious bold coffee. Bagel with cream cheese was tasty enough, wish they would've heated it up more. Employees were nice and hasty, so good job there. While I have to say the bagels themselves are not a bad imitation, where the illusion begins to fall apart is in their poor attempt of a NYC deli. The pastrami sandwich on an everything bagel was more of a sadness sandwich. I'm not expecting a mountain of pastrami like at Katz's Deli in NYC, but two paper thin slices ? C'mon! Also, if you're going to put pickles on a sandwich who uses diced pickles? The pickles spent more time falling out of the sandwich than in. Overall a poor substitute for the real thing. First visit, at 11:00 A.M., as my friend wanted to have a breakfast egg and cheese bagel for her birthday. Very friendly staff. I chose to have a salad. The old adage holds true: don't order fish at a steakhouse. Lesson learned: don't order a salad at a bagel place. $7.49 for romaine (no arugula as listed on menu board), tasteless blue cheese (how is that possible?), flavorless and oddly-conformed pieces of chicken, sliced almonds, and craisins. Dressing was good; tasted like bottled Girard's champagne. I should have had a bagel sandwich for $5.49. The menu board states that "Bruegger's Bites" are served with the salad. I asked about this, and the server told me that they don't really do that anymore; "not sure why it's still 'up there'", but she'd do it for me anyway, if I liked. I said okay, and she asked what kind of bagel; I said rosemary. She cut one into chunks, wrapped them in a napkin, twisted the top, and handed it to me. Not very appealing presentation. However, I did try two chunks; no flavor at all. There were a few flecks of dried rosemary visible. And the photo on the website of the "Bruegger's Bites" shows a very different product than the chunks I was so unceremoniously handed. Very sad dining experience. Tables not bussed; food and used napkins on the floor (visible as patrons entered the store). Four staff members in front, but no one bussed during the time we were there, and there were only 3 tables of dine-in customers. Women's restroom not clean (it's obvious that the sink hadn't been cleaned in a while). That says a lot about the expectations of the management and staff. Will not return nor recommend. read more

Mobile app is not ready. today I tried to order some orange juice online and my choices were simply orange juice, a small container or a gallon of orange juice which I felt I didn't really need when I went to pick up my order I was given Dole, apple juice and told by the woman behind the counter that if you click simply orange juice, we have to give you dole apple juice. My confusion is real. How is Apple juice the same as orange juice? How is Dole the same brand as simple. All I wanted was an orange juice and I clicked the orange juice on the ordering for the app and I got apple juice. Do you know you can change the pictures and descriptions of the juice it's a pretty simple process. I'm sure your IT department could fix that, very disappointed Apple juice took me back to kindergarten did not like it did not drink at all because I'm not a kinder gardener but thank you for your consideration.. read more

A cozy breakfast joint mainly serving a wide variety of bagels, spreads and bagel sandwiches. The Jalapeño bagel is my favorite so far.
