I went here to get a breakfast bagel and they have changed their bagels. The bagels were much smaller than they used to be and the prices have gone up. There are a lot of bagel shops in town that have not changed the size of their bagel only their prices. I can understand the prices being higher if it was the same quality of food, but it is not and I will not be returning.

Love Einstein bros! Glad to see some good stuff in Tulsa lately! I got the garden bagel with an egg and big was it delicious! It comes with avocado, spinach, tomatoes, tomato basil spread, I added an egg, all on an everything bagel (but you can choose any kind you like)! It was so tasty. Highly recommend Einstein bros to anyone who loves bagels or a perfect brunch food at any time of day! Yum. 10/10!

The service was horrible. Took a long time. Had to repeat myself multiple times. The food was horrible. Absolutely horrible. My hash brown was the worst thing I've ever tried and the bagel was burnt.

Excellent service by THIS mornings cast! The young lady that rung me up was patient with me as I excitedly used my discount coupons to ponder which sandwiches I wanted for the "buy one get one free deal." Do I want the Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich, the Farmhouse, pepperoni pizza bagel, turkey bacon & avocado, or egg white (uhm no egg white today, thanks!)... There are croissants...chocolate ones too, mini bagels, muffins...every incredible, edible kind of bagels you want. Sweet? Salty? They got 'em! And their coffees?? They've got something for you too. Mine's the cold press with sweet cream. Happy-happy! I settled for the jalapeño bagel with egg and turkey sausage, ate half...because THIS girl is exercising some self control! (please) Normally on the other days I make a visit, the service is not as stellar, the ladies have just woken up and customer service is just not as...you know. As I picked up my sandwiches, the gentleman offered to cut my daughter cwois~sant in half for me...so nice! Today was a great start to my morning at Einstein's!

    Southwest turkey sausage bagel thin

I'd never eaten here so my husband and I decided to stop for breakfast this morning. We both ordered the Southwest Turkey Sausage bagel thin. This sandwich was served on a plain bagel thin, with egg whites, white cheddar, and turkey sausage with some kind of (what looked like) green chile cream cheese. I assume that's what kind it was because the menu had no description of the sandwich. One employee seemed willing to help customers, while the others were doing everything possible to avoid eye contact. I think I saw 7 employees total. Ordering was fast, but they have you order at one register and pay at another. No one was at the payment register so we waited a few minutes for someone to come over. I like the numerous fresh brewed coffee options they have at their drink station. Each pot has a note stating what time that pot of coffee was brewed. Our food came out super fast - we weren't even done filling our drinks. One gripe I have about this place is that when your food is ready they walk around the dining room yelling out your name. Since we hadn't picked a table yet we asked the worker bringing out our food to set it down on any table and we'd get it. They kept yelling my husband's name even though we looked right at the guy when we asked him to set our food down. I would rather go up to a counter and get my food than have someone yelling my name over and over so they can being it to me. Personal preference I guess. Overall I'd give this place another try, but it's too pricey to be an every day spot.

Bagels aren't fresh, and when you ask for " toasted" beware that means they toss it in the microwave.

Bagels are one of the few breakfast items I actually enjoy on a daily basis. This location is on my way to work so it's perfect for me. Ever since Einsteins made its way into my life (back in college---mainly the reason for my freshman 15), I've had my favorite items. Their hazelnut-vanilla coffee is my favorite. I usually order either a chocolate chip bagel with honey almond schmear or a cinnamon-sugar bagel with butter, toasted of course. Their breakfast bagels are also pretty good but I always seem to think like their too plain so they need ketchup or hot sauce (yes I like everything spicy). For lunch, try their pizza bagels. As far as service goes, I always try to go in but I usually use the drive thru. The employees are very friendly but make sure your order is right. Once, they gave me an extra bagel (not complaining about that) but they have used the same knife for different schmears and it's not pleasant when your honey almond schmear tastes like onion. But hey, I understand if they're busy and just want to get orders done.

The stupid, tiny, angering, worthless "water cup." If you don't want to do free water, then charge me for a cup.

The Dutch Crunch Sandwich was packed with turkey, bacon, swiss, tomato, arugula, and avocado mayo on dutch crunch bread. They don't skimp on toppings at all, there was plenty of turkey and bacon, and every bite was flavorful. Dalton's Double Deuce was another standout. Ham, egg salad, olive tapenade, and arugula on a fresh Italian roll. It felt like a grown up version of an egg salad sandwich. The olive tapenade adds a great punch of flavor, though it leans a little salty. And the cookies... unbelievably good. Truly some of the best cookies I've had. The Brown Sugar Cookie has a gooey center and deep caramel flavor, and the Oatmeal Cookie without no raisins, surprised me, I didn't miss the raisins at all. The sandwich options come in both 6oz and 12oz. I personally think the 6oz was more than enough! Each order comes with a pickle and chips. I ate half of my sandwich right away (amazing) and then half a little later. The pastrami and saurkraut are so juicy that it did make an impact on the bottom piece of bread, BUT I still ate every bite and would still highly recommend.
