We've been to this location twice in the last two weeks. The first time, tried to buy two bagels, just the bagels. The order could not be filled. The order taker was confused and so was the cashier. We had to walk out. Went there yesterday for lunch. Tried to get a ham & cheese sandwich on a thin bagel. The person assembling the sandwich said it couldn't be done. Husband's lox and bag sandwich had ingredients on it that he asked to be left off. If there is only one sandwich available on a thin bagel, what it the purpose of the thin bagel? The bagels are great but you have to deal with the untrained staff and lazy management to get one.Everytime I have been there my order was either wrong or took an incredibly long time to get.Nobody should ever have to wait 20 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese.When i said something to the management about how long it takes to receive my order they just looked at me annoyed and asked what my name was.I never received an apology or even a smile from anyone in the restaurant.I have given this place a few chances and it is always the same every time I go back.Needless to say,I will not be going back to this place and I will make sure my friends keep their distance too. read more

Love the food but the service is horrible!!! They never get the the order correct and the drive through is ridiculous! I keep going back thinking that the service will get better but it seems to get worse. I just sat in the drive-though for over 10 minutes and not one car moved except for someone to leave the line because they are tired of waiting. read more

Do not waste your time or money. Horrible service and the place was dirty. I have used the drive thru twice before and both times my order was wrong. This time I decided to park and go in. After seeing the unsanitary conditions on the inside, I will not be back. The food is nothing special and it's overpriced. DO NOT GO HERE. You will be disappointed. Honestly, this establishment is the slowest, most disrespectful and worst that I have ever had. The foos is sub-par, that being on a good day. They ordering system is flawed as well, of the two times I have been, both of my orders have not gone through to where you pay, resulting in me having to order again. Terrible service. went 3 times and each time left waiting around, ignored. Manager is defensive and makes excuses rather than just admit he or counter folks made mistakes. Demanded my money back after 2 sets of folks behind me got their order. Took the manager an inordinate amount of time to return my money. Will never go again. read more

Fast and friendly service. Got the cinnamon sugar bagel and it was good. Also the vanilla hazelnut latte is delicious!

Ummmm, wow, I aged ten years this morning at Einstein. Walked in, got in line where it says "order here". Makes sense, right? Only one in line, was completely ignored. After ten minutes, I was motioned to a different line. Stood there almost ten minutes. Finally my turn, was given death glare by the cashier. Got a hot sandwich for me, 2 plain bagels, not toasted and no schmear for my daughter. Went and sat, after 15 minutes got the sandwich, no bagels. Guy who brought my sandwich apologized, then went back to get the bagels FROM THE CASE , only didn't. I watched him back there working like a bumblebee, not getting the bagels. So back to the counter I went, literally had to flag a woman down with her back to me. She got the bagels. Great, but now my sandwich he is ice cold. Will not go back. Wow. Two other tables around me complaining about the jaw dropping inefficiency of the place. read more

Very disappointing ....attempted to order 3 times but were out of every bagel I wanted , had no bananas . Service wasn't great either ... the normal "young , mumbling , can't say thank you employee " that gets stuck running the cash registers because the employees with any kind of work ethic are stuck behind the scenes making the place survive! read more

Good stuff but aren't bagles supposed to be cheap in price? 1.10 for each bagle...I mean, I'm not getting a lap dance or any extras with the bagles, so what's the deal. Just like starbucks...slap a trendy name on a basic commodity and jack the price up 50% and call it a business. Bulls**t. Awful,slow, unfriendly service. Orders are always wrong,staff doesn't even try to correct it. They are more interested in having conversations with each other.I'm not sure if anybody is actually running the restaurant.I have given this place a few tries over the past year or so thinking the service will get better but it's obviously never going to happen. Sorry Einsteins....you have forever lost a customer. I can make my own bagel and be a lot less frustrated and actually enjoy eating it. read more
